We have been so busy all day today and I needed some sugar to pick me up. We went to McDonald’s and their system was down so they were closed and when they told us… derek said all she wants is a slushy and the sweet guy gave me one for free BEST DAY EVER!!!!

Good morning and happy Monday! Start your week off right and stay productive. Monday’s can be hard but what I do to stay on top of my game is start my week off with the gym early in the morning to set the tone for the week. I love doing 12-3-30 on the treadmill, it’s when you put the incline at 12, speed at 3, and walk for 30 minutes! Best work out ever! I had a really big zoom call today with a partner that I dreamed of working with for years. The zoom call was over 4 hours long because we were filming something very special for our announcement video of our partnership!!! Last week derek and I signed up for a gym membership. I posted my first day going saying how I was nervous… WELL I fucking love it!! I look forward to going every day now! It makes me happy to finally have a nice gym to work out at and not just do it at home. My favorite part is that derek comes with. Our favorite work out is 12. 3. 30. Sorry I didn’t post yesterday I was up from 5am to 3am… it was a long day at the race track. But overall it was a fun time with family and friends. I miss racing at these short tracks like we did yesterday. I can’t wait to be doing this more often this season. It felt good to relax all day with Derek and finish our day with some treats from sonic ❤️ happy Sunday and I hope you all had a great weekend.

On our way home we had to stop at Lowes but i ended the video before that sorry :( running all around town with my dad and Derek made me so happy because it was like the old days when we were racing short tracks in WI. I’m so excited we’re picking up the super late model switching it over to a pro late and getting ready to race around North Carolina we have a lot of work to do but this is going to be so much fun to get the race team back out at the track. We are planning to race the Hickory race August 6th!!
