August Sketch Requests + Update

I am continuing to un-fuck my life, so expect a bunch more art soon! There's a couple old colour rewards coming up and a handful of sketches on that front, along with some personal art. Hopefully clearing my plate for new commissions for Autumn too, with set price/auction YCH's and the return of commission tiers here (at least to some degree.)

I've always thought this background griffon's design was pretty great. I know the fandom calls her Galena but they always seemed more like a stylish male to me, so I'm gonna call him Gael! Looks like he's come into possession of a new toy... hope it behaves, or he's gonna take some some even more drastic measures with that tape~

Beating the Heat

There's a 35+ degree heat wave up here in Quebec, the AC isn't keeping up AT ALL, to say nothing of the periodic blackouts from everyone overdrawing the grid to keep cool. Down in the basement it's a bit cooler, but... the heat is still rather *overwhelming* ...and I forgot about the floor drain.

Heck. O.O

Yeah I had to paint this up real quick as a cathartic way to ease my suffering LOL

Doing Her "Community Service"

She'd been taking relics home from work for quite awhile now. Usually she'd bring them back, but a select few... well, nobody was going to miss them, right? And she just adored the beautiful way they brought her living room together.

... well turns out, the authorities DID in fact miss them. And now Scarlet has to do some less than savoury community service thanks to the wonderful magic of Perma-Fusion Tape™. Whoops!

At least she'll be free to go after 1,000 hours served. Er......

June Sketch Requests + Updates

Regarding tiers, the tier with the Pokémon TF voting is a little delayed on my end, but the first posting of it will still be free to all tiers when I put it up fairly soon. I'm also not quite ready to bring back the commission tiers but they WILL return as well, this summer sometime. <3

So Grows the BORB

Griffons have a habit of sticking together it's true... but perhaps this is a little too literal? Oh well, they'll have plenty of time to get used to it, especially once we layer a few more griffies on there~

(I couldn't decide if this should be Perma-Tape or some sort of weird curse that causes griffons to fuse together into a ball when they touch, like Katamari Damacy but bird lmao. Wound up going with tape, but the notion of the latter is still fun haha)

They weren't supposed to get on the production line! We'd been trying some new applications for the Patent Pending Perma-Fusion Tape™ ... it had been quite successful so far, taking two plush products from other companies and merging them together into something unique to resell. Our margins have never been higher! We don't even need to design or cut or sew anymore to stay afloat! Ah well. Ran should have known better. Boss man says ship it so I'm gonna ship it, didn't see anything and neit...

Behold: A Biped

Perma-Fusion Tape™ can be used quite creatively! In this example, we use it to permanently alter a quadruped into a biped! At least... by technicality I suppose. Yeah we also taped that beak shut, she was being a BIT too noisy during the process~

Sometimes you're just minding your own business and then the *entirety of reality* suddenly decides to warp you into an early season antagonist... before you've had your redemption arc... just a day or two *after* you antagonized everybody... Whoops, yeah Gilda you'd better go, Rainbow Dash looks like she's about to stomp you flat.

It's been about six months since she started the patches, and it didn't take long for the first signs to show. Garbage Day

That's just how it goes, isn't it? Can't keep your dining room chairs nice forever! Eventually it gets stained or dingy, maybe it wobbles a little too much and you can't be bothered to fix it up, or you know, maybe you just want a new style? Whatever, toss it to the curb and someone will probably take it. Oh look, it got rained on... Who cares, truck will take it now with the rest of the garbage, I guess~

Community Service

One really must wonder what it did to warrant such a sentence; *permanent* community service. Well, whatever it was, it can't really tell us about it anymore. It'll get used to its new place there in the rain and elements, unable to move more than the barest twitch and wiggle. Or it won't, who cares, it's just a stupid crosswalk sign! And that's all it's ever gonna be~ 

Wanted to try something a: flattened, b: rigidly inanimate, and c: public infrastructure, so voila, the aftermath...

Put In Her Place

Stitch by stitch, putting her in her place... it'll be Rarity's first griffon mannequin, you know. A perfect opportunity to break into the Griffonstone fashion scene, oh how wonderfully useful it'll be. Just need to finish stitching up this last wiggly paw and then cover those pesky eyes so it can properly stiffen up overnight. All this incessant wriggling would be inconvenient for building dresses on! And with the added bonus of ridding Ponyville of a nuisance... permanently~

Busbird

An experimental vehicle TF sketch for Foxxy who really wanted to be a classic Thomas Bluebird school bus! This is a remarkably difficult shape to juxtapose onto a hippogriff, but I'm fairly satisfied with the results here haha. I really should do more vehicle TFs. 

Pouch and Paw Struggles

It's been about 17 days since it started and things are just getting steadily more and more awkward... how am I supposed to do *anything* with these fucking paws? Just my luck I'd wind up with the inverted strain... say, you know I think this might be contagious, might want to stay back a bit~

Just Playing Some Games

Sometimes you just feel a little attached to your gaming systems, don't you? You just want to FEEL that jolt of electricity up your spine as I plug you in. Feel the clack of the buttons in... well, what USED to be your hands as I hold them tight and play away on those controllers. Mousehold Pet

What a different world it is from a mouse's perspective... and what better to help a little mouse back to her cage than my own steady hands? To the cage she goes with her wheel and water bottle, some nice wooden hides to chew on, seeds and veggies to eat, warm bedding, cozy bars, what more can a mouse-girl want? <3
