I split 122 Hakim House into 2 separate apartments with a common entry and laundry area.
This is the second apartment and I renovated this one into a modern one-bedroom. I love the open shelving in the living room and all the light this one gets from those floor-to-ceiling windows.
Windows and front door replaced with TOOL. I have a quick and easy tutorial on my channel on how to do that. I try to keep the windows in similar spots, so you don't have to replace them...

I had so much fun doing this one and I am starting to actually enjoy doing speedbuilds 😍
A little peek at what's coming up this month. Hakim House renovation got pushed back a little bit and it's coming this month ( I got sidetracked with the coastal trend 😂)
I have 2 two lots ready to go (one is a speed build!) - a coastal grandmother cottage and a Scandinavian-inspired lake house. I'm excited to be doing more cc lots, not just apartments.

Another DHD Frame recolor (I just LOVE these frames), this time featuring gorgeous landscapes. 24 swatches with both light wood and black frames.
