"Fun" facts. I made multiple mistakes while working on this page because I forgot to flip it right way after doing the lines. Those who don't know, I always mirror my works when I do lines. This way I can notice any mistakes when I flip it back to right way. But here I forgot to do that and I continued to coloring. Here's progress of page 4. This is indeed the first time I've shown Clem's lava form. While all Glasses are able to alter their bodies into mist/cloud form, only some have extra form if their unique ability allows this. Clem's powers are very powerful among the Glasses.

I've also included the very first drawing I did of her in this form, all the way from 2017. I also added an image, to show what was an inspiration for this form. I really liked the colors on this photo and based her lava...

Though luck Logan indeed. While Fire Glasses can walk on lava, only those with the power of lava can swim in it! We see Clementine is able to turn herself into a lava being and swim in lava with no problem. Now that is an advantage!

Things haven't gone too well with Whinter and Logan. Let's hope the girls are doing better than the boys...

Here's progress if page 3. Coloring this page was a lot of fun. Logan's expressions were also fun to draw. The lava skater is obviously based on pond skater insects. I looked up pics of them and it was interesting to notice they really have only 4 big legs + the small ones. When insects are known for having 6.

I did also had to consider if I'd let any fire Glasses the ability to walk/run on lava. In the end I decided to let them. After all... there are some other things only few fire gl...

As I was writing the script of this chapter, I thought about what kind of cover to make for this. As I said, it's more of a humor talking chapter. In the end, I decided to feature some of the key characters and give little hints what might be happening (don't worry tho, everyone will appear in this chapter in some capacity)

Happy July. Here's progress of the last page of chapter 5. This was indeed a short and sweet chapter, and a group shot was a way to end it. I had also planned to reveal the joke around Vadelma's eyes in this scenario since the start. 

Fun fact, the team name changed many times during the making of this chapter. Once I settled with the "cheer" end, I edited this page and added the "Say cheer" part and the team name on group panel. Settling with the team name themes was a lot of work...

Final Fight + Aftermath

As I mentioned on tumblr ask, I decided to post this old patreon special for all patreons to see. This was originally September 2017 patreon special. 

If I made splat2 story as a comic, Arnick would become Agent 4, Or... Agent A.S.S as this comic reminded me, and he would have to fight Agent Blue and Orange in the end, who Arnick recognizes.

I also doodled silly little picture, showing Whinter and Clem reacting to their new outfits after they were freed.

Here is progress of page 7. Mostly a talking page, but I'm glad I was able to throw in the joke and fact that Kirsikka helped to design the team logo. First mention of her artistic interests in the comic.
