She was already self-conscious enough about her weight, and then she started uncontrollably turning into a wolf, something about hormone imbalances...her therapist gave her some breathing techniques to do that were supposed to help her suppress the change and turn back, but the anxiety of possibly being discovered like this kept spiraling in her mind...
