Kainé's sword - Replicant
Kainé's swords that I made for someone on Emil's shop on Etsy. I gave it a little cool finish. I always end up giving more. It's like a surprise, she won't expect it and I can't wait to see her reaction!
She will only have to paint it.
At the same time, I worked on LZ's ones. So I'm going to continue that now!

I started this tonight, I just finished the whole pattern.
The top image is my final version of his cloak.
The bottom left is where I started so a miniscule portion of it.
I think I did pretty well! Even the texture!
And of course the head is starting to take shape!

New Beastlord
We have been working on a new Beastlord, Nier's popular sword.
I really like the one I did from wood but it isn't like this anymore in the remake.
So here we go, we finished the handle already!
This is fun because the handle can be taken out in pieces of 3 and it's nice one year old puzzle. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Well here we go, shirts are almost done - white one needs elastic that will come this week :)
It was a battle cause I wanted two layers of white fabric, but it was too restraining so one layer it is!

First look at a certain remnant and update
First blade of Kadaj's Sôba sword came out clean! One piece!
My model is finished and ready to print.

Hello survivors, we had it rough during that cosplay making didn't we? Don't worry we gonna catch up
Alright, so today, I picked this task out of the list.
Once LZ attached the trims, they were very fluffy.
As Nier has it layered and not too bulky, I trimmed them.
My favorite tools for trimming wigs and fur are in the second photo. That's really all I use

Nier progress - Harness, legs
The story is that I had finished the legs but it wasn't following the curve of my legs well enough to be comfortable for me. So I had to unfortunately make new ones with adjustments, running few tests until finally it's comfortable enough. I made new foot too! It had to be made to follow the bone structure of the foot as if he didn't have a shoe (he really doesn't, his foot is just a mass of black 💦)

Complex/risky attachments for floating knuckles and hinges. I could have screwed it up! But I had to find a way to get those knuckles up. Nier design makes my head spin like a Kuja swirl.
In my life, I've never followed a tutorial, I just do whatever comes up from my head. Sometimes you just scratch your head for hours or try and fail a lot.
