Today I will start modification of the Griffon. Changing feathers and hopefully modifying his body posture a little, with some little repaint.

After priming them I needed to paint the inside all black, one by one. Because spray paint won't be able to reach the narrow inside.
After that I will put them all together again and paint them silver.
I should be able to finish today!

Today we finished working at 4h30 am
And now 7h00 am we are still awake, waiting for opening hours to go ship boxes to the post office, and to go to a far away fabric store for some more supplies. And urgent errands that can't wait.
We're definitely tired but we have to get this done early, to be able to work and then cosplay work today and finally get some rest somewhere? not sure when 🥲

Sephiroth is next, it's coming! I'm doing as fast as I can to build everything up but I often change methods and some materials aren't as fast to come as I wish they would. This and the drying process is something too. Thanks for being part of this with me.

Let's be honest, it's my third attempt, I thought I would go nuts with Canadian weather.
It's not easy to paint such a weapon in a dark small shed in winter. Imagine, snowfall, freezing rain, storms, wind, extreme cold. Not many opportunities to have good days of painting. There are paint reactions: too humid, too cold. Or even having to paint both sides without touching anything, without dust. And applied evenly all around. It's like war.
It would be easier with a proper worksh...
One of the thing I really like to do is doing vector shapes, it's really fun for me

I had to repaint those two because it wasn't how I wanted it. Since I'd like to avoid paint reaction with itself, I just had to be a little ingenious ᕦ(ಠ_ಠ)ᕤ
Like this I can paint both sides and everybody is happy.
Even that vicious paint that prevents me to sleep at night
The perimeter is set, kitchen is off limit
2 layers of paint for both sides for a better finish 20 mins in between. No need to say, it's just a pure pain. Once again.
