I'm almost getting all the Sugar Plum skin on Mercy! Only the ears, wings and bows are missing, and I need to fix the weight paint of some parts.
I apologize for the absence these days, transporting skins, creating shapekeys, fixing flaws from one model to another, fixing weight paint and everything else has not been easy. =X

I still need to create some shapekeys for her, as well as define some facial expressions. There's also the hat issue, so I'll need to change the pose of the guy on top in some images.
In the meantime, I'm rendering the images that our friend Haymaker requested. Some poses I had undone, so I'm trying to redo them, at least as close as possible to what they looked like.
