Hey everypony! First off I wanted to say Happy Hearthswarming! I hope everypony is well.

I ended up re-doing most of this drawing. I went back to finish it after almost 8 months of not touching it and I didn't think the style really held up to what I currently wanna go for. So um yeah here's a WIP of it! I'm hoping to finish this before the new year.

Rad Sick

This picture is best viewed stoned.

I tried sticking with a more complimentary color pallet for this one. The rim light and little strands of loose hair are pretty cool to stare at. Also that cute spankable coinpurse.

I like to use darker values near the eyes and other points of interest.

[WIP] Ponut Pressing (Flats)

Whenever doing flats I like to work within the hue of the scene. I tend to move reference colors closer to grey and more towards the environment color. I'll also work within a limited value range, normally staying in between 10-90% sometimes even 20-80%.

I wanted something simple for the background in this but I wasn't really sure what to do at the time. I ended up putting a wall and some debris in to help narrate the scene and world.

What started as a ponut licking bust shot turned into a full scene with Lil-pip and Blackjack. Lil-pip because best wasteland pony and Blackjack just as an excuse to draw mechanical limbs. Limbs are inspired by the RX-78. Also whats up with the combat shotgun looking like a non-functional PPSH?
