Fixed Focus Foto made this hat and necklace and wanted to get some shots in it, so we did. :) The bra is vintage. The lace bodyshorts were also vintage, but I didn't like them and got rid of them. Lace is sometimes itchy.

Only one in this set was how I wanted or intended (fourth one), but it's kinda hard when you have it set up to shoot and are too tired to check every frame. The others were focusing on the sheer fabric instead of me. Still kinda cool. It's just laying across the camera on the tripod. I love the quality to these, so if any photographers want to shoot this kind of stuff during shoots, I'm game. It seems romantic, dreamy, sensual to me. Like an erotic dream. This is the last set from this shoot at the school house with my friend Lexy. I think these really show off her personality more than the others and I think they are flattering. So, I'm happy with them. EVERY woman's (person's) body is different and it takes a bit to figure out how to photograph them in the most flattering way. I moved the cube closer to the window and was just experimenting some. Self shot. I think several have some potential, especially if they were cropped or edited. I was starting to feel a little better this day and was getting happier with each thing I tried, so I kept going for a few more sets. I like the lighting here, and it was purely by experimenting. I do learn a lot by shooting others and myself.

This is the second to last set I shot of her during this shoot. Trying to finish them up this month. So, next month we'll be on to all new shoots, I think. Thanks for sticking around and enjoying. She's really good at just adjusting small things in her gaze, face, body. Gives you a lot to look through to make the photo the best it can possibly be. All it takes is minor adjustments sometimes.

As we established, my brain was kinda messed up. I thought it would be cool to stuff flowers in my panties, and here we are. The light is just a dark room with the blinds up on one South facing window, in case anyone likes that lighting. I kinda like these, though. Self portraits.

I don't know how people can watch the news anymore. It's all doom and gloom. So, I thought I better post something to cheer us all up. This is outside of the school house I'm currently using a room in for a photo studio. The photographer is Fixed Focus Foto and he came up from Athens with a car full of ideas. Posting now because tonight is the First Friday art walk and I'll be busy at the Gallery. I had this piece of lace and I asked Lexy to put it over her eyes.
