Dream Girl Living in my Dream World

For a change, these came out exactly how I wanted/envisioned and I'm very happy with them. I'd like to experiment with this more. I also practiced it the first time she visited a year ago. I am holding sheer curtain fabric over my camera lens, but not really close up/tight and shooting through it. The one photo is edited, but I like them unedited, too.

Failed Experiment

This is a crinkle paper that came in a coil that I unfolded and then asked her to swirl it around her while I shot. It wasn't working how I envisioned in my head lol so I asked her to use a sheer curtain. Still wasn't doing anything cool. So, this isn't a good set, but it might be a useful set for other photographers to see or to learn from my mistakes. Or maybe it will trigger an idea in you.

Revisiting an old self portrait set I came across in my Dropbox and feel deserves another look. Utilized a room in a friend's house with great natural lighting and a scarf that matched her walls. (Scarf has since burned up in my studio fire, so last that will ever be of these!)

This is upstairs at Proparazzi in Lancaster. James wanted me to make faces that could be interpreted in different ways, not the traditional blank model looks. So, that is why I'm making different (and sometimes not pleasant/hot) faces. Trying to convey emotions.

Sorry for the weird titles, but I was afraid to make the title Nood Bikini. Even on here things are kinda strange and you have to be careful in your wording. Anyway, these are the kind/style of underwear I wear most days. They stay up and on. They don't show through lighter color bottoms and even though they do have a panty line, it's minimal. They are breathable cotton and I can wear them to most of my jobs. I have them in white, eggshell/cream, nude, black. (And, I have the looser elastic c...

Happy Father's Day! I've been trying to snag photographers to shoot my underwear of the day when I remember and it seems okay to ask them to do so. Atmosphoto1 was kind enough to help me out with this new yellow pair. They are comfy! Hope they make a suitable Father's Day gift. ;-)

I've had a great day/week/month. It's always my favorite month of the year. These are from a shoot at the end of April with Ggreyphoto out of Columbus. It was a paid shoot, but he kindly gave me these photos to share. I hope our paths cross again. I feel like we were just getting each other's rhythm and then the shoot was over. (First shoot)

One thing I've noticed is that Patreon downgrades the quality of photos. So, if you're a photographer noticing that your photos don't look as crisp on here, that's why.

James Pilbeam - Multiple edits

I'm not sure what's going on here, but I'm just posting what was sent to me. lol My preference is for people to choose and post one edit for each image, but I suppose even I have tried different edits to see what they look like. It does get hard to weed things down and analyze how a photo looks best. People often develop a style, because that's how they like photos to look and it becomes how most of their photos look. I think it would be nice to have a style, but I change it up a lot, too, so...

Hot Peach

I asked Dave L. to take some photos of the panties I arrived in. To add to my Patreon panty photo collection. These are one of my fave pairs just because of the hot peachy pink coral color. It's so pretty. And, thin. I wear panties like this for shoots, because they generally don't leave panty lines.

Yes, I know these are ridiculously similar, but I can't weed them down any further right now. I got them down to about 1/4 that were in there of this set, so calling it a win. I love Dave, but this taking a big burst of photos with one shutter release is for the birds! lol

He wanted me to look directly into the camera to challenge the viewer getting to gaze upon my nude/undressing body and let them know I knew they were looking at me and gave them permission to do so. Every pose and drape of fabric is posed and staged/arranged.

James Pilbeam - First shoot

Since I have a shoot scheduled with him and co-model Jenny Anne Rose next Tuesday at Proparazzi in Lancaster, I thought now would be a good time to start sharing our first shoot together. Last set from the lingerie shoot in the gallery with my anonymous photographer friend.
