I have been wanting to do this for a while and I need a bit of a challenge right now.

First look at my new comic

I’m currently in the process of making the first few pages. My new OC will be the main character.

It takes place in a dystopian world where half of Earth has been flooded and is underwater. Only the biggest cities with skyscrapers have survived. The people live up top and is ruled by an Empress.
