私はと言いますと会社をクビになったり...AIイラストで皆様に応援して頂けたり...漫画を制作しようと奮起したり...。

恐らく今までの人生で最もエキサイティングで忙しい１年だったと思います。

 来年は皆様にとって良い１年である事を願っております。

 ...話は変わりまして、現在制作している漫画ですがタイトルが

 「オタクのチンポに即オチしたけど絶対好きバレしたくないクールギャルの話」

のようなテーマになります。(英語だと恐らく意味不明なタイトルだと思いますが...)

人を好きになった事がない、セックスでも感じた事がないクールギャルがオタクのチンポに堕ちてオタクを好きになっていく話となっています。

 制作は毎日しているのですが最低でも１ヵ月以上は時間が掛かる見込みです。 その間、いつもより投稿出来るイラスト枚数は減るかもしれませんがなるべく良質なイラストを提供できるように努力します。

As for me, I got fired from my job... received a lot of support from everyone through AI illustrations... and decided to motivate myself to create a manga...
I think it was probably the most exciting and busiest year of my life so far.

Changing the subject, the manga I’m currently working on has a title (or theme) along the lines of “A Cool Gal Who Instantly Fell for an Otaku’s Dick but Absolutely Doesn’t Want Anyone to Know She Likes Him.” (I realize that probably sounds nonsensical in English...)

It’s a story about a cool gal who has never been in love and has never really felt anything even during sex, but ends up falling for an otaku’s dick and gradually comes to love him. I’m working on the manga every day, but it looks like it will take at least a month to finish. During that time, I may post fewer illustrations than usual, but I’ll do my best to maintain quality.

同人漫画の進捗状況　Progress of doujinshi manga

漫画のオリジナルヒロインのデザイン完成しました。

普段はクールであまり表情は変わらないけどセックスになると激しく乱れる女の子を描きたいと考えています。

一応以前のスタイルを取り入れているので目元などは自分のスタイルになっているはずです。

桐ケ谷直葉(kirigaya suguha)のNTRもの作るはずだったんですがNTRものをちゃんと作る技術が今のところ自分に無い事に気が付きました。

ですのでちょっと癖のある女の子と激しくセックスして感情が揺らいだり、変わったりしていく姿を描きたいと思ってます。

出来れば来年1月末には完成希望なのですが初めての作業が多く苦労しそうです。

作業の段階でエッチなイラストを沢山制作するのでそのときは出来るだけ多くイラスト投稿したいと思います。

I have completed the design of an original heroine for a comic book.

I want to draw a girl who is usually cool and doesn't change her expression much, but when it comes to sex, she gets violently wild.

I have adopted her previous style, so the eyes and other parts should be in my style.

I was going to make a kirigaya suguha (kirigaya suguha) NTR story, but I realized that I don't have the skills to make a NTR story properly at the moment.

So, I would like to draw a scene in which I have sex with a girl who is a bit peculiar, and my emotions waver and change.

I would like to complete the project by the end of January next year if possible, but it will be a lot of work for the first time.

I will be creating a lot of sexually explicit illustrations during the process, so I would like to contribute as many as possible at that time.

申し訳ないのですが今回はイラスト作成時間があまり取れず、枚数少な目となっています。

今後も制作時間があまり取れない可能性があり、今回の様なイラストが続くかもしれません...

近況としては漫画制作の準備に思ったより時間が掛かっている状況でして焦りながら毎日準備を進めています。

現在は漫画にする際にキャラクターデザインとキャラクター外見の統一に苦労しています。

今回のイラストの様にリアル寄りにするのか、手書き寄りにするのか。

また顔の造形と統一感を出すにはどうするか...など

創作を始めたばかりの今が一番忙しく、今後のAIクリエイト活動を大きく左右する大事な時期だと個人的には考えています。

1作目は出来れば１月初めに完成させたいと思っていますが...頑張ります。

今後のpatronでの活動ですが、アンケートにより「過半数以上がイラスト枚数を少なく更に安いプランで継続」を選択される結果となりました。

よって新しいプランは2.5＄程度で過去1ヵ月程度のイラストを見れるプランにしたいと思っています。

現在のプランは今まで通り過去すべてのイラストを見れるプランとして継続したいと考えています。

今月は残り少ないので11/1にプランを追加する予定です。

現在おかげさまで成人コミックの勉強を集中して行えています。

ありがとうございます。

今まではコミックの基礎と構造を勉強し、今週からはそれを元に成人コミックの分析を行い、自分の作品に反映していけるようにしたいと思っています。

そこから今年8月に作成した桐ケ谷直葉(SAO)を修正してコミックにしてみようと考えています。

他にも大規模言語(LLM)の勉強など

これら全て終わらせた後、来年初めからは本格的にオリジナルのコミック制作をしていきたいと思っています。

Following the recent survey on Patreon, the majority have chosen the option to continue with a plan that includes fewer illustrations at a lower price.

I'm also studying large language models (LLMs) and other topics, which will likely keep me busy until the end of the year.

現在patronでの活動を休止する事を検討しています。

(アカウントはそのままに皆様からの支援金のお支払いを停止するということ)

アカウント休止の検討理由、そして最近の絵柄変更、クオリティーの低下の原因理由は以下の通りです

①もっと完成度の高い作品を作りたい、その為に漫画 (コミック)の制作技術の習得と制作する時間が欲しい

皆様には黙っていたのですがpatronでのサービスを始める前から、いつか漫画(コミック)の同人作品を作って販売したいとぼんやりとではありましたが考えていました。

しかし今年４月に会社を退職しなければならなくなり、成人向けのイラストもほとんど制作した事がなかったこと、生活していくには何か活動しなければならなかった為に成人向けイラストの練習もかねてpatronでの活動を本格的にスタートさせました。

ありがたいことに私の予想を大きく上回り沢山の方々に支援して頂きました、しかし時間が経つにつれて同人漫画を作りたいという思いが強くなっていきました。

何か月間も同人作品を作りたい、しかし支援者様の期待を裏切れないと悩みましたがやはり自分に嘘をつくことはできませんでした。

そして現在、漫画の同人作品を作りたいと勉強しているのですが、patronのイラストを作成する時間が減ってしまい以前の様なクオリティーのイラストを制作する時間が確保できなくなりました。

②メインで使っていたAIのモデルが古い上、制作に時間が掛かる

私がメインで使っているAIモデルは性能は良いですがもう１年以上更新されていません。

新しいキャラクターは出せませんし、出来るセックス体位に限りがある。

(今までは難しい構図などは全て画像編集、加筆していました。)

時間が掛かる特殊な方法を使わない限り今までと同じクオリティーを出す事は出来ない状態です。

最近の絵柄の変更は勉強時間を確保するために制作時間を短縮できる新しいモデルを使っていたからです。

③オリジナルのキャラクター、ストーリーでの作品を作りたい。

④作品を作る上での言語の問題。

以上の事から

これからは同人作品の制作をメインにするため、支援サイトでの活動は以前のクオリティー及び枚数の作品は投稿出来なくなります。

これが休止を検討している理由です。

提供する形が変わっても皆様に自分のイラストを見て最高だと思ってもらえる事、最高のイラストを提供したいというのは噓偽りのない本心です。

支援者の皆様を騙す様な形になってしまい本当に申し訳ありません。

patronでの活動を完全に停止する訳ではなく枚数は少なくなりますがpatronでのイラストの投稿、作品の進捗状況などはファンサイトとして続けたいと思っています。

休止ではなく更に安いプランを作って週に何枚か投稿する方法もあると思うので一度アンケートを取りたいと思います。

良ければ皆様のご意見をお聞かせ下さい。

The reasons for the account suspension, and the reasons for the recent changes in the design and quality are as follows

(1) I want to create more perfect works, and to do so, I need more time to learn manga (comic) production techniques and to create more works.

I have been thinking of creating and selling my own works as a doujinshi (fanzine) of manga (comics) someday since before I started the service on patron, although I did not tell you this.

However, I had to retire from my company in April of this year, and since I had never created illustrations for adults, and since I needed to do something to make a living, I started my activities on patron in earnest as a way to practice adult-oriented illustrations.

Thankfully, I received support from many more people than I had expected, but as time went by, my desire to create doujinshi manga grew stronger.

I was worried that I could not betray the expectations of my supporters, but I could not lie to myself.

Now, I am studying to create a manga doujinshi, but I have less time to create illustrations for patreon, and I don't have the time to create illustrations of the same quality as before.

(2) The AI model I was using as my main model is old and takes a long time to produce.

My main AI model has good performance but has not been updated for over a year now.

I cannot produce new characters, and there is a limit to the number of sex positions I can do.

(I used to edit and add images for all difficult compositions, etc.)

We are in a situation where we cannot produce the same quality as before unless we use special methods that take time.

The recent change in the picture design was due to the use of a new model that reduces production time in order to allow time for study.

3) I want to create other works with original characters and stories.

4) Language problems in creating works.

Because of the above

From now on, I would like to focus mainly on creating doujinshi works, so I will no longer be able to submit the same quality and number of works as before on the support site.

This is the reason why we are considering suspending our activities.

Even though the form in which I provide my illustrations has changed, I am not lying about the fact that I want everyone to feel that my illustrations are the best and that I want to provide the best illustrations.

I am truly sorry that I have deceived my supporters.

I am not going to stop my activities on patron completely, but I would like to continue posting illustrations on patron as a fan site, although the number of illustrations will be smaller.

I would like to conduct a survey to see if there is a way to make a cheaper plan and post a few illustrations a week.

最近、絵柄の変更についてご意見をいただいたので、私なりの考えをお伝えしたいと思います。

これまで少しずつ、良いと思う方向に絵柄を変えてきました。最近特別な変更をしたわけではありませんが、AI技術の進化が早いため一つのスタイルに固執するのはリスクが高いと考えています。もしひとつの絵柄にこだわっていたら今までの作品をお届けできなかったかもしれません。

私の見立てでは、来年にはさらに高品質なAIイラストを制作できるようになるはずです。常に進化を続けることで、皆様により満足していただける作品をお届けしたいと考えています。

絵柄について何かお気づきの点があれば、ぜひ率直なご意見をお聞かせください。

今後の投稿について

また、しばらくの間投稿ペースを週1回にしたいと思っています。

1回の投稿で50～100枚のイラストを予定しています。

最近、作品の質が落ちていると感じられている方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、これはイラスト制作に多くの時間を使いすぎてしまい、他の表現方法や技術を学ぶ時間が取れず、モチベーションが低下してしまったためです。（疲れも原因のひとつですが）

今後は余った時間で表現力を高める勉強をし、Patreonでの作品に反映していきたいと考えています。

About the Current Art Style and Future Plans

Thank you all so much for your continued support.
Recently, I’ve received some feedback about changes in my art style, so I’d like to share my thoughts on it.

Over time, I’ve been gradually making changes that I feel improve my work. Although there haven’t been any major shifts recently, due to the rapid development of AI technology, I believe sticking to just one style can be risky. If I had stuck to one art style, I may not have been able to create all the works you’ve seen so far.

I believe that by next year, I’ll be able to produce even higher-quality AI illustrations. By continually evolving, I hope to provide artwork that satisfies all of you. If you notice anything about the style that doesn’t resonate with you, please feel free to let me know.

About Future Posts

Additionally, I’m planning to adjust my posting frequency to once a week for the time being. Each post will contain about 50 to 100 illustrations. Some of you may have felt that the quality of my recent works has declined, and I believe this is due to spending too much time solely on creating illustrations. This has left me with little time to study new techniques, which has caused my motivation to drop. (Fatigue has also played a role.)

Going forward, I plan to use some of my time to enhance my expression techniques and reflect those improvements in my Patreon illustrations.

I deeply appreciate all of your support, and while it’s a bit difficult to make this change, I hope for your understanding. I’ll continue to do my best to deliver artwork that meets your expectations, so thank you for your continued support.
