[Dungeon] Chapter 40 – Stampede Trap

Nodding in satisfaction, Cain applauded at the slime's bravery.

"Indeed. Slime is a weak monster, but a newbie wouldn't realize that its core is actually the weakness. Kiba from Rias' peerage also only realized it after fighting a few times, thus he was able to kill it at that time. It would be dangerous to fight it when it's in large numbers, though. And this slime actually took a life. Bravo!"

Cain was impressed with the slime's fighting skill to take out the newbie.

If the challengers had encountered the monster when it's in a horde, Cain was confident they would lose. Even though their individual fighting strength was high, the challengers hadn't experienced it yet.

For that, Cain wanted to use a slime to show his challengers the strength of this new dungeon. He had a plan in his mind.

"Let's start with that."

***

Meanwhile, in Tower of Resentment...

Naruto and his group, the 2nd team of Konoha Shinobi, entered this new dungeon and encountered the undeads. It was the second floor of the Tower, a graveyard filled with skeleton and zombie enemies.

Their entrance led them into a different place than the devils, a dark and spooky place where the air smelled like decay. There were skeletons, zombies, and various other creatures that roamed the graveyard.

"Ugh, what a smell." Tenten covered her nose, "And it's so cold in this place!"

Neji said, "The fog is making it difficult to navigate. Somehow my byakugan is also affected and couldn't see clearly in this thick fog."

"Be careful." Kakashi ordered.

The group proceeded slowly, keeping a sharp eye on the environment around them.

A zombie suddenly attacked. Its hands reached out, grabbing at Tenten's shoulder.

"Hyaa!"

Tenten screamed, her eyes wide with fear as she was grabbed by the creature. The rest of the team quickly moved into action.

Lee jumped at the zombie and kicked him right on his face, making him fly back and hit a tree. The impact made a crack on his skull.

"Take that!" Lee exclaimed.

But, he didn't know that it was a fatal mistake.

A crack appeared on the zombie's skull, and in just a second, strange fluid gushed out from it. A black, tar-like liquid that reeked of death and decay, spilling onto the ground.

The zombie fell on his back. He convulsed for a few seconds, and then stopped. The smell was nauseating and horrible. Everyone who was close could feel it, and the group recoiled at the sight of the creature's remains.

"Whoa, this is sticky." Lee said as he pulled his feet out of the sticky black liquid. Some of it splattered on his face and hair.

But, his face changed in a split second.

"Lee? What is wrong?"

"Umm, I feel... a bit weak."

His movement was sluggish and he was panting. Neji's expression changed when he saw the black fluid in his hand, and quickly warned, "That thing must be poisonous, stay alert. We have to move out quickly. We need to get Lee some medical attention."

"Hey, bushy eyebrow, take this." Naruto handed an antidote bottle to him.

Lee took it and quickly drank the liquid, feeling relieved. But, his body was still feeling weak and sluggish, and he was having trouble walking. It seemed that the poison was strong.

"Strange... It doesn't work well. That was the one Tsunade granny give me though." Naruto said, frowning.

"It's better than not having anything. We should proceed." Kakashi said. He then turned to Lee and asked, "Are you alright to move?"

"Uhh, I feel weak." Lee shook his head. "But this will be good training. Let us proceed."

"That's the spirit, Lee!" Guy said, giving him a thumb up with a toothy grin, "You are a splendid man. But, if you really can't move, you have to let us know."

Lee smiled weakly and nodded, following the group. They were now more cautious than before, especially since Lee was poisoned.

This time, Guy took the leadership and he used the other entrance as the reference to find their way. He and the other were walking through the graveyard carefully.

The thick mist in the area made it difficult for them to see very far ahead, and they had to rely on their sense of direction and Guy's memory.

"Hey, sensei, do you even know where we are going?" Tenten asked.

"No!" Guy answered loudly, "I don't have a clue. But there is nothing stopping my youth spirit. I believe in my youthfulness!"

"Guy..." Kakashi shook his head and sighed. He then looked around, trying to see through the fog.

The ninja group advanced through fogs. They encountered more zombies and skeletons. But, it wasn't too difficult for them.

"Rasengan!"

A blue ball appeared on Naruto's hand as he slammed it against the skeleton's skull. It crushed its bone, breaking it to pieces. He also attacked the zombie behind the skeleton.

The zombie cried out in pain and stumbled back. He was about to counterattack when his body suddenly turned into dust.

With Rasengan, a strong jutsu that could destroy the enemies, Naruto was unstoppable. He easily destroyed any enemy in his way.

Even when the enemy tried to counterattack or defend themselves, it didn't matter. With the help of his clones, the zombies' poison wasn't a problem. And Rasengan or Kakashi's chidori could defeat most skeletons.

Still...

"Huff.. Huff... I used too much chakra." Kakashi said, wiping the sweat off his brow.

Because the enemies were pretty tricky to deal with, they ended up using more chakra than they thought.

Only Guy, Neji, and Tenten were in the best condition. Naruto also recovered pretty fast thanks to the Nine Tailed Fox.

Kakashi noticed some shiny things on the floor but ignored it.

They were lost and didn't know where to go. Just like before, their priority was to investigate the place and wouldn’t touch anything without knowing what it was

Just as they wondered where to go, the fog began to clear, and they saw something that they hadn't noticed before.

A door!

The ninja looked at it with a sense of surprise and wonder.

"That must lead to another place, right?" Naruto asked.

Kakashi nodded, "Most probably."

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's open this door!" Guy exclaimed.

"Wait-" Neji tried to stop them, but it was too late.

He then pushed open the door, revealing a room that was completely dark except for the dim glow of the torches that lined the walls. They were in a large clearing surrounded by walls made of stone, and there were many doors on each side of it.

Seeing no enemies in the room, Kakashi stepped in. Everyone followed a step behind.

At that moment, all the doors closed and a rumble echoed in the room.

"What the!?" Naruto said as he looked around, seeing that they were trapped.

Kakashi's expression was grim. "We fell into a trap."

At the same time, the doors on the sides of the walls began to open. They were all dark, but the light from the torches lit up some of them.

Rattling noises could be heard, and they came from inside the doors. Following that, loud footsteps followed as they came closer to the group.

"What is this?"

"Stay on guard."

The footsteps were getting closer, and they were louder than ever. The group could feel the tension in the room. It was like a countdown to the end of the world, and the silence was broken by the sudden appearance of the monsters.

Among them, bigger zombies also presented themselves. Their body was twice bigger than the others, making it more threatening.

The creatures were approaching the group, and the tension in the room was building up.

It was a huge trap, designed to kill any intruders that entered this room.

[HOTD] Chapter 28 – Overwhelmed

As soon as the operation started, our group was left outside.

Don Takagi led his men inside, each holding a sword and a handgun in his hand. Twenty men went in, leaving us to guard the factory entrance and the vehicles.

We spread around and kept an eye on the surroundings. I stood with Kohta near the entrance as we both had long-range weapons. Saeko worked with Saya while Takashi with Rei and Miss Shizuka ready in the humvee in case we had to run.

Moving in pairs would ensure our safety. Although we were only guards, zombies could appear at any time, so we had to be on alert.

"Hey, Senior..." Kohta suddenly called out.

I turned to him and raised an eyebrow.

"What's up?"

He hesitated for a moment before speaking up.

"Umm, last night? I meant two days ago." He said, looking at the ground. "Were you near the bridge by any chance?"

Well, look at this.

Did he realize that Shido was killed not by the police stray bullet but by me? I did also save him too.

Kohta was a smart kid, so it wasn't weird that he realized it.

However, I had no intention to admit I killed someone so openly. So I just smiled, hinting subtly that he was right.

"Ah... Don't worry, I won't say a thing." He said, scratching the back of his head. "I just want to thank you, someone who saved me from the zombie, hehehe. He actually headshot the zombie near me without even grazing me!"

"That someone must be a great shooter."

"Right?!" Kohta replied, "He must be an awesome guy! Haha, I can't wait to meet him!"

I laughed and turned away, continuing my watch.

The sound from inside the factory was loud enough to make me nervous. There was no shouting or anything, but I could hear gunshots and swords clashing.

As a result of that...

"Kohta, cover me. It seems they are here."

Zombies from the surrounding area got attracted by the sound and started to move to the factory. They were slowly walking, but they would be here soon. And there were many of them.

"Yes, Sir!" Kohta said.

I took a deep breath and unsheathed my sword. The crossbow would be used for emergency, to help someone far from me.

Besides, I wanted to test my current ability.

[Name: Busujima Daiki

Strength: 16 | Agility: 15 | Stamina: 19 | Dexterity: 14

Skills: Busujima Swordsmanship (Intermediate), Marksmanship (Intermediate)

Shop Points: 385 P]

My status had grown immensely thanks to the system. Although my Dexterity and Agility was lower than the others, it was still a few points more than when the apocalypse started.

For starters, I took a nice stone that fit on my hand from the floor and threw it to a nearby zombie.

It flew and hit the zombie's head with a loud crack, making it fall down.

'Still need more power. I can't kill them with my bare hands alone.'

I took another stone and threw it again, but this time it missed. The stone hit the zombie's chest instead of its head, creating a nasty bent and gushing puss.

"Ugh..." Kohta groaned at the sight.

Ignoring him, I took another stone and threw it again.

This time it hit the target, a zombie with long, black hair and torn school uniform, in the head. She dropped to the ground, unmoving.

'Hmm, my aim and strength is pretty good. A professional athlete level, I think?' I mused, 'Anyway, I should focus on killing the zombies now.'

As I continued to throw stones, I saw Saeko and Takashi group also dealt with the zombies coming their way. We were only 30 to 50 meters apart from each other, so we could help if someone needed it.

"Takashi, careful! There is one coming from behind you!" Rei shouted.

She dashed forward and stabbed the zombie in the head with her sharpened pole. Takashi turned around and swung his baseball bat, knocking the zombie's head off its body.

"Thanks, Rei!" He said, smiling.

Rei blushed and looked away. "No problem."

Saeko and Saya were fighting side by side. Saeko used her sword to slice off heads of the zombies while Saya shot them with a submachine gun she got from Yuriko.

As a result, many zombies approached them. I saw a zombie coming from the side of their fight, sneaking through the trees, and raised my crossbow. I aimed at the head and fired, the bolt shot out and hit the zombie in the forehead.

"Kyaa!"

Saya screamed in surprise when the zombie dropped right in front of her, a bolt sticking out of its forehead.

"Thank you, Daiki!" Saeko said, smiling at me. "That was a great shot!"

I smiled back and decided to help them.

"Kohta, go to the humvee and cover Miss Shizuka. I will go and help Saeko near the entrance."

"Got it!"

After giving instruction to him, I dashed to the two girls.

The zombies here weren't much, but they overwhelmed the girls. There was a chance they would get injured or worse, bitten.

"Here!"

I arrived and swung my sword at the nearest zombie. It slashed its neck, decapitating it. I then moved on to the next one and did the same.

"Brother!"

Saeko called out to me and we fought together, protecting Saya who was busy shooting the zombies with her submachine gun.

Ratata!

"Damn! I hate this!" Saya yelled out as she reloaded her gun, "There are so many of them!"

"Just stay calm, Takagi. Focus on shooting them." I replied as I sliced a zombie in half.

"Right! Right!" She said, aiming at the next zombie. "Die! Stupid zombie!"

She fired her gun and hit the zombie in the chest, but not in the head.

Without proper gun training, all she could do was aim and shoot. Most of the bullets strayed from her target, but some did hit the zombies in the head or legs, slowing them.

While I was fighting the zombies, I heard a silenced gunshot from behind. Kohta killed a zombie that strode toward the humvee. And before I realized it, Takashi and Rei also moved closer to that side, which wasn't good.

"There are too many zombies. Where did they come from?!" Takashi asked. "There were only a few when we arrived here!"

"Who knows? Maybe there is a town or a village nearby, or they were attracted to the noises." I replied, slashing a zombie.

My sword moved, leaving a streak of silver light in the air. The zombie fell to the ground, its head rolling on the asphalt road.

'This is getting worse and worse.' I thought, 'If this goes on, we will be overwhelmed.'

The number of zombies kept on growing and we had to retreat soon. However, we couldn't leave, because that would mean leaving the Takagi group inside.

We had to hold out until they came back.

'When will they be done? It's been a few minutes since they entered the building. At least they should have made contact with the survivors by now. Where are they?'

My question was answered by a huge explosion that occurred inside the building.

Boom!

[HOTD] Chapter 27 – Water Plant

When I arrived, I saw the protagonist and the rest of the gang were already there. Kohta had the AR-10 I gave him in his hands and a backpack on his back, while Rei and Takashi were wearing their school uniforms.

Kohta was the only one who was dressed in proper attire, a military camo jacket, and a tactical vest.

"Oh, senior! You're here." The fatty greeted me with a big smile on his face. "I'm glad you came. We need all the help we can get."

"Hey." I greeted back. "You guys are early."

"Of course." He said, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "We have to be ready for anything, you know."

"Right." I replied.

I looked at the other members of the group and nodded.

We chatted for a bit between boys and Saya also joined when she had an opinion. Meanwhile Rei only looked at us, especially at Takashi, silently. She was still wary of me and didn't want to talk.

'Man, this is awkward.' I thought. 'To think she still holds a grudge about what happened in the cafeteria... How childish.'

Fortunately, Miss Shizuka was social enough to talk to the girl. I would count on her to break the ice with Rei.

A few minutes later, Don Takagi Souichirou arrived. He was dressed in a suit and had a sword in his hand. Behind him was Yuriko and Saeko. The former dressed in a red dress with a gun holster while Saeko had a similar attire to me, with a gun holster and a sword on her hips.

Her black suit and dress shirt really accentuated her figure.

"Alright, let's go." Don Takagi Souichiro said, looking at us. "I will explain the plan on the way. However, all of you will serve as a reserve force and bodyguard. You won't have to fight if it can be helped."

He explained further as we walked. We would go to the water treatment plant and secure the place. If everything went well, we would stay there for a while to secure the place.

However, if it wasn't safe, we would leave immediately.

We followed him to the parking lot. There were a few vehicles there, including a humvee and a jeep, and a group of men waiting for us. They were all dressed in black suits, each holding a sword or gun in their hands.

'This is a pretty big operation.' I thought, 'Maybe this is a good idea. With so many people, it would be easy to secure the place.'

If we managed to secure the place, we would have a new base and water supply.

"Let's go." Don Takagi Souichirou said as we entered the cars.

And when I jumped into the humvee, it appeared.

[Make your choice!]

1. Help the operation earnestly. (Reward: 10 Shop Points + 1 Strength)

2. Help the operation with a bit of restraint. (Reward: 20 Shop Points + 1 Agility)

3. Help the operation half-heartedly. (Reward: 50 Shop Points + 1 Dexterity + 1 Stamina)

4. Just screw the plan and have fun with Takagi Yuriko in the mansion. (Reward: 200 Shop Points + 1 Agility + 1 Stamina)

I looked at the system, trying to figure out what the correct choice was. I didn't know if helping the operation with all I got was a good idea, but not helping at all was definitely not.

So the first and fourth choice was out of the question.

As for the other two choices...

'I don't know how much I should half-heartedly participate.' I thought, 'However, having Souichiro's trust would be beneficial for me.'

Not many people have influence and resources that rivaled him right now. I could use his connections to get whatever I want. Besides, it wouldn't hurt to help them a little bit.

Maybe if I met up with my father and mother overseas, I could ask for their help to get a safe passage. But now, I am in Tokonatsu City, Japan.

Without being in a group, survival would be hard even for me. I needed supplies, weapons, and a safe place to hide from zombies.

I looked at Saeko. She was staring outside the window, a look of worry on her face. I reached out and took her hand, squeezing it reassuringly. She turned to me and smiled, her expression softening.

Last night, she told me that she would always be by my side.

So my choice is...

"Let's do our best today, Saeko." I said, "We're going to secure a new home for everyone."

"Right." She replied, nodding her head.

Afterward, I looked at the system and chose the first option.

I would do my best to help the operation. I needed that agility point.

***

We arrived at the water treatment plant after an hour. It was a huge building surrounded by a forest and a fence located on the outskirts of the city, near the mountain.

Our journey wasn't a smooth one. Some zombies appeared in the scouted road we used, but we managed to avoid them by driving away.

Apparently, Don Takagi had sent an advance party to check the road and clear it of zombies. However, they lost contact just this morning, which was why there were unreported zombies appearing.

"They are already dead, no?" Kohta who rode the humvee with us asked, "I mean, radio communication is a must in this situation."

"Kohta, what are you-"

"I am sure they are dead."

Before Saya finished, I replied with a cold tone, cutting her off.

Thinking about how dangerous zombies were, the chance of the advance party to be alive was miniscule. Especially since the radio wasn't answered.

We were facing a disaster, so we couldn't sugar coat everything. If we did that, we would die.

"..." Kohta gulped and didn't reply, he probably realized how dangerous our situation was now.

Afterward, we arrived at the factory and gathered outside the fence. Don Takagi called me and Saeko to join the discussion.

"Listen up, this is our plan." He said, "Our priority is to look for survivors in the water treatment plant. Most likely, the advance party has already entered and met an unfortunate accident inside. They might have turned into zombies, so be careful. However, if there are survivors, saving them is a priority."

He then looked at Saeko and me, then at the rest of the gang.

"The Busujima siblings and Takashi's group will stay outside. We can't risk more lives than necessary."

"Yes, sir." I replied, nodding.

After a short discussion, I relayed the plan to Miss Shizuka and the others. Some looked relieved, including Rei, Saya, and Miss Shizuka, while the boys looked excited.

"Hahaha, a defensive mission, huh?! Don't worry, senior! Your back is safe with me!" Kohta said, grinning widely as he held the AR-10 I gave him in his arms.

I looked at Takashi. He was quiet, looking at the water treatment plant building with a serious expression on his face.

'He's probably thinking about the best course of action. Maybe.'

Anyway, the operation would start in 5 minutes.

And hell let loose as the factory gate was opened.

[Dungeon] Chapter 39 – Sunagakure’s First Attempt

Cain nodded in satisfaction when the devils understood what the coin could be used for.

In fact, he was worried about the future of his dungeon. If he only provided a hidden reward, wouldn't the challengers skip the monsters and only go to the boss room for an item drop?

If it was the usual video game he knew, some players would surely use the walkthrough and just go to the place where they could get the rare drop.

He had a big problem with that. He even wanted the others to explore the dungeon and fight the boss later.

So, how to motivate the challengers to kill every monster they encounter?

The answer was pretty simple.

Item drop.

"Wow, I would miss that option if I didn't look closely at all the menus. The system never told me what changed, what a sneaky bastard. Still, this option is great." He muttered.

[Item drop: Randomly drops item. Can be customized by dungeon maker. 5,000 coins to enable it.]

He immediately bought it. It would become useful in the future.

Not only this, but he also created the coins he named Dungeon Coin with Item Creation. Because there was no special effect added to the item, he could create it pretty cheaply.

"5 Coins for 10 Dungeon Coins, this is so cheap. I still don't understand the conversion rate of coins to items. When I have more coins, I need to experiment with them."

With this item drop option and his creation, the challengers would have no choice but to go on an adventure and clear his dungeon.

And of course, the reward for defeating the boss and the reward in the treasure chest were better than item drop. Still, this should be enough to rouse their emotions and generate more coins.

"Hehehehe." Cain laughed evilly in the throne room.

***

At the same time, in Elemental Tower...

Sunagakure's ninja party entered the new dungeon entrance.

They arrived in the burning forest, the first floor in this tower.

"What is this?" Temari raised her arm to shield her nose from the smoke. It was a very unpleasant smell.

"It seems to be a forest of some sort. I have no idea what kind of trees these are though." Kankurou commented, looking around at the strange landscape. "It looks like it's burning in some places, but it's strange. and there is not much smoke compared to the fire."

The group looked at the strange, flaming forest around them.

Looking around, the group could see the strange trees that were covered in fire and a strange, blue flame that burned on some of them. They could feel the intense heat coming from the flames, and the smell of burning wood was strong.

They looked up, noticing that the sky was an orange color and that the air was filled with ash.

"What a strange place." Kankurou remarked, looking around in awe.

"I don't know where we are, but it seems like we've entered another dimension just like what that goblin said. It doesn't look like the place we came from, that's for sure." Someone said.

"I think we should keep moving." Temari said, looking at the others. "There's no use standing here, and we need to get to the end of this place. We don't even know what we're looking for yet, but we have to do something."

The group nodded and followed Temari's lead. They moved quickly and silently through the burning forest, keeping a careful eye on their surroundings. They could feel a sense of unease as they walked.

A fire goblin appeared from behind the burning tree. They were carrying a torch, a burning branch in their hand.

"What is that?" One of the ninja said.

"A goblin, no? It looked similar to the one we met earlier." Another said.

"We will eliminate it. It doesn't look that dangerous." Kankurou took the leadership and ordered, "Temari, you use your wind jutsu and blow the fire away. After that, everyone attacked with shuriken. I will take the last blow with my puppet."

The rest nodded. They knew exactly what to do, so they moved swiftly.

Unruffling her large fan, Temari swung it at the goblins. Wind blades appeared and attacked the goblin, extinguishing the fire from its torch and cutting its limbs.

Instantly, the group of ninja throw shuriken at it and the puppet Kankurou controlled followed behind.

It appeared and struck the goblin, sending it crashing to the ground.

"Is it dead?" Someone asked.

"I don't know, be careful."

"Temari, step forward a little and see if it attacks."

"Hey!"

Kankurou laughed as the ninja were still acting as usual.

The ninja moved forward and examined the dead goblin. It didn't look like it had any special features, just a normal goblin. They couldn't figure out why it was so weak, or what it had been trying to do. It was a mystery to them.

They decided to leave it and move on. As they were leaving, they found another adversary.

A fire slime suddenly jumped from the tree and took one ninja out of guard. It wrapped itself around the ninja's head, depriving him of oxygen and burning him at the same time.

"H-Hhh!" A muffled scream came from him.

"Shit, we are being ambushed! Defend and attack!"

"Someone, save that person! His life is in danger!"

Kankurou's face turned grim and he tried to help. He couldn't let the fire slime burn his subordinate to death.

"Temari! Use the wind again!"

"No, it's too dangerous. My wind will also cut him."

The ninja were panicking, and it wasn't a pretty sight to watch.

Kankurou bit his lip, trying to control his puppet. He tried to make them hit the slime, but their hands just passed through the gooey body and it was impossible to hit the core that moved around.

In a few seconds, the ninja's face was fully burned and his body limped. He was killed. But, before he died, he took the slime with him. He stabbed it on its core with a kunai, destroying it completely.

"..."

There was silence as the ninja group mourned for their companion. They weren't that close, but it was a huge blow to them. The first death in the new dungeon.

But, at the same time, they understood the danger.

"He will... be revived, right?" Temari looked at her brother. "We need to get back and revive him."

Kankurou was silent. He shook his head.

"Trusting that strange goblin isn't wise. Let's mourn for him."

He didn't want to let the person's sacrifice be in vain, and he was also angry. He was the one leading this party, so he had the responsibility to bring everyone to safety and back home. He felt that he had failed, and it was a hard blow for him.

But, he was also feeling something else.

"This place is dangerous." He muttered.

Temari, and the rest of the ninja group nodded. They had just lost someone in the dungeon because they lowered their guards due to the Smart Goblin's words and they didn't know what to expect.

It was a shocking moment for all of them.

"We need to be more careful." Temari said, her voice firm. "We need to take care of each other, and make sure that we don't lose anyone else. Look out for traps, and be on the lookout for any monsters. We have to do our best to protect each other, no matter what."

Kankurou nodded in agreement, his expression determined. "We have to move on, and find out what is in this place and where the exit is."

He was feeling something he had never felt before. The weight of leadership.

[HOTD] Chapter 26 – Exercise is Good

Back in the room, I prepared all the things I needed. The crossbow was set up, the quiver was filled with arrows, and I had the gun holster ready.

At that moment, Saeko exited the bathroom connected to our room, steam rose from her body which was only hidden by a towel wrapped around her.

"Ah, brother." She blushed and sat down on the bed, "It's your turn to take a shower. We have hot water here. It's a luxury nowadays, so we mustn't waste it."

"Right." I said, staring at her.

Her body was glistening with water, giving her an erotic look. Her hair was wet too, making her look like a succubus in front of me.

Noticing my gaze, she chuckled and pulled the towel. A seducing movement that left her bare in front of me, her large breasts jiggling as the cloth was removed.

[Make your choice!]

1. I will take a shower now. No need to tempt me. (Reward: 10 Shop Points)

2. Sleep immediately with her. Tomorrow is an important day. (Reward: 20 Shop Points + 1 Dexterity)

3. There is nothing wrong with little exercise before a shower. Sweat is good. (Reward: 50 Shop Points + 1 Stamina + 1 Dexterity)

I smiled and approached her, pushing her down on the bed. My clothes were removed, revealing my toned body.

[Ding! You have received 50 Shop Points + 1 Stamina + 1 Dexterity]

Instantly, the points I used to buy necessities were returned alongside 2 bonus stats. Still, I didn't care about that right now.

She blushed when she saw my member, hardening in anticipation. I leaned down and kissed her, our tongues entangled and fought for dominance.

"Slurp~ Slurp~" She moaned, her eyes closed and her body writhing beneath mine. She wrapped her arms around my neck and deepened the kiss.

After a few moments, we broke apart, both panting heavily. She looked at me with lustful eyes, her face red from the heat. Her hand moved to touch my member.

"Wait." She said, locking her legs around my waist.

When I got confused, she suddenly threw me on the bed and straddled me. A predatory look appeared on her face and she licked her lips. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that look.

"Let's try this position." She said, aligning her entrance with my shaft. "Just enjoy it."

Then, she lowered herself, engulfing my dick slowly. She groaned, her face contorted in pleasure as she felt me inside her. It was a pleasurable feeling, being inside her warm and wet hole.

"Ah... Nngh..." A pleasured moan escaped her lips when I started to move my hips, thrusting upwards into her. "Hnn... So good..."

She began to ride me, her hips moving up and down as she bounced on my dick. Her breasts bounced along with her, enticing me.

I placed my hands on them, massaging them.

"Ahn~ Brother..." She moaned, throwing her head back as she enjoyed the sensation. "Ooh♥"

The bed creaked loudly under our weight, but we didn't care. We were too busy enjoying ourselves.

"Fuck! You're so tight!" I grunted, thrusting harder. "Oh god!"

My cock was being squeezed by her tight walls, making it hard for me to last long. However, I didn't want to cum yet. I wanted to enjoy this more, so I tried to hold it in.

"Ngh~ Brother... Kiss me♥ Cum while kissing me♥" She moaned, leaning down.

Her breasts were pressed against my chest as I kissed her. Our tongues entwined and danced together, our saliva mixing and flowing into each other's mouths.

"Shit! Cumming!!!" I groaned, thrusting upwards one last time.

My dick exploded, filling her pussy with my semen. Her walls tightened even more, milking me dry.

"Hnnn~!♥♥" She screamed, her eyes rolled back as she came. Her juices flowed out of her, mixing with my cum.

We stayed in that position for a while, enjoying the afterglow of our orgasm while kissing deeply.

Suddenly, a worry crept into my mind as we parted.

"Sis, I creampied you twice already, but... Will you be okay?"

At my sudden yet late question, Saeko blinked and then giggled. She leaned down and kissed my cheek.

"Fufu, don't worry. I'm on a pill. I have been on them for a while now." She said, smiling. "Miss Shizuka also has plenty of them, so we can enjoy ourselves without any problem."

In that case there was nothing to worry about. I grabbed her and pushed her onto the bed.

"Hya!" She got surprised by my sudden action.

"Let's continue." I said with a smirk, squeezing her breasts.

Her eyes widened, but she didn't resist. Instead, she smiled and wrapped her legs around me. She pulled me closer, pressing her chest against mine.

"Yes♥" She replied, her voice filled with lust. "Please fuck me harder♥"

How sexy.

***

Morning arrived

Today's mission was very important, so I woke up early and prepared myself.

After a quick shower, I put on the clothes provided by Souichiro’s subordinate.

It was a simple black suit, complete with a black shirt and a tie. I wore the holster and vest, then equipped the katana and slung the crossbow and quiver on my back.

Looking in the mirror, I was a bit surprised.

"Damn, I look good." I said, swiping my short black hair back.

If I had to describe my appearance now, I looked like those agents from the Kingsman movie or special forces in a spy drama.

The crossbow, katana, vest, and gun holster made me look cooler.

'Now I'm a real action movie star.' I thought and chuckled, 'I'm a fucking badass!'

Saeko was currently with the mistress of the house, Yuriko, to finish her preparation.

Saya's mother had many easy to move clothes and wanted to give my sister some of them. Their body sizes were similar, according to her, so her clothes should fit.

Saeko was reluctant at first, but she complied after I told her it was alright to accept their kindness. As my sister, her clothes and equipment would be important to survive.

A school uniform wouldn't cut it anymore.

After finishing my preparation, I walked out of the room and went to the meeting point.

[Dungeon] Chapter 38 – Item Drop

Cain watched as the group of ninja moved into the third dungeon and the other went to Elemental Tower.

Rias and the others were standing in a long corridor with dark bricks lining the wall and the ceiling.

The only light present was a flickering blue flame burning on the candles placed in a small nook along the wall, creating a ghostly atmosphere.

A strange feeling washed over them as they stood in front of a gate. They felt the air was heavier, and the tension was higher than they expected. This dungeon felt different than the other two. There was an eerie silence that sent a chill up their spines.

"This is..." Rias took a deep breath, trying to calm her nerves. She could feel the tension and the fear building up inside of her.

"Whoa, it feels so creepy here." Issei shuddered, "And why does this place feel like a haunted house?"

Yuuto nodded. He had a feeling of unease that was difficult to explain. The others were feeling the same.

"Everyone, please focus." Akeno said.

"Yes, Akeno's right." Rias said, nodding. "We need to keep our guard up. Advance slowly and carefully."

The devils nodded. Rias was the first to take a step forward. Her body was tensed up, ready to attack or defend herself at any moment.

But nothing came.

Dark and long corridor, same as before, still greeted them like the first time they entered.

However, after a minute, they finally found something different. A pile of bones lay in the middle of the corridor, its skeletal remains gleaming white against the dim lighting.

It had clearly been there for quite some time.

They stopped for a second.

"Bones?" Issei exclaimed, looking at the bones. "There are dead people in here!"

"Calm down." Yuuto said.

Issei nodded. They then proceeded with their exploration. Yuuto and Koneko, who led the party in the front, were the first who noticed the movement.

"Wait, the bones moved." Yuuto said. He unsheathed his sword and took a battle stance.

At that moment, the bones rattled loudly, and they were surrounded by a purple aura.

Then, it started to move. The bones floated in the air before attaching themselves to form a complete human skeleton, with the purple aura still surrounding it.

"What is that? A walking skeleton?"

Issei took a step backward as he saw the strange creature. It looked similar to a human, but it had a purple aura that made it look menacing.

In just a few seconds, three skeletons wielding a sword stood in their way. Purple flame burn in their eye socket, and they rattled menacingly.

"Kakakaka..."

"Undead!?" Yuuto shouted.

"Lightning Orb!" Akeno attacked with magic.

She conjured an orb of light that flew straight toward the skeletons. When the light touched the skeleton, it burst into lightning that struck them. The electricity ran through their bones and caused them to convulse.

The three skeletons cried in agony and their bodies rattled and broke, collapsing on the floor.

"You did it, Akeno-senpai!" Issei shouted, grinning widely.

"Fufufu, it's pretty easy." Akeno giggled.

But their happiness didn't last long. The skeletons' broken body parts flew into the air once again and the skeleton was revived, standing tall and strong.

"What the hell! They revived?!" Issei exclaimed, his expression changing to surprise.

The rest of the peerage was shocked as well. The skeleton rattled once again, and they charged. The Devil's peerage scattered and started to attack them.

"Take this!" Koneko punched the skeleton chasing her, reducing it into a pile of bones.

However, no matter what attack they did or how many times they broke the skeletons' bones, they always reappeared. Even after a few moments, they were still fighting the same skeleton, unable to break its will or make it disappear.

"This is taking too long." Rias narrowed her eyes and prepared her magic.

Noticing it, Yuuto and Issei gathered the skeletons in one place and pulled back. They wanted to avoid the friendly fire from her magic.

Akeno also noticed it.

When they managed to gather the skeleton, she immediately used her magic.

"Lightning whip!" She shouted, conjuring a lightning whip in her right hand. She lashed out at the skeletons and hit them with a powerful blow that caused them to rattle. The skeletons screamed and were destroyed. Their bones broke into pieces.

Rias then cast a magic circle on the floor where the skeletons' remains lay. She then said, "Power of destruction!"

A powerful explosion engulfed the broken skeletons and their remains. They were reduced into bits and pieces.

This time, the skeleton didn't reappear or revive. Rias and her peerage had won their battle. But, it wasn't over yet.

The battle wasn't the end of their problem.

"What is this?" Issei noticed something on the floor, a shiny coin with a skull engraved in the middle.

"It looks like a coin." Yuuto approached him.

"Maybe this is one of the dungeon rewards? Akeno, use your item to identify this thing!" Rias ordered, looking at the coin with curious eyes.

"Alright, let's see... Hmm." Akeno took out the monocle from her pocket. She stared at the coin and the description appeared.

Item Name: Dungeon Coin (Rare)

Item Description: A coin obtained from a dungeon. Maybe there is a use for it?

She relayed the description to the others.

Upon hearing it, Rias' eyes lit up.

"This is it! It's an item drop!"

As if possessed by something, her inner otaku suddenly took control of her. She grinned and raised her fist.

Being someone who appreciated the culture himself, Issei also understood. His eyes lit up in realization.

"I understand! If we kill the enemies, there is a possibility that an item would drop. Let's kill them and collect these coins. I bet we can buy or exchange it for something!" Issei exclaimed, his voice brimming with excitement. He couldn't wait to find out more.

"Yes, let's go and kill them all!" Rias said.

"President! Let's go to that place!"

"Of course! Let's do it!"

And the duo rushed forward, followed by the others who were less excited. Akeno only giggled in a motherly way.

Their exploration had just started.

[HOTD] Chapter 25 – Doubt Cleared

Sitting in the corner, Saeko turned at me and frowned. She approached me and sat right next to me, leaning forward worriedly.

"What's wrong, brother?"

"Nothing." I answered, "Just thinking about the future. Because we have some time to think calmly, I just realized how fucked our current situation is. With zombies filling the city, we won't survive for long."

I lied, but not really.

Upon reading that certain game's cursed company's name in the serum's description, I could only feel dread.

"What are you worried about?" She asked, placing her hand on my shoulder. "You know we can always count on each other."

She smiled reassuringly.

I looked at her, staring at her eyes. I saw trust, faith, and love in her eyes. Our faces slowly got closer and closer until our foreheads touched. Then, our lips met in a kiss.

Saeko pushed me down, making me fall on my back. She attacked my mouth, her tongue exploring every inch of my mouth. I responded by kissing her back, our tongues entangled and fought for dominance.

After a few seconds, we broke apart and Saeko stared at me with a lustful look on her face. She was panting heavily, her chest heaving up and down.

I licked my lips, tasting her saliva on them.

"Brother." She whispered, "Stepmother leave you to me. I don't know what father told you about that secret information, but... I will always be by your side. No matter what."

"Sis..." I muttered.

She smiled and stood up, fixing her hair and clothes.

"Zombies aren't a problem at all, but I'd like it if we can live in peace." She said, "So please, don't make a decision without consulting me. We can think of it together."

"Alright. We're siblings, right? I won't do anything stupid." I said with a grin.

She smiled and walked out of the room, leaving me alone.

I stared at the door, wondering what I should do next. I had to think about the future, about our safety.

And then, I looked at the zombie serum in the system shop again. Maybe the shop only used its name and the corporation didn't exactly exist in this world. I had never heard of this name in the news, after all.

'But if this serum is created by that Umbrella Corp, will I be able to get stronger and immune to zombie viruses like Alice? T-Virus... Yeah, right.'

I chuckled.

'It's probably just a joke. The system is unreliable, so I can't trust any description in the shop either.'

Maybe I was just overthinking it.

For now, I had to focus on surviving the zombie apocalypse and tomorrow's mission. Scouting the water treatment plant was dangerous enough as it was, and I had to prepare myself for it.

I opened the system again and checked on the items.

'I guess I will need a few more flashbangs and arrows for the crossbow. Using the guns would be too dangerous outside the base, seeing what happened before, I should only use the gun in an emergency.'

The shop's search feature was useful, I had to say. I could type what I wanted and it would appear on the screen. I searched for flashbangs and a set of twenty bolts appeared on the list.

The price was 25 and 20 points, respectively. Once I bought them, they appeared in my hand from thin air.

Compared to bullets, the bolts were more expensive. However, they were quieter and reusable, so I needed them.

'I can carry them in the quiver. And with the vest I found in Miss Rika's house, I can holster the handgun I took from the police as well as the two flashbangs I have.'

The pistol I took from the police was a standard Smith & Wesson M37, a round pistol with 5 x .38 caliber rounds.

My M1A1 only had 1x20 magazines left. I had to buy some bullets, but I wouldn't be able to explain where I got them from.

'Let's wait until I reach home. I can always buy in bulk and say I have stocked them in the past.'

I decided to save my points for now. I was afraid of using the rifle in the open, so the sword and crossbow would be the weapon of choice. The M1A1 was for the last resort.

After I put all the items I bought inside the duffel bag I found in the room, I lay down on the bed.

Later, I would take the crossbow from the humvee and prepare it.

I was too tired, so I closed my eyes and slept.

I didn't know how long I had slept, but I was woken up by someone shaking my shoulder.

"Brother. It's time to eat." Saeko said with a smile.

When I opened my eyes again and looked at the window, the sky had turned dark already.

'I guess I fell asleep.' I thought, standing up and stretching my body.

Looking down, I saw that Saeko had taken off my clothes and dressed me in a traditional Japanese kimono. I didn't even notice that, showing how tired I was.

She also wore a kimono. Purple robe hugged her slim and well-endowed body, accentuating her curves and giving off a mature aura.

"Thanks. Let's go." I said.

I followed Saeko to the dining room where everyone was waiting for us.

When I meant everyone, I just meant the Takagi family and us. The protagonist or the fatty Kohta weren't around. They were probably still sleeping or busy with their own thing.

Or maybe they weren't even invited here.

"Sit down, Busujima Daiki." Don Takagi Souichirou said, looking at me.

I nodded and sat down beside Saeko.

"Thank you for your hospitality, sir." I said.

"Hmph. You're a guest here, so don't worry about it." He replied, "I invited you because I have something to talk about."

He was straight to the point.

"Is it about tomorrow?" I asked.

"Indeed. I would like to know if you are ready for the scout mission tomorrow." He said, "We are going to a water treatment plant near the mountain and we need to know if it is safe or not."

"I just need to prepare something a little bit in the humvee we came in. After that, I will be ready." I replied.

"Good. I have already asked Saya and her friends to join us. We are going to meet at the front gate at 6 AM." He said.

"I understand."

"Now then, let's eat." Miss Yuriko said, smiling brightly, "The food is getting cold."

We ate the food and continued chatting.

The topic was mostly about zombies. Don Takagi Souichiro seemed to have some kind of plan moving forward, advised by his genius wife and daughter.

They were talking about how they would deal with the zombies and how they would survive this disaster.

Saya was unexpectedly silent, only blushing slightly when her father praised her.

I didn't participate much, only listening to them as they were the leaders of this place. I also already had a plan on my own, so I had nothing to worry about.

I looked at Saeko, who was sitting next to me.

She seemed to be enjoying the meal. Her eyes shone with excitement when she saw the delicious dishes.

After dinner, I went to the humvee and talked with Miss Shizuka. Then, I took the crossbow, quiver, and the bolts inside.

"Fufufu, I will drive so there is no need to worry. This pistol is enough to defend myself." She said so after I apologized for taking back the weapon I gave her.

I felt reassured, knowing that she could defend herself.

After that, I went back to the mansion. I passed through a few people on my way back. They stared at me, but I ignored them and continued on my way.

[HOTD] Chapter 24 – Prepare Umbrella Before Rain

"You don't need to thank me. It's my pleasure to be of assistance." He replied, then he turned to me. "I believe you have a plan to protect yourself in the middle of this crisis, yes?"

"Yes, sir. We are planning on leaving the city." I replied, nodding my head. "We have prepared supplies and weapons for our journey."

"Where do you plan to go?" He asked.

"Somewhere far from the city, preferably near the water plant." I answered, "That place is a good place to get water supplies and there are lots of food sources there too."

"I see. It's a good plan." He nodded. "Should I say a brilliant mind has a similar thought? Son of Busujima isn't famous for sword, but I heard from your father that you are pretty smart."

"What do you mean?" I asked, confused.

"Come with me. I'll show you something." He replied.

We followed him outside and he led us to a large building, a warehouse, where many refugees were resting.

They were all injured and sickly, lying on the ground with bandages around their bodies. Some were crying while others were sleeping peacefully.

"We have so many survivors here."

Don Takagi Souichiro said and we continued to walk around.

There were some guards patrolling the area, keeping an eye on the survivors and the zombie-filled street outside the wall. They greeted Souichiro respectfully when we walked past them.

When we reached the garden, I saw some people gathered in a group and arguing. The content of their argument was, of course, zombies.

Apparently, they heard the government's announcement that zombies were people who got sick and not undead. They wanted to save them, saying that they were fellow humans.

Upon hearing that, I couldn't help but chuckle. Zombies were the result of a virus and there was no way to cure them. Even if they could, there would be no point in doing so.

What was the use of saving a zombie? They would not turn into humans again. It was useless and a waste of time and resources. Not to mention that they were dangerous creatures and could infect us with a single bite.

"What do you think?" Souichiro asked, his gaze focused on me. "As someone who has fought by himself in hell and reached here without any help, what do you think about their opinion?"

[Make your choice!]

1. These people are stupid. No need to entertain them. (Reward: 10 Shop Points)

2. Some of their talk made sense. Maybe the cure is possible. (Reward: 20 Shop Points + 1 Dexterity)

3. They are right. You fully agree with their opinions and support them! (Reward: 50 Shop Points + 1 Strength)

Ah, so stupid.

I looked at the system and thought about the choices. I had no idea what the correct answer was, but I knew the right thing to say.

Following the highest reward didn't always lead to the best outcome. Sometimes I had to sacrifice something to get what I wanted.

"Sir, I believe there is no need to entertain their idea." I said. "We should focus on saving ourselves and other survivors. Zombies are dangerous creatures that shouldn't be taken lightly."

Stupid people would only invite trouble.

What if they got bitten and hid it because they thought it wouldn't become a problem?

That could endanger everyone in the group.

I wasn't a saint, snipping them out was a mercy.

"I see. What is the reason?" Souichiro asked.

"Sir, as a politician, you know the current situation better than me. Surely you understand the danger of the zombies, and the fact that humans who couldn't understand that are more dangerous than them."

[Ding! You have received 10 Shop Points]

My words made him smile. He laughed and patted my shoulder.

"Right. I'll make sure these idiots won't ruin our plan." He said, "We have a plan to scout a new place for our base. A water treatment plant in the mountains. A good place to hide from zombies. It has its own power plant, enough to supply us."

Why did he tell us this? I was confused.

But then it dawned upon me.

'So he wants us to join his group?' I asked myself.

I looked at Saeko and she nodded. She had understood my intentions and agreed with them.

"We will join you in your plan. But we have a condition." I said to Souichiro, looking him in the eye. "We want to bring our friends along. She's a nurse, so she would be a great help in case we got injured or sick."

"Sure, I don't mind." He replied. "Besides, I'm not sure how many of them are willing to join our plan. I also plan to invite Saya's friend, Takashi. He's green, but he has the drive. It's a good quality to have in this situation."

"I understand."

In the end, I agreed to his plan. I knew that we couldn't just stay in this place forever, so it would be best to go with the Takagi group. We had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

The supply I hid in my house, food and other necessities such as medicine, was enough for us to survive for a month. I wouldn't use them unless I absolutely needed it.

'It's the only thing I have as my safety net beside the system shop.'

With the Takagi group, we didn't have to worry about food and water supply, and protection from zombies.

All we had to do was cooperate and work together. It was a good deal, I had to say.

Anyway, we were given a place to rest inside the mansion. I stayed with Saeko while Miss Shizuka helped the refugees with Miss Yuriko.

Left alone with no one to disturb us, I sat down on the bed, thinking about the events that had happened so far.

'Everything went according to plan.' I mused, 'I'm glad I chose to come here.'

Grinning, I opened the system and checked on the shop. I had quite a few shop points now, 380 points to be exact.

Scrolling through it, I found many things that I hadn't managed to find back then. Food, water, medicinal supplies, even the basic necessities such as clothes.

However, their price was ridiculously high, ranging from 50 to 250 points.

What caught my attention was Zombie Serum. I clicked on it and the item's details appeared.

[Zombie Serum (5,000 points): An incomplete research from Umbrella Corporation to cure the zombie. It is highly volatile, capable of mutating the patient into something... Else.]

The description was a bit ominous, but I didn't care. I just focused on the corporation that created this serum.

"Fuck."

A curse escaped my mouth.

[Dungeon] Chapter 37 – Smart Goblin

People from the Naruto dimension, Konoha and Suna's shinobi, and DxD's dimension, were staring at each other.

The ninja was on guard. They had never seen a human with such strange clothes before.

Rias and the others also looked at the ninja group with confusion. Their eyes scanned the people in the lobby, especially on their clothing.

Silence ensued for a minute until the ninja made their move. One of the ninjas, Temari from Sunagakure's ninja group, stepped forward and greeted the group of high schoolers with a bow.

"Excuse me. Where did you come from?" She asked.

"Hmm, from Kuoh Academy." Issei answered, "Where did you guys come from? You are wearing weird clothes. What school uniform is that?"

"School uniform?"

Both sides became confused and were wondering about what was going on. This place was a dungeon, but why would there be people inside it?

There wasn't anyone else when they entered. Kakashi especially got confused when he saw Sunagakure shinobi in this place but hid it under his mask and assessed the situation calmly.

The atmosphere between them became strange. Rias then decided to clear the air by introducing herself and her peerage, saying, "I am Rias Gremory, the heir of the Gremory house. And these people here are my friends and subordinates."

The Suna and Konoha ninja group was stunned by her answer, but Temari recovered quickly and introduced her group.

"I'm Temari from Sunagakure. Behind me, the people wearing the same headbands are also from my village." She introduced and gestured at the people behind her.

"Shinobi from Konohagakure." Kakashi's introduction was short and concise.

Naruto looked like she was about to complain, but Neji blocked him. He didn't want him to cause any commotion.

After hearing their introductions, Rias and her group nodded, but the people from Naruto dimension were still confused.

At that moment, a cough echoed in the hub area.

"I see that you've all introduced yourselves to each other."

A strange, slightly hoarse voice echoed throughout the hub, and everyone looked around for its source, wary about the new entrance that they couldn't feel before.

Standing near the center where the dungeon portal was located was a creature they knew very well. A goblin.

Everyone who had entered the dungeon before immediately went on guard. Naruto and his friends put up a fighting stance while the Devils prepare their magic and weapons.

However, everyone stopped when they realized the goblin talked. And unlike other goblins...

"A suit?"

... This one was wearing a suit like a businessman.

"Indeed." The goblin nodded.

Monster with self-consciousness couldn't be purchased yet.

So Cain deliberately controlled this goblin to act like a guide for now to defuse the strange tension in the air.

If he didn't do this, he was afraid both parties would just stay in this place while being wary of each other.

Not only that, he wanted to introduce an intelligent monster to these people so they wouldn’t be surprised in the future.

"I even have a name tag here. See? It said 'Smart Goblin, Don't attack.' I am afraid that you will face consequences if you attack someone on this safe floor."

He explained calmly while looking at them all. The ninja and devils, however, still had their guards up.

Rias asked, "What do you want?"

"Nothing."

He answered, shaking his head.

"My job is just to answer any question you might have about this dungeon's rules. For example, this place is called a safe area. It's a place where you can rest and relax and meet with people from other dimensions, and any battle is forbidden here."

"Oh?" Rias narrowed her eyes, "Dimension? Other dimensions?"

"Yessssss. Dimension. Other worlds. Another universe." The Smart Goblin nodded.

He was surprised that they didn’t react to it, "Wait... Do none of you know what a dimension is? I know that the Devils understood it. But how about you, shinobi?"

"I do know what dimension is." Kakashi answered. "But how do we even end up in the same place? Is this another world?"

"Yes." The Goblin said. He looked around at everyone, "I think I should explain this again, starting from the beginning. I didn't think that this world didn't know anything about another dimension. It was a bit weird."

"Alright. Please start your explanation." Rias said. "But we want to make sure first that you are not an enemy and not lying to us."

"Of course I am not an enemy! The Dungeon Maker ordered me to be a tutorial guide, taking your world's words and such to make it easy to be understood by the first group that entered the dungeon."

Upon hearing the Dungeon Maker, Rias lowered her guard slightly. She gestured for her peerage to back down and keep their weapons away.

The Goblin sighed, relieved. He then began his explanation.

The Smart Goblin told them that he was created by the Dungeon Maker to help them, and he was not a monster. He was a guide.

He also explained the purpose of the dungeon and its rules, and the people's expression changed from confusion to excitement, and some were interested in the possibility of finding rare materials in the dungeon.

Not only that, there were treasures, weapons, and even a 100% chance to revive if you die. It sounded like an amazing opportunity.

Almost too good to be true.

That's why the goblin raised its finger and continued.

"Of course there is a price to pay when you die."

Nothing was free in this world. Even death had its consequences.

"Your price to pay for dying in a dungeon is..."

...

"... your equipment will be taken by the dungeon. You will be left with nothing and you won't be able to enter the dungeon for 7 days of your world's time, so proceed with caution!"

Cain didn't want the revival system to be abused. There was a chance that the challengers would think of dying as the easy way out, especially if the reward was worth the risk.

So he needed to make sure that they wouldn't die for no reason. This would make them work hard to stay alive, even in the most desperate situation.

Equipment was important. He wanted the people to be attached to it, especially since he would create incredible ones later.

At first he wanted to implement a penalty system, but there was nothing to gain from the challengers yet. So he implemented this temporary solution right now.

"Okay. So let me explain the rules one more time. If you're in a safe area, no one will attack you. However, if you're in the battle area, you'll have to be prepared to fight and defend yourself. Even against other parties."

Smart Goblin was about to continue when Neji interrupted him, saying, "You mean we could kill other people from another dimension? What if we don't want to do it?"

"That's a good question." The goblin nodded. "Well, the answer is that you won't be punished. But be careful as everyone is able to access this hub. And if someone from other dimensions wants to attack you, well... They could do that. You have to fight for your life."

The ninja were quiet, considering this.

"And as you already know, the penalty for dying in the dungeon is the loss of all your equipment and you can't enter the dungeon again for a week. You will be revived in that room after a day, so there is no permanent death. We operate using dungeon laws."

"Alright, I understand that much." Temari said, "I just have one last question, though. Can you explain the dungeon law to us in detail?"

The Smart Goblin smiled and answered, "Well, please read the flyer over there. My role here is over, so enjoy the dungeon."

And he disappeared. A black hole opened beneath him and he sank in it before the hole disappeared.

Cain sighed, 'It was tiring. This is definitely not my forte. But, the tutorial is done. Now I just need to wait and observe. Hopefully the third dungeon can get more popularity and challengers.'

He then took off the controller and laid down on his throne.

Three different parties from two different dimensions began exchanging information. They also agreed for a non-aggression pact because both didn't know each other's capabilities yet.

As for the Sunagakure and Konohagakure shinobi, they didn't need to do anything as they were already allied. The Chuunin and Naruto talked with Temari and Kankurou, enjoying their unexpected reunion after some years.

The atmosphere in the lobby was light, like a normal school's classroom.

However, Rias was still wary of the ninja.

She decided to enter first with her peerage, leaving the ninja that try to plan something.

"Let's go."

"Okay!"

The Devils walked toward the portal and entered it one by one, leaving only the ninja behind.

[HOTD] Chapter 23 – Takagi Estate

Takagi Estate was the definition of a mansion.

With the young lady, Takagi Saya, with us, we managed to reach the place faster than expected.

The estate was a large traditional western house surrounded by tall walls. A large metal gate stood at the entrance, preventing the zombies from entering the premises.

'No wonder why they were safe here. The estate is perfect for defense.'

Miss Shizuka stopped the humvee in front of the gate and we all stepped down from the vehicle.

A guard near the entrance narrowed his eyes.

"Identify yourself! Are you bitten?"

"Are you stupid that you can't recognize me? Call my Mama or Papa and let us in immediately! And we're not stupid enough to get bitten, you stupid!" Saya shouted in anger, glaring at the guard.

However, the guard wasn't affected at all and kept a calm composure. "Please, answer my question. Are you bitten, Miss Takagi?"

Saya snorted and flipped him off, "No, I'm not bitten. Nor are my companions here. We are not stupid."

The guard nodded and opened the gate. "Welcome back, Takagi-sama."

"Hmph!" She huffed in annoyance and walked inside the gate, followed by the rest of us.

Once inside, we were greeted by some people, guards, and were told something.

"Please follow us for now for a body check. We can't allow any bitten person inside the house." One of the guards said.

I looked at Saeko and Miss Shizuka, and then at the protagonist's group, before shrugging my shoulders.

"It's fine, right?" I asked them.

They all nodded.

"Okay, we'll comply." I said to the guard, who nodded in response.

We were escorted to a large room where we were checked one by one, differentiate by genders. The girls were also checked by women to make sure they weren't bitten or scratched.

Afterward, the guard guided us to the living room, where a harsh-looking man and beautiful woman, presumably Saya's parents, were waiting for us.

"Mama!"

Saya's reaction upon seeing the woman answered all of our questions. Yes, the woman was Saya's mother, Takagi Yuriko.

"Saya!" The woman ran towards her and hugged her daughter tightly. Tears flowed down her cheeks as she cried in happiness.

The man also approached her, but he didn't say anything. However, his eyes showed how relieved and happy he was. Then, he looked at us, seemingly recognizing us, before speaking.

"Thank you for bringing our daughter back. I'm Takagi Souichirou, and this is my wife, Yuriko. We're indebted to you, truly." He said with a sincere tone.

Despite his rough face and scary look, he was actually a caring father. I didn't expect that, but I smiled and accepted his gratitude with a nod.

"We only saved her at the last moment. If you'd like to offer your gratitude to someone, then this Takashi Komuro, who protected her along the way, should receive it." I said, gesturing at the protagonist.

"Hmm. You've known Saya for a long time, right? I give you my thanks. If you need anything, feel free to ask." Souichirou said.

"Ah, yes! Thank you very much." Takeshi bowed his head, clearly nervous.

"Although I want to sit and relax, I have much more to do right now. For now, feel free to rest here. We have a refugee camp outside and they are in dire need of supplies." Souichirou said, "Yuriko, please take care of them in my stead."

"Alright, darling." Yuriko replied with a nod, wiping her tears away.

She then turned to us, her eyes filled with warmth and kindness.

"Welcome, everyone. Please, feel free to rest here. We will provide everything you need." Yuriko said, bowing to us.

"Thank you very much, Ma'am." Miss Shizuka replied. "I'm a nurse, so I can help with treating injuries."

"Oh, really? That would be a great help!" Yuriko replied. "We have many refugees who are injured and sick. We are in desperate need of a nurse."

"Please, leave it to me. I will do my best." Miss Shizuka bowed her head once again, showing respect to her.

They began to chat and walked away. I also turned around and about to follow them.

"Ah, wait. I have something to talk about with you and your sister."

Only if Souichiro didn't hold us. I already expected this.

In fact, Don Takagi Souichiro, the right-wing political association, was a big reason why I wanted to be here.

"Yes, sir?" I said.

"Follow me to my dojo. We can have a nice chat there." He said, walking away.

Saeko and I looked at each other, then at the rest of the group. We excuse ourselves and followed him.

Takagi's dojo was spacious, with tatami mats covering the floor and the walls. A few wooden swords and katanas were on display near the entrance. It was a traditional Japanese dojo, the one where you would see martial arts practitioners train and practice their skills.

Souichiro sat down on the tatami mat and crossed his legs. He gestured for us to do the same and we complied.

Silence filled the room as he stared at us with a serious expression on his face. His sharp gaze pierced through us, making me feel uncomfortable.

However, Saeko was different. She met his eyes with her own, her eyes filled with determination. She wasn't scared of him at all.

I, on the other hand, was a bit worried. I didn't know what he wanted to talk about, so I tried to keep a straight face and wait for him to speak.

"What do you think of this?"

Suddenly, he handed us, or rather Saeko, a long katana.

"I've heard about your accomplishment in sword. Daughter of Busujima Kageaki, the master swordsman. I've seen your skill with my own eyes too when you participate in that national tournament."

Saeko was surprised by his words and looked at the sword in her hands. It was a beautiful sword with a black scabbard and gold ornaments on it.

"It's a Murata Katana, made in the Meiji Era. A gift from a friend. I believe this sword has no single blemish or nick."

"Indeed. This is truly a beautiful sword." Saeko replied, her eyes filled with admiration as she inspected the sword closely. "I've never seen such a magnificent blade."

"Take it." He said, then he turned to me. "I'd like to give the Son of Busujima something too, but you don't need it, right? That sword... It's already a fine one. I don't think I have anything better here."

He pointed at the katana on my side, which Saeko returned to me.

"I am grateful, sir. This is enough."

"Sir, I know this is rude, but..." Saeko spoke up, her voice trembling a little.

"Hmm?" Souichirou raised an eyebrow. "Speak your mind."

"Unless there is a reason, I can't accept this gift. I don't deserve such a valuable gift." She said, looking down at the ground.

"Of course, there is a reason. I've been in your father's care for a long time and you've become my daughter's savior." Souichirou replied with a calm smile. "Most of all, I want to have skilled people to help with the current situation. Your skill is indispensable."

"I see." Saeko nodded, looking at the sword in her hands. "Thank you, Sir. I'll use this katana with pride."

[HOTD] Chapter 22 – Saving People

The humvee drove fast, but the road was a mess.

A lot of cars were parked on the road, making the street congested. Miss Shizuka was able to maneuver the vehicle through the sea of abandoned vehicles and zombies, but it wasn't easy.

Sometimes, she had to go to a narrow alley. In these moments, the zombies became a problem.

There were too many of them.

We had to stop and take care of them before we could continue. Fortunately, Saeko and I were pretty proficient with swords. I still used her wooden sword but with my new strength, I could bash any zombies' head with just a swing.

When we were done cleaning, we hopped on the humvee and continued on our journey.

This repeated a few times and we had to stop for a bit to rest. We also ate and drank something to recover our stamina.

"We almost arrived. Takagi Estate is just 10 minutes away now." Miss Shizuka announced from the driver's seat.

I sat on the rear passenger side and looked around. The protagonist and his part was nowhere in sight. If we reach Takagi Estate before meeting them, I would only get 15 Shop Points, which was a bit of a waste.

However, I was kind enough to take a detour to find them. If we didn't meet, then it wasn't our fate to meet now.

"Let's continue on this route."

"Alright, let's go." Miss Shizuka nodded and stepped on the gas.

As the humvee sped up, Saeko, sitting beside me, suddenly spoke up. "Brother, do you hear that?"

"Hear what?" I asked.

"That sound. It's... I don't know, but it sounds like a scream." She replied.

My eyes widened.

Following that, I opened the window to hear more clearly.

'Yes, there is definitely a scream coming from afar.'

It was faint, but it was there. A woman's scream, to be precise.

"Miss Shizuka, stop for a second." I said and got out from the humvee. Saeko also followed me.

Standing in the middle of the street, I tried to listen closely but there was no other voice. I couldn't pinpoint the direction where it came from but...

"I think it's from over there."

Miss Shizuka pointed in a certain direction.

'Oh, the Takagi Estate was on that side. How convenient.' I grinned. "Let's go. We are going to save someone!"

I hopped back on the humvee, followed by Saeko.

"Alright, let's go!" Miss Shizuka replied with a big smile and drove the humvee towards the source of the scream.

If the protagonist wasn't at Takagi's place, he might be there. I remembered they were attacked by a horde of infected on their way.

Maybe, even when Saeko wasn't there with them, they also experienced something similar. After all, they were being hunted by zombies. It was only natural that they were in danger.

And as I expected, after a few minutes, I finally saw a groups surrounded by the zombie horde. They were backed to the corner, with two people holding a bat and a sharp pole trying to keep the zombies away.

I recognized them instantly. It was Takashi, Kohta, and two girls!

"Go! Let's help them!" I told Miss Shizuka, "Drive to the opposite side of where they are to distract the zombie! I will go with Saeko to help them straight."

"Alright!" She nodded and stepped on the pedal. The humvee accelerated and reached the group in a matter of seconds.

The car stopped right in front of them, and I quickly got out of the vehicle, brandishing my M1A1. It was time to kill them.

"Over here, zombie bastard." I shouted to get their attention, a large grin plastered on my face.

Ratatata!

The M1A1 fired a barrage of bullets at the zombie's head, causing them to fall over dead. Then, I aimed at another one and pulled the trigger.

The zombies were slow and stupid, so they couldn't react to my gunfire. They just stood there like idiots, letting me kill them one by one.

My magazine emptied pretty quickly. Seeing this, I grabbed the AR-10 on my back and threw it.

"Hey, fatty. Take this."

Hirano Kohta was quick to catch it and took a stance. He was a military otaku, so he knew how to use the gun.

"Oooh!" A small gasp escaped from his lips. "This is a real AR-10. Oh my God, it's the real thing! And the magazine is still full! You're the best!"

He was a bit excited to see a real gun, but his excitement didn't last long when he saw the zombies approaching him. His expression changed to that of horror, but he still aimed the gun and fired at them.

Bang!

With a pull of the trigger, the gun fired and a zombie's head exploded. Blood and brains splattered everywhere, but Kohta ignored it. He was too focused on the zombies to care about the blood.

Saeko and I were doing a great job clearing the zombies. We bashed their heads in, sliced their limbs, or stabbed their forehead.

Takashi and Rei also began to help us by hitting the zombies with the blunt weapon they had.

After a few minutes of fighting, we finally managed to clear all the zombies. There were still some of them wandering around the area, but they weren't much of a problem.

[Ding! You have received 50 Shop Points + 1 Strength]

We took a short rest and gathered around the humvee. Everyone panted heavily except for me and Saeko. I only felt slightly tired.

"T-Thank you for saving us." Takashi said to me, his eyes widened upon realization, "You're... The senior on the roof?"

"Busujima Daiki, nice to meet you." I said with a smile, "This is my sister, Saeko. And that's our nurse teacher, Miss Shizuka."

"Nice to meet you, everyone." Saeko greeted with a smile and a small bow. Miss Shizuka only waved her hand at them.

“Hello, I am Komuro Takashi.”

"Ooh, senior Busujima! Nice to meet you! I'm Hirano Kohta!" Kohta introduced himself, grinning like a fool.

His glasses were a bit dirty, but he didn't seem to mind it at all. He was just happy to see a real gun.

"Takagi Saya. Nice to meet you." Saya replied simply.

She was still wary of us, but her tone was softer than before. Probably because I saved her.

“Miyamoto Rei.”

Rei looked a bit uncomfortable upon seeing us. I knew she had some kind of bad relationship with Saeko, and me because of what happened in the cafeteria, so I didn't blame her.

So she kept her head down.

"We need to get out of here for now. The humvee is big enough for all of us as long as there is someone willing to stay on the roof." I said.

"Oh, senior. Let me return this first." Kohta handed the rifle back to me, but I shook my head.

"Take it. And here are the spare magazines. One of them only has 17 ammos, I used them before."

"Are you sure?" Kohta asked.

I nodded. "Of course. I have another rifle as well. It's better if you have something to defend us."

Kohta's eyes glimmered with happiness as he hugged the AR-10. "Thank you, senior!"

Grateful for my help, he was very respectful towards me. With this, I got a friend to talk about guns and other military stuff, which would be useful for me.

'Getting on good terms with him would be beneficial. He's a good gunner, which is rare for civilians. So having him in the group is good.'

Afterward, we hopped on the humvee and told them we were going to Takagi Estate, which surprised Saya. Kohta was willing to stay on the rooftop. He wanted to fire the gun again and I had no reason to stop him.

Sitting inside, I reloaded my empty magazine and we continued our journey.

[Dungeon] Chapter 36 – First Contact

"An earthquake?"

Tsunade looked outside her window. A few of the items in her office had been knocked down. She glanced out the window and noticed a cloud of dust in the distance, right at the center of the village, and she frowned.

Something strange was going on, and she needed to figure out what it was.

Fortunately, an Anbu whose job was to inform him appeared at that moment. He said, "Lady Tsunade, there's something weird in the village center! A strange structure appeared, and it's emitting blue light."

"Strange structure?" The fifth Hokage was confused. She hadn't heard of any new structures in the village.

"Yes! It has a blue swirling pattern on it. On the top of the arch, there is a sign. [Dungeon Tower of Resentment. No limit!] is written in that sign."

"A dungeon." She narrowed her eyes.

The dust in the distance settled, and the large structure that appeared was revealed.

It looked similar to a gate, like a giant door frame made of stone and metal, with a large blue swirl in its center.

There were a lot of civilians who were scared by the appearance of the gate, and some of the shinobi had come out to see the situation.

Some evacuated normal people while some stood in front of it. They were looking at it curiously, trying to understand what it was and why it appeared.

Upon understanding the situation, Tsunade immediately ordered.

"Gather all Jounin and Chuunin! And call the clan head meeting to gather all of them. We need to figure out what it is!"

The Hokage was a busy woman.

***

At the same time, Sunagakure and Kuoh academy also had the dungeon gate appear.

The Kage in Sunagakure, Gaara, had just received the news about the mysterious dungeon and checked it himself. He flew with his sand technique and arrived at the entrance, narrowing his eyes as he read the sign on the top of the gate.

It was written the same as what the Anbu member had reported in Konoha.

Following his arrival, Temari and Kankurou arrived to support him. The three of them, along with other shinobis in the area, stared at the structure, trying to find any clue as to what it was and why it had appeared.

"This is the dungeon?" Gaara murmured. "Is it similar to what our allies, Konoha, had told us about and the one we found in the desert?"

Temari nodded, "That's probably it."

Unlike what Cain guessed, Sunagakure's shinobi had actually found the Elemental Tower already.

However, due to the information from Konoha as well as 3 days cooldown from the Devils clearing the dungeon, they had no chance investigating it yet.

They already made a team that was headed by Gaara himself to enter tomorrow. But now, there was a new problem.

A new dungeon gate.

"Kankurou, Temari. Bring four people and scout the dungeon, but be careful. If there's anything dangerous, immediately report to me. I will inform Konoha about this and request some backup."

The two of them nodded.

***

In Kuoh Town, the same earthquake occurred, but the damage wasn't as severe as the one in Konoha. It didn't cause a lot of panic.

The Devils immediately headed to the area by teleportation and hid the place from everyone by using a barrier. If Cain saw this, he would definitely be furious and wanted to curse them.

But, the Supernatural resident in this world would surely notice the barrier and could still enter, so that didn't really affect his plan.

"Another dungeon?" Rias arrived at the scene with her peerage and looked at the impressive looking dungeon entrance. "I think the word 'Tower of Resentment' is written there. Sona, can you confirm that?"

The Sitri princess also looked at the sign and nodded, "Yeah, it is indeed written so. But this place is different from the other one we visited. And this place doesn't have the limit like the previous one."

"Indeed. The entrance is also bigger and more imposing. It looks like a real dungeon."

Akeno and the others looked around, curious.

"Maybe the other one was the tutorial or something. This one looks more dangerous and exciting!"

Issei exclaimed. He was also curious and wanted to enter the dungeon.

"We should enter it, President. We know that revival is possible, so we can just challenge the dungeon."

"Alright, I think we should. What about you, Sona?" Rias asked, looking at the black-haired girl.

"Hmm... We can, but we need to prepare. As for the previous dungeon, we know that it is possible to revive after death, so I am confident. However, I can't be so sure with this new one." Sona said, "I think this time I need to report this to my sister and your brother."

"Yeah, I will report to Onii-sama too. He was angry at me for entering the previous one, so he must know this." The red haired princess sighed. "Besides, I will be able to break my engagement with this, so I need to do it."

Experiencing loss in the past made her understand that there was something she couldn't do alone.

Being confident and stupid was close, but it was not the same. She understood she couldn't fight against her brother, and her family was strong.

However, Rias wasn't going to let that stop her from doing what she wanted to do, which was entering the dungeon.

She didn't want to admit it, but she was a bit proud for asking for the reward to be a complete revival.

This could be counted as her biggest achievement, seeing dungeons had many items they could get from them.

And those items were truly useful.

For example the HP potions. Its use was not limited to battle but also for accidents. Devils could benefit a lot from them seeing recovery using magic wasn’t really their forte.

"We have 2 monocles now from clearing the Fun Fun Dungeon! again. I will bring one with me and enter this dungeon with my peerage. As for the other one, feel free to use it, Sona." Rias said.

"I will take the offer." Sona nodded. She was planning to use it herself to check the new dungeon.

And now, there were three places where people were investigating the dungeon, each with its own agenda.

Two Ninja teams from Konoha and Suna, each composed of 6 people, entered the dungeon.

At the same time, Rias and her peerage also entered from the entrance in Kuoh Town.

The three parties appeared in what seemed like a large lobby, filled with chairs and tables. Water running sound could be heard from the fountain with a drinking faucet.

They could also see the wall covered by the bulletin board for party recruitment.

For those familiar with games, this was like the waiting lobby. Or like the waiting hub before entering an instanced dungeon, usually found in games like World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy 14, and so on.

It was different from the first and second dungeons Cain had made before, where they appeared directly in a cave, grassland, or a forest.

There was also a sign with a big title written on top of the door leading to the dungeon connected to both Fun Fun Dungeon! and Elemental Tower.

However, the most eye-catching place was the center, where a blue portal leading to the Tower of Resentment could be seen. A blue aura came from the door, making it look ominous.

The people who entered looked around, noticed each other, and stared.

Each representative from their dimensions had a similar thought.

"Who the heck are these people?"

And the answer would be, "A bunch of people from another world."

The dungeon entrance had connected them.

[HOTD] Chapter 21 – Moving Out

Fear was truly the most powerful motivator.

Everyone opened their mouths to speak the truth when they were afraid for their life. It was a basic human instinct.

"Why? You already had a gun."

"We wanted more weapons. That's why we asked for your katana before." He said, his eyes filled with pain and fear. "It's our job as police to protect people. That's why we need your weapons."

'So they want to take the guns from me by force because I didn't comply last night.'

How did they find out about it? I wasn't going to ask because I did shoot the gun. Though silenced, it would still make a flash which could be seen from a distance.

And they were pretty close to us at that time. It was natural that they found us.

'They must've seen the muzzle flash too.'

That was what I thought of the situation. It made sense in my head and was pretty plausible.

"I see." I nodded and lowered my crossbow. "Saeko, stand back."

"Alright." She nodded and stepped back, her katana still in her hands.

I looked at them for a moment before speaking. "You may go."

"W-What?!" He exclaimed, shocked at my words.

Before he could say anything else, Saeko's sword moved twice, slashing their necks. Blood splattered everywhere as they fell to the ground, dead.

"What a waste." Saeko sighed and wiped the blood off her sword using a cloth. She looked at the corpse with disgust, and then smiled in satisfaction.

Just like in the series, my sister apparently had this hidden desire to kill. She had a dark personality that enjoyed violence and blood. Her swordsmanship was a medium to achieve her desire.

'Well, I didn't mind. In fact, I was grateful for it. Thanks to her, she made the job easier for me.'

I stared at the aftermath of our battle. The three corpses were lying on the floor in pools of their own blood, their eyes staring lifelessly.

It was a gruesome sight, but I felt no remorse. We were in a situation where our own safety was most important above all.

Crouching, I pulled the arrow out of the dead man's head and cleaned it with a piece of cloth. It was a bit bent but still useful.

And then, I glanced at the closet where Miss Shizuka was hiding before looking at the bloodied floor again.

"I think we need to clean this first, no?" I said with a wry smile.

Saeko nodded in agreement.

***

Cleaning the body wasn't hard.

We just had to dump the bodies outside the balcony, letting it land on the street.

With so many corpses around the city, this wasn't even a big deal.

The bloodied carpet and cloth were also dumped. We couldn't wash them, so this was the best thing to do. Besides, it's not like Miss Rika would return soon.

'Even if she knew, she would understand our reason. She's a good person.'

The problem was the sound from earlier, though.

"Take all the guns, that would be nice sidearms. If they haven't shot anything, there should be 5 bullets inside." I informed Saeko, "We can't let them fall to the wrong hands."

"Got it." She nodded and did what I said.

"Miss Shizuka, you can come out now." I said after we were done.

She opened the door, coming out of the closet. When she saw the pool of blood in the room, she covered her mouth and gasped.

"Oh no, the carpet! Rika loved this carpet! It was expensive too!"

“...”

Well, she was still Miss Shizuka for me, alright.

"It's not the time to think about that. Get dressed for now. We have to leave this instant or the zombie will flood this place." I said, taking the guns I needed and slung them over my shoulders.

"Ah, right." She nodded. "Let me grab some clothes."

Afterward, she started dressing herself. We didn't have time to give her privacy, but I had seen more anyway.

And she took it in stride too. She didn't mind us seeing her naked body, and started to wear her bra and panties. Then, I handed her the harness to holster the handgun we took from the police officers.

"We each have one handgun for side arms. Please use this crossbow to protect yourself. You just need to knock the arrow like this and shoot."

I taught her how to use a crossbow and gave her the quiver as well.

"O-Okay. I will try my best." She nodded, determination in her eyes.

"That's the spirit. Now, let's get going. We will go with the humvee" I said and looked at Saeko, who finished setting everything including the Ithaca shotgun.

She nodded and put her hand on the doorknob.

We exited slowly, checking our surroundings for any sign of danger.

Everything was still the same, no zombies were in sight. However, I could hear some footsteps coming from the streets.

"Let's get going." I said and led the way to the parking lot.

Miss Shizuka ran faster and reached the driver's seat first. She was an experienced driver, after all, so leaving it to her was the best choice.

I and Saeko climbed the rear passenger side, preparing for any eventuality.

"Let's go, then." Miss Shizuka said, starting the humvee. The vehicle moved forward, and we left the safe house.

Just as we left in a humvee, the notification I hadn't heard since last night rang.

[Make your choice!]

I wondered why it appeared now of all times, but I didn't have much time to think about it. I opened the system and saw the choices.

1. Follow your plan and head to Takagi Estate! (Reward: 15 Shop Points)

2. Go to the evacuation point told by the police because why not? (Reward: 25 Shop Points)

3. Try to find the protagonist. He might be a great help for you. (Reward: 50 Shop Points + 1 Strength)

4. Leave the city and head to the countryside. The zombies probably won't follow you. (Reward: 100 Shop Points + 1 Strength + 1 Dexterity)

What was this? This wasn't the same system I knew!

All choices were reasonable this time, not even one strange option. It's like the ones giving me choices were a different person!

'Wait, I shouldn't complain about this.' I slapped my face to calm myself down.

I had the choice to make. What would I choose?

'Well, I have planned to meet Takagi and his family, but the third option also seems good. I mean, why not?' I pondered.

It was tempting. The reward was 35 points more than the first option and a strength stat, so it was worth a shot.

I did plan to have a good relationship with the protagonist's group, or at least Takagi Saya, to help with getting closer to Souichiro later.

"Sis, do you mind taking a detour?" I asked Saeko.

She looked at me and smiled, "You're the leader, brother. Feel free to make a decision."

I nodded and told Miss Shizuka to change direction.

"Sure, where do you want to go?" Miss Shizuka asked, glancing at me through the rearview mirror.

"For now, go straight from the bridge to Takagi Estate. If you don't know the location-"

"It's okay! Takagi Estate is pretty famous around here so I know the way." Miss Shizuka replied with a grin.

At times like this, she acted like an adult and made me rely on her. My choice to bring her was the right one. I didn't regret choosing to save her.

[HOTD] Chapter 20 – Confrontation with Police Officers

Moving in the dark was foolish.

Our visions were impaired and couldn't see well even with the street light.

Compared to the zombies that relied on sounds and probably had better hearing, we were at a disadvantage.

'At least, the zombies were attracted by my trap, giving us time until morning.'

After checking the car and finding nothing unusual except for the corpse, we returned to the house.

As I expected, Miss Shizuka was still sleeping on the bed. Her breasts moved as she breathed and her face looked pretty peaceful.

"She's not even aware of all the chaos outside." Saeko giggled softly and sat on the bed.

"I don't blame her. Unlike us, she's not training daily. All the physical strain from the apocalypse must have drained her stamina." I commented.

Then, I went to the locker to check on all guns and magazines, preparing myself to leave for our next destination.

Everything was in a perfect condition. I used 3 bullets for the AR-10, so I changed the magazines for now. I didn't want to run out of bullets when I needed them the most.

When I cleaned the guns and put the important magazines on my vest, Saeko tapped my shoulder.

"Brother, let me maintain your katana. I found this oil in the closet." She said, showing a small bottle of oil. "You used it to cut some zombies yesterday. If we don't take care of it, rust will gather and dull its sharpness."

I looked at her and nodded.

"Sure, thank you, sis." I handed over my sword to her and continued my work.

It didn't take her long. She was pretty proficient on that.

We both maintained our own main weapons in silence, enjoying the process.

Somehow I felt at ease when holding a gun like this. Maybe my previous self's will was still too strong. When I held a gun, I felt excited and a thrill ran through my body.

And so, we continued until a loud sound disturbed us.

Crash!

A crashing sound, coming from the first floor, followed by the sound of broken glass.

"W-What?"

Even Miss Shizuka was awakened from the sound. She jumped from the bed, looking confused and scared. "What's happening?"

I immediately put down the gun and put my finger on my lips.

"Sssh! Don't make a sound." I warned in a low voice, and she nodded.

Saeko handed me the sword, but I shook my head. She could use it better than me right now so she could use it.

Instead, I took the crossbow and the quivers with 20 arrows with me. I knocked one arrow on the crossbow, ready to shoot at any time. Saeko prepared herself near the door while Miss Shizuka hid in the closet.

Whoever entered, zombies or not, they definitely came with the intention to hurt us. We heard no call or anything at all.

Why am I so sure?

Because I put some words in the door saying there were people inside. Just ring the bell that I set in the lowest volume if they wanted to talk to us.

So whoever came, I wouldn't be merciful.

"I heard sounds coming from the second floor!" One of them shouted, followed by footsteps going up the stairs. "Hello! Anyone there?"

Of course, none of us answered. They were idiots who couldn't even read. If they could, they would've knocked on the door.

'They're probably armed.' I thought. 'Zombies wouldn't be able to open the door. They would just bash their bodies against it.'

"Let's go to the left side first." They said, their footsteps moving away from the room we were in.

When they got closer, I began to recognize their voices. Saeko's eyes widened for a second, probably also noticing it. She held the katana tighter.

'Ah, the police officers from earlier. I am surprised they are here. This doesn't seem good.' I sighed inwardly, a bit annoyed at the situation.

'This is really inconvenient. I don't want to kill anyone in this world, but I can't be too nice either. I don't want to be hunted down by my chaser in this zombie-filled world.'

I already killed one person last night. While I felt a bit guilty and disgusted by the act, I needed to steel my heart. It was kill or be killed.

And then, the door was kicked open from the outside. Three police, with the one in the front holding a gun, burst into the room. They met my eyes head on, surprised to find someone they know standing here.

Using that chance, I fired an arrow from my crossbow. The arrow went flying towards the one holding the gun, piercing his head and killing him instantly.

His eyes rolled up into his skull and his body dropped to the floor with a thud, blood flowing from his head.

"Wha?"

The two police officers were surprised by what I did, they couldn't move.

"Y-You!"

The oldest policeman, Ishida, was shocked and terrified by what happened. He pulled out his pistol and pointed it at me.

However, a shadow flashed through his hand before he could pull the trigger. Blood gushed out from the wound as his fingers were sliced off, dropping his gun. A scream echoed through the room as he fell to the ground in pain.

"Ughhh! My hand!" He screamed, clutching his wounded hand. Blood was pouring out of the wound, staining the carpet beneath him.

The one who did that, of course, was Saeko.

She also put her katana right on the last police officer's neck.

"Don't move." She said threateningly with a beautiful smile painted on her face, making the man flinch.

"O-Okay."

"Drop your weapon and get on your knees."

He complied and dropped his gun, kneeling on the floor beside the writhing policeman. I approached them while keeping a bolt knocked on the crossbow.

"What are you doing here?" I asked coldly, looking at the injured officer. "Don't try to lie. I will know if you are lying, and I won't hesitate to shoot you."

He looked at me with fear in his eyes, and then turned his gaze to his friend's corpse on the ground, shivering. The cold steel on his neck didn't help to alleviate his nervousness

"W-We just want to borrow your guns."

"Lies." I said emotionlessly, raising the crossbow and aiming at his head, "When we met last night, you also demanded my sword, saying it's better for an adult to use it. But then why? Why did you destroy our entrance, create a loud sound, and enter this room by destroying the door?"

"I-I am sorry, young man, but this is the only way." He stuttered. "W-We planned to escort you to the evacuation point."

"Enough with the nonsense." I sighed, shaking my head. I pointed at the injured officer. "You, speak."

"Y-Yes. We came here to steal your guns." He replied, his voice trembling.

[HOTD] Chapter 19 – Meeting People

This time, I left the gun behind so they wouldn't be wary about us.

We exited the house and approached them.

"Hey!" I called out and waved my hand, showing off that I wasn't bitten.

One of them noticed me and immediately raised his pistol, ready to shoot. However, another man stopped him.

"Stop it. They are not them."

The man with a pistol looked at me suspiciously, but he lowered his weapon.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, his voice filled with suspicion. His eyes went to my waist, looking at the sword.

"We just ran away across the bridge and didn't know where the evacuation point was. You guys are police, right? Can you guide us to the evacuation point?" I replied, telling him a half-truth. "If not, we are grateful if you can tell us where the evacuation point is."

The three men looked at me, then at each other, then finally at us again.

Following that, the man in the middle, seemingly the oldest, stepped forward.

"There is no need to guide you, young man. Just follow this road to the mall. The police and military set up an evacuation point there." He said, pointing at the road ahead of us.

"The mall, got it. Thanks, sir." I smiled at him and bowed slightly. "We will take our leave, then."

"Wait!" The man who raised his gun at me earlier called, stopping us.

I looked at him, wondering what he wanted.

"Are you two planning to go there? It's too dangerous." He asked.

His eyes fell on Saeko, who stood quietly beside me.

I raised my guard in case he demanded something absurd.

"There are lots of 'them' there. We barely managed to escape after being overrun. I don't think you will be able to reach the place."

Hearing that, I didn't reply immediately. I had to be careful with what I said.

I was glad he didn't ask anything absurd. I was ready to beat him up if he did.

"Are you sure that's the only evacuation point?" I asked, "Is there anywhere else we can go to?"

"Yes. As far as I know, that's the only place."

So they didn't know about the Takagi house. I thought as much.

Communication had been severed since the outbreak, so it was hard to gather accurate information. The police at the bridge had failed to protect people, so I didn't expect much from them.

"Alright." I nodded and gave him a small smile. "Thank you for the information. We'll be on our way. Please be careful on your journey."

"Hey! Wait a minute." He said, stopping me once again.

Because he showed concern, I tried not to get angry and asked him.

"Is there anything more?"

"That sword, where did you get it? It's too dangerous for a high school boy like you to use that thing. Give it to us adults and I'll protect both of you."

I frowned at his demand. "No, thank you. We are capable of defending ourselves."

The man sighed heavily, shaking his head. "It's for your own good. Kids really like to be a hero nowadays. Give the sword to us and we'll protect you two."

"No, thank you. I have no reason to give my weapon to you. We are leaving now." I said firmly. My grip on the hilt tightened as I felt the need to unsheathe it.

"Don't say I didn't warn you."

He said so but didn't try to do anything. I nodded at Saeko and we left the scene.

'That was close.'

I was ready to slice them if they did something weird. Fortunately, they were sane enough to let us go.

We didn't head back immediately but walked around to ensure the three police didn't follow us.

Thankfully, they didn't. I guess they were still sane and only tried to act nicely. They weren't the type that would attack us in this situation, but I didn't trust them enough to lower my guard.

"Do you want to check the car?" Saeko asked, stopping in front of the burned vehicle.

I looked at it for a moment before nodding. "Sure."

There was a chance that there was something valuable inside the car. It was best to check, even if we found nothing.

We walked over to the wrecked vehicle. The smell of burnt rubber and plastic was overwhelming.

Just like its appearance, everything inside was burnt and charred beyond recognition. The only thing that remained in one piece was the driver's body.

"Nothing useful here." I commented and turned away, "Let's head back. We have to move early in the morning to reach a safe place."

Unfortunately, Rika's house wasn't safe enough. It had no one to guard at night and the supply was limited.

I had some supplies in our house, but that would be used for emergencies. Using that early in this apocalypse would defeat the purpose of me gathering them in the first place.

We had to find a better place, a safe place with a large amount of supplies. Something that could last for months, or even years.

'First, we have to meet Takagi Souichiro and ask for his cooperation.'

***

After Daiki left the three police officers, they went to the alley and talked to themselves.

"Are you sure it's here?" The oldest policeman, Ishida, asked his junior.

"Yes, I am pretty sure." The man with the gun, Takahashi, replied. "That was definitely a silenced gunshot, probably a sniper rifle. The muzzle flash was too small for an assault rifle."

"I see. I didn't notice that. Good job, Takahashi." Ishida praised him. "But are you sure it came from this direction? It could have come from anywhere."

"I have seen a few cases like this in the past. I can tell that the source of the gunshot came from here." Takahashi said confidently.

"I trust you, Takahashi!" The third policeman, Yamazaki, chimed in. "You are the best shooter in our police station!"

"Thanks, Yamazaki." Takahashi said with a smile. "As a police, we need to secure this gun to protect the civilians."

"I know that." Ishida nodded and looked around. "Will the owner be willing to hand us the gun?"

"I will persuade him." Takahashi replied, tapping his gun. "If he's not willing to cooperate, then we will have a little talk."

"Good." Ishida nodded. "Let's move quickly. I want to get there before the sun rises."

And so, the police moved carefully. Their destination was a rich neighborhood, at one of the houses.

[HOTD] Chapter 18 – Car Explosion

Zombie apocalypse was dangerous.

The element of danger existed everywhere.

For example, the zombies. They were dead people. They were infected and became the undead. They attacked and killed humans.

Another danger came from humans themselves.

Lack of morale, supplies, and proper equipment to deal with the apocalypse situation caused people to fall into despair. They lost their humanity, attacking and killing each other.

Riots and looting were common in this situation.

It was worse than the apocalypse in World War Z, to the point that the military had to take action to maintain order.

Boom!

Night hadn't ended yet, but I was awakened by loud sounds. I immediately opened my eyes and sat up.

Saeko did the same, and we looked at each other before nodding.

"Let's check it." I said and began to get dressed. I should've not taken off my clothes.

I wore the vest then slung M1A1 and AR-10 on my back and used the katana as my main weapon.

Saeko's uniform had already dried out after airing it in the room, so she wore that as well as the harness I found inside the closet. She put the Ithaca M-37 on it and grabbed her wooden sword.

All of that took us only a few seconds.

I glanced at Miss Shizuka, who was still unaware and sleeping soundly.

"Let's leave her here. We'll be back." I said to Saeko, and we walked to the front door.

The sounds came from outside the house. Someone or something was trying to break in.

Thud! Thud!

I looked outside the window, carefully scanning the area.

Zombies gathered outside the street, advancing toward the safe house in large numbers. The sound was the noise they produced when their bodies collided against the house's walls and doors. There were so many of them.

"What's happened?" I muttered, "They weren't there before. Where did they come from?"

"They are coming from that direction. See that? There are lights." Saeko said and pointed towards the direction from which the zombies came from.

I could see some light in the distance, like a fire or something else. Smoke rose in the air.

Using the AR-10's scope, I saw there was a car crashed against a lightning pole. From the condition, it probably exploded upon impact.

There were no other cars in the vicinity. The driver must have lost control and crashed. The car was burning, illuminating the dark night.

Fortunately, that poor driver died inside the car without turning into one of them.

Still, the sound of the explosion was the one that gathered them around here.

"Did you see something?" Saeko asked, standing next to me.

"Yes, a car crash. The driver is dead." I replied without putting down my rifle. "Give me a second, I will try to fix this."

Instead, I looked in another direction, the place where I prepared my sound trap earlier. I had made it easy to set off with a single shot, and I had the perfect spot to do it without drawing the zombies' attention.

'I am so glad I set the trap.'

Placing the barrel on the railing for support, I took a deep breath and aimed. I pulled the trigger and a single bullet flew in the dark. It went through the wire, setting off the trap.

The alarm blared loudly, drawing the zombie's attention. I was a bit worried because the sound wasn't too far away from our location, but the zombies were moving away from us.

"Good." I nodded in satisfaction.

"That's..." Saeko was in awe. "You are really amazing. You have thought about this beforehand, haven't you?"

"I just wanted to secure our safety in case something happened." I shrugged. "I will watch them to make sure they are gone. You can go back to sleep, sis. I know you are still sleepy."

"No. I will stay with you. You're thinking about investigating that car, aren't you?" She shook her head and stood beside me, looking at the zombies moving away.

So sharp.

I never said anything about that, but she knew it. That's my sister for you.

"Let's watch for a while." I said and leaned against the wall. Saeko did the same. Her shoulder brushed against mine. She was so close.

Silence ensued between us.

I held the rifle close to me, and Saeko leaned against the wall, hugging her wooden sword. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Her chest heaved up and down, her breasts jiggling slightly.

"Is something bothering you?" I suddenly spoke, breaking the silence. "You look worried."

"... It's nothing." She replied, not meeting my gaze.

Lie.

Based on my memories, when we were young, she was the kind of person who tried not to worry others about her problem.

Instead, she tried to solve it herself. It was one of her bad habits that I needed to fix.

Or I had fixed it when she was attacked in middle school. The backstory was a bit messed up, but that didn't matter.

I had no intention to pry if she didn't want to tell me. I believed she would tell me if she was ready. I trusted her.

"Alright." I simply nodded and said no more.

We continued to stand there in silence, watching the horde of zombies.

The zombies were moving away from the safe house, attracted by the sound of the car alarm.

After a few minutes, no zombies roamed around the area. It was at this time that I noticed something.

"There are people." I said, looking at the group of three people getting out from their hiding place.

Saeko followed my gaze. "Ah, you are right."

There were three men. Based on their uniform and vest, I deduced that they were local police officers from the bridge. They didn't look so good. Their bodies were covered with blood.

I wasn't sure if they were bitten, but it didn't seem like they were. They were running, so they weren't zombies.

"Are we going to help them?" She asked, looking at me expectantly.

While cold, Saeko was also kind. And while I wasn't altruistic, I also didn't plan to keep people away from me.

I wanted to help as many people as I could, as long as it wasn't too dangerous for me. The risk of helping these men didn't seem to be too much. The zombies were gone, and we had guns to protect ourselves.

Besides, I wanted some information. I wanted to know where the evacuation point was. These people should know about it if they were from the police force.

"Yes." I nodded and grabbed my katana. "Follow my lead."

[Dungeon] Chapter 35 – Raid Dungeon

Seven days passed by quickly.

Update from his existing dungeons, no one in Naruto world entered the Fun Fun Dungeon! and the Elemental Tower hadn't been discovered yet by Sunagakure residents.

Cain had no way to see the situation outside his dungeon right now, so he didn't know what happened to them.

He only guessed that Suna hadn’t found the entrance because there were no more challengers of the dungeon after Rias and Sona.

However, Rias and her group once again entered Fun Fun Dungeon! before it was renovated and discovered a treasure chest with 1 HP potion and 1 Stamina potion.

The devils used the monocle to identify the item and looked pretty excited.

Of course, they also got another monocle, as Cain wanted to spread the items right now. He wanted each dimension to have at least 2 or 3 monocles right now before he made it a hidden treasure chest item.

The devil's run netted him an extra 1,150 Coins from the emotions he got.

It wasn't a lot, but Cain was satisfied. He could use these Coins to buy more potions as hidden reward for now.

And then, as for the third dungeon he made. He had finished 3 floors including the waiting hub.

The second floor was the planned vampire dungeon. He added some monsters, traps, as well as a reward by creating a 'Trial room' hidden from plain sight or even Byakugan.

From looking at the footage, which he stumbled across when resting, he found out that the dungeon's wall somehow couldn't be penetrated by the Hyuuga's special eyes.

Neji could only find the hidden room by noticing the crack and inconsistency of the dungeon wall.

By eliminating that, Cain managed to create a real hidden room that needed a puzzle or luck to enter. The items inside these 'Trial Room' was something he personally created, each cost him around 500 to 1000 Coins.

'I am investing a lot of money for these items, but I hope they will help increase the dungeon's popularity.'

Luring the others to enter the dungeon with items and rewards was the best method to make the challengers addicted.

The better the item or the rarer the monster's material was, the more likely the challenger would come back.

'Rias will definitely tell her brother about the dungeon and her 'achievement' for requesting a revival reward. I think I can expect more Devils to enter my dungeon soon.'

There was something that Cain wanted to have in his dungeon.

Trade system and currency.

If the challengers could exchange what they got from his dungeon or even cash it with a common currency between dimensions, it would surely bring more visitors to come.

Coins might be the answer to the currency problem. However, he had no way to give these challengers Coins.

When Cain asked the system, he only got this as an answer.

[More authority needed.]

It meant he could do something in the future, so he put it on his future plan list.

Anyway, he finished his dungeon and it only cost him 65,000 Coins, including the reward for the third floor.

It cost 3 times the cost of creating the second floor, but that was understanding. Cain created this dungeon while planning to make it grow.

When the challengers grew in number and his authority increased, Cain would add more floors and more monsters to the third dungeon. But it wasn't time to release this dungeon yet. He had something more to add.

And that was modifying its entrance.

[Extra Dungeon Entrance ─ 2,500 Coins.]

It turned out he could create more than one dungeon entrance by buying this item. It allowed him to set different locations to where he wanted to place them.

With this, his plan would be complete.

"Let's start the modification!"

Cain pressed on the 'Buy' option immediately. Then, the system showed a map with all of the places where he could connect his dungeon to.

Each dimension had 2 written on them, which meant he could place 2 entrances for this dungeon.

"As for Naruto's dimension, let's put them in the middle of Konoha and Suna. The blue swirling pattern inside the gate would be easy to spot and the ninja would have no choice but to enter. As for the DxD…”

He hummed and stroked his chin.

After a second, he nodded and decided on the safe bet.

“Let's put it in Kuoh Town and Kyoto. I want youkai to enter too, but let's activate the entrance a bit later."

Cain had no ability to manage 4 parties at once right now nor he had a clear understanding of the youkai's ability. He wanted to observe how the advance party is doing and release the '4th entrance' as a reward after the Dungeon Chat Room is installed.

After setting the entrances, he pressed the confirm button. His coins decreased from 73,230 Coins to a mere 5,600 Coins. He kept it to create more items in the future.

And now, he decided to release his dungeons to three places at once.

[The King's trial is finished. Installing Dungeon Chat Room and Assistant System.]

[Time until installation finished: 3H 59M 55S]

"So it's not instant like other systems written in those webnovels. Well, it makes more sense this way."

Cain nodded.

"Now I have 3 dungeon entrances. Let's see which world's challengers would be the first to discover and enter it. This will be an interesting race." He grinned.

He didn't have anything else to do while waiting for the challengers to enter his dungeon. So he decided to control the third dungeon's boss to train himself and have fun.

"Hehehe, I will use this time to have some fun!"

***

Meanwhile, in the Naruto world...

Tsunade held her forehead as she was buried in the documents and reports about the mysterious dungeon.

"This is getting out of hand." She sighed, "The cave said we will be able to enter it in 3 days, but then the time reset again when Anbu arrived. We can't conduct any experiments because of this 3 day cooldown. We need to find another way."

It was a big headache.

Kakashi's report was very vague and there was nothing he could say to clear the matter. Tsunade couldn't even get any idea of what this thing called dungeon really was, and the ninja didn't even have any information to begin with.

It was like a strange, unknown creature had appeared out of nowhere, and it was impossible to find any information about it.

Tsunade sighed. She rubbed her temples, feeling the frustration building up within her. The only thing she knew was that the strange creatures were dangerous.

The strange monsters were a threat, and she needed to find out as much as possible about them to protect her village.

She called Shizune, and told her, "Call Kakashi, tell him he needs to enter the cave tomorrow. Based on the report, it will be able to be entered in the morning."

"Yes, Tsunade-sama."

Shizune left to deliver the message. Tsunade then looked back at the documents in her desk.

The Fifth Hokage had never been in such a stressful situation. It was even more stressful than handling the finances.

'And here I am, worrying about a new enemy.'

Her face turned pale. She had a sudden thought that the enemy would appear again and again, causing her to worry endlessly.

What could be more annoying and dangerous than a new enemy that no one knew about? It could be something she hadn't encountered before or something completely different, and she needed to be ready for whatever might happen.

It was to the point she blamed Akatsuki, thinking the group might have something to do with the dungeon. But she didn't have any proof to back her up.

Tsunade shook her head.

At that moment, the ground suddenly shook greatly.

[HOTD] Chapter 17 – First Kill

As expected of the protagonists, they were all in one piece. Even Kohta and Saya were safe.

'Well, I can't say they are completely useless. The fatty is the reason why the group survived.'

However, I was pretty surprised when I saw the people trailing behind them. There were other students led by one teacher wearing glasses, Shido Koichi.

I remembered him. That teacher was a piece of shit and deserved a death penalty.

'Oh, he's also here, huh.'

Following him were two girls and one boy, one I recognized from the bus group who had had sex with each other. The girls in pigtails and glasses looked pretty innocent, but I guess that bastard of a teacher had broken them.

'Should I kill that piece of shit?'

It was a tough decision. He was a piece of shit, but the girls looked at him as if he was their saviour.

'Well, I don't think they will notice someone trying to assassinate him if one bullet accidentally went into his head. I will do this as a favor for the protagonist group.'

I needed to score a good will from Saya. That would make my plan easier to conduct.

So, I aimed my gun and waited for the opportunity. The police would shoot the zombies soon. If I timed it correctly, I could take him out without anyone noticing.

I took a deep breath and steadied my aim. The zombies were getting closer to the barricade, and the police officers were about to fire. I waited for the right moment...

Now!

Just as the police fired their first shot, I pulled the trigger. The loud bang of the rifle was covered by the gunfire.

My aim was perfect, and the bullet went straight through that piece of shit teacher's head, making a hole right between his eyes. His body fell backward as the blood spurted out of his head.

Everyone was shocked and began to scream. They didn't understand what happened. It was chaos. People were running and screaming, not knowing what was going on.

I didn't care, though. All that mattered was that I had killed that piece of shit and no one saw me. No one even knew where the shot came from.

Takeshi looked at the teacher's body and immediately gestured for the others to run. His original group, consisting of 4 people including him, jumped past the barricade and managed to secure themselves.

Kohta played a significant role in protecting Saya with his nail gun. He was pretty good at shooting, and he was able to hit his target with ease.

However, the nail gun was not very powerful, and the infectedn kept on coming.

He was a bit overwhelmed, so I offered a bit of help as a comrade who loved guns.

I pulled the trigger and the bullet flew from the silenced barrel.

Zoop!

A zombie's head exploded into pieces.

The fatty's eyes widened and looked around, noticing that the shot came from a different direction from the police. He grinned strangely, seemingly excited about something. He then focused on shooting zombies again.

I didn't bother to do more and simply watched as the situation progressed.

The construction workers began to move their heavy machinery and bulldozed the zombies. However, their target this time was correct and didn't destroy the barricade.

Fueled with rage, the road roller crushed the zombies under its weight, while the crane truck swept them away like trash.

Bulldozer plowed through the zombies like it was nothing.

‘Wow, Jojo is really something to survive Dio’s road roller attack.’ I exclaimed in my mind, remembering one masterpiece from my world.

Unexpectedly, the remaining Shido's followers were able to survive too. They were pretty lucky.

"My job here is over. Now, let's set some zombie bait."

On my way here, I found some convenience stores. Inside the store, there surely were speakers used to play some music.

I planned to create DIY zombie bait using the speakers and car alarm. The speakers were easy to get and there were many cars laying around.

As long as the car was not completely destroyed, the battery should still be in good condition.

I got what I wanted in no time and set them away from our safe house. I made them easy to set off in an emergency if I shot the wire.

Of course, I already calculated my accuracy and put the button in a place that I could easily see from the safe house’s balcony.

Setting something like this was pretty easy because I had experience creating something like this for fun in my previous life.

Once done, I went to the nearby convenience store and took a bunch of food, water, and medicines. The place was a mess, it was probably looted before.

But I could still find a few canned foods and some cola. Saeko would like them.

Only when I put them away in a plastic bag did I return to the safe house.

"I am back."

I entered the house and was greeted by Saeko wearing an apron. Underneath it, she wore nothing but a sexy black thong.

She held a ladle in her hand and smiled at me. "Welcome back."

"Umm, you look so sexy. What's with this getup?"

"Hehe, I made some food. It's just a simple stew made with the ingredients I found in the fridge." She said, raising a cucumber in her hand. She licked it seductively as if it was a cock, looking at me with her half-lidded eyes. "I promise it will taste good."

"Saeko... You didn't put anything strange in the food, right?" I asked her. I didn’t want her to do something like in a hentai manga, where she put her love juice in the food to make it special.

"Of course not. It's unhygienic." She replied with a smile.

I sighed in relief and put down the bags I brought from the convenience store. She curiously looked at what I bought and turned at me with wide eyes.

"No one stopped us to drink that, no?" I grinned, "Just for today. We won't be able to enjoy that in the future."

"That's true. Let's enjoy ourselves." She replied, returning my smile. "Ah, I almost forgot. Please wake Miss Shizuka up. The food will be ready soon."

"Got it." I nodded and headed to the bedroom.

Just like before, she was still sleeping with my semen around her pussy. Some were even dripping onto the bed sheet.

"Hnn~" She moaned in her sleep and moved, causing her breasts to jiggle.

It was tempting, but I didn't have time for it. I was hungry from all the activities today.

So I quickly woke her up, asked her to clean herself, and then joined Saeko in the living room. Miss Shizuka joined a while later after getting dressed in a purple turtleneck and shorts.

"Let's dig in."

After eating our dinner, we drank some cola while Miss Shizuka drank beers and enjoyed ourselves. We were having a good time.

Not to mention, seeing two beauties drinking was a nice view. Miss Shizuka was a bit drunk, pushing herself onto me because she felt lonely that I was paying more attention to Saeko.

Not willing to lose, Saeko also sat close next to me.

As a result, I was once again sandwiched between them, feeling their huge boobs pressing against my body. We talked about our next plan for a bit before heading to bed.

There was no need to mention that we slept without clothes.

[HOTD] Chapter 16 – Tight Or Wet, Both Feels Good

I nodded and climbed on top of her, positioning myself between her legs. My cock was already hard and ready, and I pushed it inside her without warning, making her gasp and arch her back.

"O-Oohh!♥! S-So deep! Hnnn~" She moaned, her breasts bouncing as I thrust into her.

Unlike Saeko's tightness, Miss Shizuka's pussy was loose and wet. But it wasn't a problem. She was also very tight for my size. It felt amazing.

"Ahh~! M-More! More! Faster! Deeper!" She cried out, her voice full of lust.

I complied and increased my pace, slamming into her harder and faster. She was screaming in pleasure and her body was shaking violently.

Wet slapping sounds filled the room as I continued to fuck her. Her breasts were bouncing up and down, her nipples pointing upwards. I couldn't resist and grabbed her boobs, fondling them roughly.

"A-Ahh! S-So rough! N-Not there-! A-Ahhn~♥!" She screamed, her voice full of lust.

I smiled and pinched her nipples, twisting them a bit. My hand couldn't fully hold her boobs, they were too large and soft.

Miss Shizuka's body was the best. Her breasts were big and soft, and her waist was thin. Her ass was plump and her hips were wide. Her skin was white and smooth, and she had a nice body odor.

"A-Ahh~! I am cumming!♥ I am cumming! Cumminggg! Ahhhnnn!"

"I am cumming too." I replied, increasing my speed.

With one final thrust, I shot my load deep inside her. She screamed loudly as she felt the hot semen filling her up. Her walls contracted around my cock, trying to milk every drop of my sperm.

"Hnnn...♥" She moaned, her eyes half-lidded.

After I finished, I pulled out of her and lay between the two girls.

"Brother..." Saeko called, her voice soft and gentle. "I love you, brother."

"I love you too, sis." I replied, pulling her into a hug.

We exchanged a kiss and looked at Miss Shizuka, who was panting heavily beside us. Her face was flushed and her body was still shaking from the orgasm. Semen dripped out of her pussy.

Maybe the zombie apocalypse wasn't so bad.

Exhausted from all activities and sex, Miss Shizuka fell asleep almost immediately. I covered her with a blanket to prevent her from catching a cold.

"Brother... Did you enjoy it?" Saeko asked, her voice soft and gentle.

"Yes. It was the best night of my life." I replied, hugging her.

We lay there for a while, enjoying each other's warmth. Then, I broke the silence and said what I had in my mind.

"I will leave to look around tonight. I am worried our voices will attract the zombies' attention." I said, kissing her forehead.

Saeko was quiet for a moment, thinking about what I had just said. Finally, she spoke up again. "Alright. I'll go with you."

"No. I need you to stay here and protect Miss Shizuka for me." I replied, shaking my head. "She's our doctor and lifeline in case we get injured or sick."

"Are you sure you will be alright alone? I can go with you. You don't have to worry about me, brother. I will be fine." She said, looking at me worriedly.

I smiled and kissed her. "Don't worry. I'll come back soon."

"... If that's your choice, then I respect it. Protecting a man's pride is a woman's duty. And allowing them to do what they want is our job." Saeko said, her eyes filled with determination.

"Yes. I won't let you down. I'll definitely come back." I replied. I knew she was still worried about me, but she wouldn't stop me.

With that, we kissed once more before I stood up from the bed and put my clothes on. I checked my M1A1 and AR-10, and brought every magazine, strapping them on the vest I found in the closet.

8 magazines, four each for both rifles. I slung an AR-10 which was essentially a modified sniper rifle on my back and held an M1A1. My sword strapped on my waist, ready to be unsheathed in an emergency.

"There is a riot shotgun and crossbow in that locker. Use it when you need them." I said to her, pointing at the locker.

Saeko nodded and got up, hugging me from behind. Her warm breasts pressed against my back, making me feel at ease.

"I'll be back soon." I said, looking at her over the shoulder.

"Be careful." She whispered and pecked my lips.

We separated and I went out of the bedroom. I carefully scouted the surrounding area through the windows, making sure that the zombies didn't hear our activities earlier.

Luckily, there was no zombie in sight. I opened the door and stepped outside.

Before I left, I took a glance at the naked beauty waving at me.

'Such a sight would be a good reward after I come back.'

With that thought, I closed the door and ventured into the night.

Bright light illuminated the bridge near this place. Loud voices, attracting every zombie's attention, came from it.

The police officers tried to evacuate everyone.

If I remembered correctly, there would be riots coming from panicked construction workers. They would use their heavy machinery to hit the zombies while unintentionally breaching the barricade.

"To make my goal easier, I need to deal with them. It's better to stop the riot now."

I headed to the bridge and looked around to find a vantage point. I didn't plan to show myself directly, that would be stupid.

My guns and sword would draw attention and make people attack me. That was something I needed to avoid.

After walking for a while, I found a suitable vantage point. A three storey building with a clear view of the bridge and the barricade. The infected were also scarce in this area, so I could focus on sniping.

I went inside and climbed the emergency stairs, going up to the third floor. Then, I went to the balcony and looked around after setting my AR-10 down.

"Wow." I exclaimed in surprise, seeing the barricade from here.

It was a mess. There were hundreds of infected already. The police officers tried to hold them off, but they were still humans.

They couldn't kill them all, especially when the horde kept on growing.

Moreover, many survivors were trapped on the bridge, trying to escape the horde of the infected.

If I didn't intervene, most of the police officers would be eaten alive.

"Let's see..."

Through the scope, I was able to see more clearly. I scanned the area and stopped in surprise.

"That's..."

I recognized one group. Boys and girls wearing uniforms I was familiar with. They were the survivors of Fujimi High School. Takashi and his group.

[HOTD] Chapter 15 – Too Big

"I-I... I am sorry, I shouldn't..." She stuttered in my arms, trying to move.

"Don't be sorry." I gently lay Miss Shizuka next to Saeko.

Seeing two beautiful and sexy women in bed together was a sight to behold.

I leaned in and kissed Miss Shizuka deeply, making her moan into my mouth. After a while, I broke away and turned to Saeko, kissing her as well.

I moved my hand to Saeko's breasts, caressing them gently while kissing her deeply.

As I did that, Miss Shizuka sat down and pushed her breasts against my back. Her nipples poked my back as she rubbed her breasts on me. Then, her hand moved to my crotch and started to stroke my manhood.

"Mmm..."

The pleasure of being sandwiched between two beautiful women was something I never experienced before. Saeko's soft and big breasts and Miss Shizuka's plump and huge breasts. One was in my hands while two were pressing against my back.

While being sandwiched between two girls, I broke off the kiss and moved to Saeko's breast, sucking them.

"Ahn~" A seductive moan escaped Saeko's mouth, and I continued to suck her breast, savoring the taste.

"Mmm..." Miss Shizuka's moans were also very arousing. "Ahhh~"

The sensation was incredible. I could feel my cock getting harder and harder, and Miss Shizuka noticed that. Her hands moved to my pants and pulled them down, freeing my erect member.

It poked Saeko's thigh and my sister looked at it in amazement.

"It's so big and thick... So different from before." She commented, her eyes full of lust.

Miss Shizuka also looked at my member, which could easily reach Saeko's stomach. Her eyes widened in shock and desire.

"You're too big." She commented, reaching out and stroking it slowly. "I never saw someone as big as you before. Not even in porn videos."

"Is it not to your liking?" I asked.

"Of course not." She shook her head and moved to her knees. "It's perfect. I love it."

The nurse lay beside Saeko, playing with her clit as if inviting me.

"Come here." She smiled seductively, her hand moving faster on my member.

"Brother..." Saeko also called me.

Gulping, I moved toward Saeko and positioned myself between her legs. She was already wet and ready for me. This would be the first time for both of us, so I was going to be gentle.

As for Miss Shizuka...

"Hnn!"

She moaned when my fingers entered her pussy again, making her squirm and arch her back. She was already wet and ready for me too.

"Are you ready, sis?" I asked.

She nodded and smiled at me. "Do it. Make me yours, brother."

I nodded and pushed my member into her opening, penetrating her folds. The feeling was amazing, and I could feel her warmth enveloping my member.

"Aaah♥! A-Ahn!" Saeko moaned, arching her back.

Her body trembled as she felt the pleasure of having a cock inside her.

"It's in! Hnn! Y-Your big cock is inside me!" She cried out, her eyes rolled to the back of her head.

She had a look of pure ecstasy on her face, and her hips were moving by themselves.

I smiled at her and began to move my hips, slowly at first, and then faster. Her insides were tight and warm, and it felt amazing.

At the same time, I fingered Miss Shizuka faster, making her moan louder and louder.

"A-Ah! D-Daiki! I-I am going to- Ahnn! C-Cumming!" She suddenly announced.

Her pussy clenched around my fingers, and she came. Her juices flowed out of her pussy, soaking the bed and my hand.

"Mmm~" She moaned, her face flushed and her body trembling from the aftershocks of her orgasm.

I pulled my hand out and licked her juices from it.

Meanwhile, Saeko was still enjoying herself.

"Harder, brother! More! Give me more!" She screamed, her breasts bouncing up and down as I fucked her.

I complied and fucked her harder and faster, making her scream in pleasure. She was a very vocal person, and it was fun to hear her.

Soon enough, her body began to tremble, and she screamed loudly.

"Cumming!♥! Ahhnn!♥ I am cumming! Brother! Brother!" She cried out, her pussy clenching around my member.

Her walls squeezed my member, and I felt the urge to cum. I thrusted a few more times before I shot my seed inside her, filling her womb with my cum.

"A-Ahh~! It's filling me up!♥"

Saeko's eyes rolled to the back of her head as she felt the warm sensation of being filled with my semen. She was panting heavily and her breasts were heaving up and down, jiggling sexily.

"Ahnn...♥" She moaned, her hips still moving on their own.

I pulled out and looked at her, a satisfied smile on my face.

Hot breath hit my cock as it exited Saeko's drenched pussy. I looked over and saw Miss Shizuka's flushed face near my cock, sticking her tongue out as if she wanted to taste my manhood.

"You're such a slut, Miss Shizuka." I commented, looking down at her. "You want to taste my cock?"

"Fufufu, yes. It looks so manly and delicious. I want to swallow it whole." She replied, licking her lips.

Softly, she kissed the tip of my member and then licked the semen mixed with Saeko's juice.

"Mmm~" She moaned, her tongue moving along the shaft. "Delicious~"

She looked so damn sexy.

Miss Shizuka took the entire thing into her mouth, sucking on it like a popsicle. Her hand moved to her lower lips, messing with them. Her moans were muffled by the cock in her mouth.

"Mmm... Hmmm...!" She closed her eyes and began to move her head, her tongue swirling around the tip of my cock. "Mmm~!"

I groaned as I felt the pleasure, and my cock grew harder. Miss Shizuka noticed that and pulled away, licking her lips.

"It's ready♥." She smiled mischievously, opening her pussy with her fingers. "Do you want to try this naughty and wet pussy?"

[HOTD] Chapter 14 – Goes Crazy Goes Big

"Mm-!?" My eyes widened in surprise.

Her tongue invaded my mouth, entangling with mine. Her hand grabbed my hair, preventing me from breaking away.

Soft moans escaped her lips as she continued to kiss me, her tongue dancing in my mouth.

After a few seconds, she broke the kiss and smiled at me, her eyes half-lidded.

"That's the reward for saving me. I hope you liked it." She said, licking her lips seductively.

I was silent. I couldn't help but be mesmerized by her beauty. She was a goddess.

"By the way," she said, her voice soft, "I've already told Saeko that I wouldn't disturb you tonight. So feel free to use the bed and the night."

With that, she turned around and left. She swayed her hips seductively, showing off her perfect ass.

"... What?" I was confused, looking at Saeko.

She crouched down and crawled at me.

"Brother, the world has gone crazy." She said, looking up at me with a smile. "Who know what will happen to us. They are infected outside, waiting for their chance to attack us. I might not have a chance to say this to you anymore."

She stood up and hugged me tightly.

Our faces got so close together. Our bodies entangled, and she pushed herself against me. The towel covering her body was loose and fell to the floor. Her breasts pressed against my chest, and I could feel her nipples poking into my skin.

"I love you, brother." She confessed. "I've always loved you. You are the only one for me. I don't want anyone else."

With that confession, she kissed me on the lips, pushing her tongue into my mouth. I didn't resist and kissed her back.

After a long kiss, I pulled away from her and looked into her eyes. I could see the love and desire in them.

Then...

[Make your choice!]

A fucking unreliable system appeared again.

1. She's your sister, you shouldn't do this. Stop her. (Reward: 5 Shop Points)

2. Reciprocate her confession and fuck her senseless. (Reward: 50 Shop Points + 1 Stamina)

3. Make it more fun. The more the merrier! Fuck your step sister together with your teacher. (Reward: 150 Shop Points + 1 All Stats)

The third option was crazy and stupid.

"Are you thinking of another woman right now?" Saeko's seductive voice brought my attention to her. "Is it Miss Shizuka?"

She was pouting, but her eyes were twinkling with amusement.

"Are you thinking about fucking her right now?" She whispered, kissing my neck and biting my ear. "She's indeed sexy. Her breasts are bigger than mine, her ass is more plump and her skin is white."

Like a devil, she seduced me to pick the third choice.

"I understand that. It's alright, I don't mind. You can use the bed, and I will go to sleep in the living room." She said, "Miss Shizuka is all yours. Feel free to go to her. She looked disappointed that she had to leave earlier."

"..." I stayed silent, not replying to her words.

"Unless you want to fuck both of us at the same time." She continued, her voice full of seduction. "It would make me happy if you did that. I can't imagine how happy it will be."

"Are you sure?" I asked, looking at her face.

"Yes." She nodded. "I want you to be happy. If you are happy, then I am happy. So, what are you going to do, brother?"

She asked again.

I looked at her and made my choice.

***

When I went to the living room, I found Miss Shizuka lying on the sofa, her legs spread apart. The towel covering her body was a mess, and her hand reached into the opening, playing with her pussy.

"Ahn~ Hnn! Mmm-!" She moaned softly, her eyes closed and her mouth open. She was completely focused on pleasuring herself, unaware of her surroundings. "Hnn! D-Daiki's big cock entered Saeko's pussy... A-Ahh!"

I stood still, watching her play with her pussy. Her fingers moved in and out of her pussy, and her moans got louder and louder.

"Mmm~! Haa... Ahn! S-Saeko's big boobs jiggle as Daiki fuck her... So good! A-Ahnn!"

"Miss Shizuka, you're a naughty teacher." I spoke up, walking toward her. "Do you want me to help you with that?"

"H-Huh-? D-Daiki!?" She suddenly woke up and looked at me in shock.

She raised her body and looked at me without hiding anything.

"W-What's the matter? Weren't you with Saeko?" She asked, her face red from embarrassment. She was clearly aroused and wet but tried so hard to look normal.

"Saeko is waiting in the bedroom. We are waiting for you." I replied.

She blinked at me. "For me?"

"Yes, for you." I nodded and approached her, caressing her thighs.

Still sensitive from masturbating, she moaned softly and bit her lips, looking at me with lustful eyes.

"Didn't you want to join us?" I asked, moving my hand closer to her pink pussy. "I can make you feel better than this."

"A-Ah~" She moaned as I inserted my fingers into her wet hole. "I-I..."

"Just nod your yes if you want to do it with us." I continued to finger her, rubbing her clit with my other hand. "And shake your head if you don't want to."

"I-I..." She moaned, unable to speak. "Hnn~ M-Mmmm~"

"You like it, right?" I asked, fingering her faster. "You want to be fucked, don't you?"

She didn't respond, her eyes rolled to the back of her head as she moaned loudly, her hips shaking uncontrollably.

"Do you want me to fuck you?" I repeated, pulling my hand away and moving it toward her face. "You just need to nod your head."

She stared at my fingers that were covered with her juice.

Her mouth opened wide, and I inserted my fingers into her mouth. She licked them, tasting her own juices.

And then... she nodded.

"Good girl." I praised, taking my fingers out of her mouth. "Let's go then."

I helped her to get up and carried her to the bedroom.

Once I entered, I saw Saeko already laying on the bed, naked and ready for me. Her towel was on the floor, and her legs were spread wide, inviting me to come between them.

"Oh my." She smiled at us, her eyes on Miss Shizuka's body. "I see you have finally arrived, Miss Shizuka."

[HOTB] Chapter 13 – Small Reward

Saeko then walked to the nurse and sat in front of her, showing her back.

As Shizuka began to wash Saeko's back, the latter closed her eyes and enjoyed the sensation. The nurse's hand was gentle and delicate.

However, she also noticed something else. The nurse was trembling.

"Miss Shizuka?" Saeko spoke up, looking at her over the shoulder.

The nurse was startled by her voice, and she looked away in embarrassment. "Sorry, I was just thinking about something."

Saeko raised an eyebrow. "Like what?"

Stopping her movement, Shizuka looked down and clenched the towel she used to wipe Saeko's back.

"To be honest, I am a bit scared." She finally confessed. "Rika isn't here and those infected suddenly appeared. What if I got bitten? Would I end up like them?"

"..." Saeko was silent.

"I'm not strong like you and Daiki. I don't think I'll be able to survive." The nurse continued, tears falling from her eyes. "I-I can't do this alone. Please, protect me."

Saeko was surprised. She didn't expect the blonde nurse to be this weak.

From what she saw in the school, she thought the nurse was strong. But she was wrong. In reality, the nurse was just as weak as any other woman. If not for her, she would have been killed by those monsters.

Saeko didn't know how to comfort her, so she stayed silent. Instead, she turned around and hugged the nurse. She gently patted her head as she hugged her.

"It's okay. Daiki is kind, he will help you. I will also help you, so don't worry."

Shizuka sniffed and nodded, hugging her back.

After a few moments, they separated and looked at each other.

"Thank you." Shizuka said, her eyes red from crying. "You're a good girl, Saeko."

"I am an adult, not a child."

"Hehehe, I know. You even kissed your brother so deeply." Shizuka teased, her usual smile returning.

Saeko blushed and looked away, embarrassed. "... That was just a spur of the moment. I wanted to make sure that he was okay."

"Of course, of course." Shizuka replied with a giggle, continuing to clean Saeko's back. "I won't bother you tonight and sleep on the couch. At least I can do a night watch for you. So use the bed. It's big enough for two."

Saeko blushed and looked at her angrily, embarrassed by the nurse's words.

***

While the girls were taking a bath, I went ahead and looked at my phone. The signal was gone, and there was no connection. The internet and the network were gone.

"I planned to contact Miss Rika to tell her my next plan and ask for her help, but I guess that's impossible now." I sighed, turning off my phone.

Miss Rika was in the self-defense force. She would be busy handling the situation in the airport and wouldn't come back to the city anytime soon.

I opened the system's status.

[Name: Busujima Daiki

Strength: 14 | Agility: 14 | Stamina: 17 | Dexterity: 12

Skills: Busujima Swordsmanship (Intermediate), Marksmanship (Intermediate)

Shop Points: 170 P]

Everything increased by one except for stamina, which increased by 2 from the reward earlier. I nodded in satisfaction.

For me, stamina was the most important stat. I could use guns or tricks to kill the zombie, but stamina would help me survive in the long run.

My short term goal was survival and then exploring the world to try and look for a cure. The series ended prematurely so I was left to my own devices to figure out what to do next.

Going to Takagi mansion after this would be a good move. Not only did they have supplies, they also had security. They could probably hold out for a while.

Also, Takagi Saya would make a good companion. I liked her in the anime because she was smart. Even in the worst situation, she would be able to think the way out.

Although she was a mama girl sometimes, she was a good girl and had the most common sense.

Unlike Rei who was a stupid enough to blame other people for their mistakes, Saya took responsibility and tried to find a way out. I really liked her character, and I hoped that she would survive even without my help.

'Takeshi and Kohta are with her, so she would manage even without Saeko.'

So my next action was decided.

I wanted to meet with Takagi Souichiro, Saya's father as well as my father's apprentice at one point before EMP reached Japan.

His leadership would be needed to rally people to survive and rebuild the society.

But for now...

"If I am not wrong, I should press something around here."

I was rummaging through Rika's bedroom to find the place where she stored her guns. Using my memories as a guide, I tried to find the metal locker that she would use to hide the weapons.

"Ah, here it is."

The locker was locked, but that wasn't a problem for me. I took out a bobby pin from my pocket and began to fiddle with it.

It didn't take long for me to unlock the locker, and inside it, I found ammunition and the weapon I was searching for.

A grin crept onto my face as my nerdy instinct flared up.

"Springfield M1A1! 20 rounds semi-automatic rifle! Oh my fucking god, I never thought I would get to see this thing in real life." My eyes sparkled in excitement, looking at the rifle in my hands.

The rifle was a beauty, perfectly maintained. It had wooden furniture and looked exactly like the ones I saw in the movie. It was a civilian version, which was the issued weapon for the US military.

Also...

"A modified AR-10, a Barnett Wildcat crossbow, and Ithaca M-37 riot shotgun. Everything is here as well as the ammunition. This is awesome!"

I took the rifle, checking for its weight while moving it around. Then I took another gun and began to try them all.

After being satisfied, I sat down on the floor and began to prepare. Many empty magazines were in the locker, so I quickly loaded all the magazines for all the guns with bullets.

In total, I got 8x20 7.62mm ammos which I separated into two magazines for M1A1 and AR-10, totaling 160 bullets. For the shotgun, I found 50 slugs. And there were also 20 arrows for the crossbow.

This should be enough to last us for a while. I planned to use both AR-10 and M1A1. As for the shotgun, Saeko could probably handle it. And the crossbow would be useful for when we need to be stealthy so let's leave it to Miss Shizuka.

The magazines and the guns were lined up nicely, fueling satisfaction for my inner nerd.

"I'm ready to conquer the world!" I shouted in excitement.

I couldn't wait to go outside and try the weapons. The guns were heavy and powerful, and the crossbow was just plain awesome.

I put them all away to a safe place. But before I finished tidying them up, the door opened and Saeko stepped inside.

Her body was only hidden by the towel she held in her arms.

Water dripped from her hair, flowing down her neck to her chest. A few droplets of water fell from her nipple and slid down her flat stomach to her thighs.

"What are you shouting about?" She asked, looking at the gun in my hand. "Are those guns? Did you find them here?"

"Yeah." I replied, closing the locker and stood up, putting the M1A1 and AR-10 I planned to use later on the table. "Have you finished taking a bath?"

"Indeed. Also-"

"I finished too!" Miss Shizuka appeared from behind Saeko and jumped at me.

Surprised, I unconsciously tried to dodge but the blonde woman managed to hug me anyway. Her huge breasts, only hidden by a towel, pressed against me as she stole my lips.

[HOTD] Chapter 12 – Squeeze For Reward

At that moment, the horde of zombies turned to the direction of the explosion and began to walk toward it.

And at the same time, we started running.

We passed them and approached the barricade. I unsheath my sword and cut the zombies whom we couldn't avoid. Saeko did the same.

Once we reached the barricade, I climbed over the fence and looked at Miss Shizuka, offering my hand.

"Come here."

She nodded and grabbed my hand. With a tug, I helped her climb over the fence.

"Thank you." She thanked me with a smile, and her boobs jiggled.

I nodded and helped Saeko to climb over the fence as well. She stumbled when she reached the top and I caught her, her chest pressed against my arm.

We locked our eyes and she smiled mischievously, "You can squeeze them if you like it."

[Make your choice!]

1. You're in danger and can't afford to do that. (Reward: 10 Shop Points)

2. You know what? Why not? Squeeze them. (Reward: 30 Shop Points)

3. Kiss her deeply while squeezing her boobs from under her clothes. (Reward: 50 Shop Points + 1 Stamina)

The system tried to fuck with me again.

But this time, I stopped and thought about it for a second. The items in the shop were all expensive, bordering on ridiculous. Even a single handgun cost 50 points, and I couldn't afford it. But the choices gave me a lot of points.

And I could get 50 points if I followed the third choice. With that amount, I could buy two flashbangs for emergencies or other items like a first aid kit. Hence, I hesitated a little but immediately decided.

"Hmph!"

Third choice all the way.

I pushed my lips against her and moved my hand inside her clothes, squeezing her breast directly.

They were big, soft, and squishy. I could feel her hard nipple between my fingers as I fondled them. My tongue pushed inside her mouth and danced together with hers. She let out a soft, muffled moan.

[Ding! You have received 50 Shop Points + 1 Stamina]

Meanwhile, Miss Shizuka looked at us with a surprised expression and covered her eyes.

"W-What?" She peeked between her fingers and blushed. "Y-You shouldn't do that in public."

So that was her problem! I thought she would say that we shouldn't do it because we were siblings albeit not related by blood. Or because we weren't alone.

After a few seconds, I broke off the kiss and looked at Saeko's blushed face.

"Let's run for now." I said, letting go of her breast and looking at the approaching zombies.

She nodded and fixed her clothes as if nothing happened. "Yes, let's go."

And so, we continued running, jumping over the barricade, and running across the bridge.

We crossed the bridge in no time and arrived at the safe zone. While there were zombies in sight, their numbers weren't as much as before. They were easy to handle.

"I-It's just after that right turn." Miss Shizuka, breathing heavily from running too much. "We should be able to see it from here."

Just as she said that, a house came into view. It was a familiar house with a tall fence and a humvee parked in the front. A large wall was also built on the outside, blocking the entrance to the house.

Miss Shizuka took out a key from her pocket, most probably to open the gate. Knowing her relationship with Miss Rika, it was obvious that they were more than just a friend.

Unfortunately, some zombies appeared from beyond the stairs. They were the former residents who were bitten and reanimated.

"So the safe house is beyond this place?" Saeko asked. She swung her sword, a grin crept onto her face.

"Yeah. Let's kill the zombies and go inside." I said, pulling out my sword. "I will go to the right."

"Understood." Saeko replied.

"Then I'll open the gate!" Miss Shizuka shouted, running toward the gate and taking out a key from her pocket.

"Ah, wait-"

A zombie suddenly blocked her way, causing her to shriek in fear. I quickly kicked the zombie aside and stabbed it in the head.

"Kyaa! Oh my god, I almost died!" She exclaimed, her hands shaking. "Thank you for saving me, Daiki."

"No problem." I replied, looking at the house's direction. "But be careful. There are zombies around here."

"Y-Yes." She nodded and went back to open the gate with a terrified expression.

Once the gate was unlocked, she immediately opened it and entered, followed by Saeko and me. We moved past some houses before arriving at Rika's place.

As Miss Shizuka had the key to the place, we immediately entered and locked the door behind us before sighing in relief.

"Huff... With this, we will be safe." Miss Shizuka sighed in relief, putting her hand on her chest.

At that moment, she realized something and frowned. I looked at her worriedly.

"Is there something wrong?" Saeko asked, thinking the same thing as I was.

In response to her question, Miss Shizuka looked at us seriously and said,

"... We are so dirty. We should take a bath."

At that unexpectedly serious simple problem, we laughed out loud.

***

"Hnn~" Saeko hummed happily as she washed her body thoroughly.

Surprisingly, this house had a large bath that was enough for more than 2 people to fit in. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a large mirror on one wall and a showerhead hanging from the ceiling.

Miss Shizuka was sitting on a chair, brushing her hair and cleaning herself up. Both women didn't show any sign of embarrassment being naked together.

Rather, Saeko was rather proud. She looked at her reflection after washing herself. Her toned abs yet slim waist, ample breasts, long legs, and soft butt. All of them were perfect, and she knew it.

Yes, they were perfect, yet the nurse had a more erotic body. She looked at the blonde's body, her breasts that were bigger than hers, her curvy hips, her slim legs, and her round ass. They were all a feast for men's eyes.

"Hmm?" Shizuka noticed her gaze and turned to her with a smile. "Is there something wrong, Saeko?"

"No, nothing." Saeko replied, shaking her head. She didn't want to make the woman misunderstand and think that she was slightly envious of her.

Through the day, she noticed how her brother's gaze sometimes stopped at the nurse's outworldly breasts. Even though she was also pretty, her boobs were slightly smaller than the nurse's. It made her slightly insecure and envious.

Still, she had confidence in her beauty and body.

As proof, her brother was unable to hold himself earlier and reciprocate her advance by fondling her breasts. She understood that it was because of the moment, the tension and the danger, that made her brother unable to resist his urge.

She also understood that the reason why he was holding himself before was because he didn't want to ruin their sibling relationship.

But now…

'There is nothing to stop us.'

"Hehehe, I know what you're thinking." Shizuka suddenly spoke, her voice was filled with amusement.

Saeko looked at her in surprise. "What do you mean?"

"You want me to help you wash your back!" The nurse suddenly said, her eyes twinkling with amusement.

"...Yes." Saeko nodded in agreement, accepting the help without much question. "That would be a great help."

[HOTD] Chapter 11 – System Shop

After we drove outside for a few minutes, crashed into some zombies, we encountered trouble.

"The bridge... It's closed." Shizuka said, looking at the barrier blocking their way. She sighed. "We can't cross like this. There are too many vehicles in front of us, we can't even turn around."

Right, the bridge was closed.

Our bus couldn't cross the bridge with everything blocked. There was also a man-made wall on the bridge to block people from entering. And as a result, zombies gathered there.

"We can't use the bus anymore." Saeko said, looking out of the window, "I think it's better to go on foot from here on out."

I nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we should walk to Rika's house. It's not that far from here."

"Umm, okay! Let's get going!" Shizuka said, parking the bus near a building and turning off the engine. She got out of the bus and stretched her arms, causing her boobs to jiggle.

"..."

Saeko and I looked at her in surprise and then each other before nodding in agreement. We both knew what to do, and we wouldn't waste time.

I unsheathe my katana while Saeko prepared her wooden sword.

We stepped outside of the bus and began to clear a path for Shizuka.

There were quite a lot of zombies blocking our way. Thankfully, though, they weren't very fast.

"Take care of the two on the right. I'll take the others." I said to Saeko.

"Got it." She nodded, and we immediately separated. I took care of the ones on the left while she handled those on the right. We worked in sync, killing the zombies quickly without any problems. The zombies didn't even get a chance to attack us.

Soon enough, we cleared out all the zombies around the bus.

"Miss Shizuka, be careful." I said as we walked through the street, looking around carefully. "If you see a zombie, don't scream. We will take care of it quietly."

"Okay." She replied cheerfully, walking down the bus.

However, due to some miracle or something else in the work, she tripped on her skirt and fell on her face. Her panties were visible to us, but we didn't comment on that.

"...Um, are you alright, miss?" I asked.

"Y-Yes, I'm fine." She replied, getting up and dusting herself off.

Saeko silently approached her and crouched.

"Your skirt isn't appropriate for running. Please excuse me." Saeko said before ripping her skirt, creating a deep slit that revealed her purple thong.

"H-Hey, this is a branded skirt!" Shizuka complained.

However, she immediately closed her mouth upon noticing Saeko's silent gaze.

"R-Right, survival is the most important." She said, nodding to herself.

I sighed and continued walking with them. Crossing this river would be the hardest part of our journey, and we needed to be careful.

After looking around, I noticed the area was invested in zombies. Swimming across would also be impossible due to the strong current and the zombies. If we got bitten in the water, we wouldn't be able to fight back.

'Then the only choice is...'

I looked at the man-made barrier on top of the bridge. If we went on the barrier, then we could pass through the bridge easily. However, there were some zombies blocking our way.

If it were only me and Saeko, we might be able to manage breaking through them. But with Shizuka, the chance was low.

'What should I do?'

Was there something useful that could take the zombies' attention away or scatter them?

'Maybe there is something useful in the Shop system?'

So far, I was so focused on escaping that I hadn't had the time to check the shop. I had 170 points from my previous choices.

"Brother, what are you doing?" Saeko asked.

"Wait a minute." I replied.

I opened my status and pressed the Shop Point secretly. Just as I thought, the way to open the shop was like this.

A menu that reminded me of an online shop popped in front of me. Judging from Saeko and Miss Shizuka's reaction, they couldn't see this menu. It seemed like only I could see this.

There were various weapons and items listed on the menu.

---

My jaw dropped upon seeing the price. They were too expensive!

Handguns started from 50 Shop Points and the ammos around 25 Shop Points while the rifles took 300 Shop Points. I tried to check for a sniper rifle, but the price was similar to an assault rifle. Shotgun was half of the rifle, but it was still too much.

'I won't be able to afford them right now. The system is seriously unreliable. Though it is also a very useful aid to help me survive.'

The equipment was also expensive, so I couldn't buy any of them either. Even though I was a little bit disappointed, I still need something from it.

'Flashbang. This will create a sound loud enough to gather zombies. I'd prefer a normal Hand Grenade, but it's too expensive. I can afford 2 Flashbangs for one of them.'

Right now my goal wasn't killing the zombies but passing the bridge. So I swiftly bought 2 flashbangs, hiding them under my clothes.

Then, I pretended to take one of them out and showed them to Saeko.

"This will help us gather the zombies. Once I throw it, we need to run toward the bridge and pass the barricade. No need to fight them." I said, looking at both of them.

Shizuka nodded, "I got it."

Saeko looked at it curiously, her eyes full of questions. But she didn't voice her curiosity and only nodded. "Understood."

"Alright, let's go. We will cross the bridge safely."

With that, I led the three of us toward the bridge. We moved slowly to ensure we created no sound and dodged the infected as much as possible.

When we couldn't advance anymore, I nodded at both of them and pulled the flashbang's pin. I had two seconds to throw it before it exploded.

I used all my strength to throw the flashbang as far away as possible from us.

It flew through the air and landed about twenty meters behind us. Then, there was a blinding flash and a loud bang.

Bang!

"Run!"

[Dungeon] Chapter 34 – I Can Sleep When I Die

"I am glad you are all alright!"

"P-President?!" The pervert dragon exclaimed loudly. "Y-Your boobs! V-Vice President's boobs too! They are pressing against me!"

"My, my~ I didn't think I would be so happy to feel you pressing against my body, Ise-kun~ It makes me feel so alive." Akeno said in a teasing tone.

Yuuto, meanwhile, looked around and just smiled.

The white-haired girl, however, looked annoyed.

"This perverted idiot...!" She punched Issei and knocked him out.

"Ahhh! I am really glad." Rias sighed, pulling away from her peerage members and wiping her tears, "Anyway, I need to tell you what happened."

She then began to explain about what happened to them, how the dungeon killed them, and the conversation she and Sona had with the mysterious Dungeon Maker.

After the story was finished, everyone in the room was silent, they couldn't believe what had just happened.

"I... see. We actually died. But now, I am fine, so..." Issei said, looking Rias straight in the eyes, "I guess I owe you for saving me again, President! Thank you very much."

"I also want to say thank you." Yuuto said. Akeno and Koneko followed.

"It's alright, it is the duty of the King. I wouldn't allow my precious peerage to die like that." The crimson haired princess replied, "Also, I wouldn't let anyone take you away from me."

They smiled at each other.

Sona, who looked at everything earlier with half-closed eyes, coughed and said, "I think it's time to get dressed. How long will you show your filthy things to the world?"

"Oh!" Everyone exclaimed in unison, looking down on their body, "So that's why we felt weird. We didn't wear anything!"

They blushed. Akeno, especially, looked like she enjoyed the situation a little too much.

Meanwhile in Naruto world, Kakashi and the others reported to the Hokage office while bringing the note and the item they acquired at the end of the mission.

"This is the item we acquired from a treasure chest. We found it inside a cave, which is apparently called a dungeon." The white haired man reported, "There are plenty of strange things. For example..."

He began to explain the creatures he met, the strange maze-like structure, and the boss they faced.

Tsunade listened with a frown, but when she heard the last part about the reward, her eyes lit up in excitement. The gambler and the old woman in her couldn't contain the excitement of the treasure they could acquire.

However, she kept a serious face. This matter wasn't something to be taken lightly.

"And after we took the reward, we were suddenly taken outside the cave entrance by something similar to teleportation. Yes, it's a similar feeling when the fourth Hokage used his Hiraishin no Jutsu. And strangely, we couldn't enter again when we tried. A strange transparent panel appeared, saying there is a 3 days cooldown or something like that."

Listening to the report, Tsunage couldn't help but massage her temple. Shizune looked at her worriedly, while the ninjas waited for their mission to end.

"So you're saying we still know nothing but this item?"

"Yes." Kakashi nodded at Tsunade's question.

The fifth Hokage looked at the monocle and held it.

Based on the note, it seemed like by using this item, one could see a monster's or item's information. She was skeptical, but it was worth trying.

But the Hokage didn't want to look stupid if she put the item on her eye, so she decided to pass it on to the ninjas.

"I will give this to Kakashi's team to test." She said, taking out a kunai. "Try to identify this kunai and tell me the information."

Kakashi nodded, "Of course." He then grabbed the item from her desk and wore it on his right eye.

At that moment, strange information about how to use this item entered his mind. He instinctively knew how to activate it and use it. He then looked at the kunai.

The information about it, translated to their language, popped up on the monocle's glass.

---

Item Name: Shinobi's Kunai (Common)

Item Description: A kunai created in the hidden village of fire. It's usually used to cut objects or to stab and fight enemies. The sharp edge is perfect for cutting and the tip is good enough to penetrate deep into the flesh. Sometimes it's also used as a throwing weapon.

---

"Ah!"

Seeing the information appearing on the monocle's glass, Kakashi couldn't help but gasp. "Hokage-sama. This thing works!"

Hearing that, the others were surprised. The ninjas were amazed and couldn't believe their eyes.

"Wow!" Naruto shouted, "That's cool!"

Neji narrowed his eyes and asked, "Sensei, what information can you get from this thing? Is it true that it can identify an item or creature?"

Kakashi looked at his pupil with a wide eye, "Yes, it is true. As for the creature, I think we need to enter that dungeon once again to meet these 'monsters'. Only then we will know whether it's true."

"But that is three days away..." Guy, the green clad man, said with a frown.

"Hmm..." Tsunade hummed.

Nothing came to her mind for a while, and the Hokage's expression darkened. Finally, she spoke, "You're dismissed. You will continue this investigation later. As for the dungeon, we will send other teams to investigate. Leave that monocle thing here and I will send it to the lab for examination."

"Yes!" They answered in unison.

***

In a throne room, Cain chuckled evilly while looking at the blueprint of his dungeon. His laugh echoed loudly, his face split in an insane smile.

"Ahahaha! Just a little bit more. How about I add this here? Oh, these monsters look interesting. Ninja will surely have a hard time against these types of monsters and will need some items to help. Also this! And this too! Hahaha!"

The throne room was a mess with plastic trash littering everywhere.

Cain had been renovating Fun Fun Dungeon!, and it had become an interesting place for a tutorial. And then, he focused on creating the third dungeon that would become the center of everything.

"So I can also do it like this. Indeed, when my authority increases I will unlock more settings. It's pretty sneaky, though, as the system doesn't tell me. But it's also fun figuring things out like this."

He then took a large gulp from a bottle of energy drink before taking a bite of a hamburger.

"Okay, let's continue. Sleep is for the weak! I can sleep when I die."

The crazed dungeon maker continued his work.

[Dungeon] Chapter 33 – King’s Trial 2

[Reward distributed!]

[Emotional Rewards:

Distrust: +300 Coins

Excitement: +150 Coins

...

Total Coins: 830 Coins.]

Cain sighed in disappointment after seeing how little he earned from the ninjas. It was too little compared to when the Devils entered.

"Maybe I should create the dungeons in the dimension that knows about them rather than those who didn't. It will save me the explanation." He murmured,

"Or should I explain myself? No, a Dungeon Maker shouldn’t show himself carelessly. Then, an overhaul for Fun Fun Dungeon! is needed. I need to make it into a real tutorial dungeon that explains everything including the secret treasure room."

That way, even those who didn't know the dungeon wouldn't be too surprised and could enjoy it.

Ninjas from Naruto's world were too careful due to the dangerous nature of their world. Even in a fun dungeon, they might treat it like some secret facilities from another village and be cautious. The fact that they were on a mission also didn't help.

"I definitely need to renovate it."

He thought, nodding in satisfaction. His eyes flashed with a bright light as he began to write his plans. He'd like to start working on it right away but he wanted to create the third dungeon.

Without a doubt, this was the most important part. This would become a hub that would connect people from all dimensions.

"I need to change the design. The Dracula will be on the second floor as I have already finished designing the castle. Then, let's make a hub center on the first floor where people could talk and relax. I can also set the revival room in this place so I don't need to teleport them outside manually."

Cain stroked his chin, thinking about the design of the hub.

At that moment, a notification suddenly arrived.

Ding!

King's Trial 2:

Create a hub and connect it with other entrance from other dungeons in all dimensions!

Rewards:

Dungeon Chat Room

Assistant System

Note: Your fame and authority will be greatly increased once you finish the mission!

Seeing the window, Cain's eyes widened in surprise.

Another trial! And the reward was a dungeon chat room.

As an avid reader, he knew what chat room was and what it was used for. If his guess was correct, then every challenger would be able to communicate with each other in this place!

And there was also the Assistant.

Based on its name, maybe it was something or someone to help him manage his dungeon. That would also be a great help for him.

"Wow, it's like the System read my mind and created the perfect trial."

He grinned.

"Now I am a little motivated."

Inside an abandoned church in the human realm, two people suddenly appeared with a flash of light. One of them was a silver-haired exorcist, Freed Sellzen. His exorcist garment was replaced with a simple shirt and pants.

The other was Asia Argento. She also wore simple clothes, the difference was she wore a one piece with long skirt instead of short pants like the exorcist. A silver cross pendant could be seen hanging from her neck.

"What... is this?" Freed looked at his body in surprise.

"I... I don't know. The light blinded us for a while." Asia said, confused. She looked around the empty church, noticing a broken altar in the front of the building and a shattered window. "A-Aren't we... Dead? Oh, God. Please tell us."

Her face turned pale, and she knelt and closed her eyes, praying. She didn't know what was happening. All she remembered was being hit by a fire and a sharp pain in her whole body before losing consciousness.

The silver-haired exorcist frowned. He tried to recall the last thing he could remember.

"That pig bastard! He must be responsible for this. I'm going to kill him once and for all!" He shouted in anger, remembering the creature that killed him.

Meanwhile, Asia kept praying, praising the lord for reviving her and Freed. Tears were streaming down her cheeks. They were in a state of anger and confusion for a while.

And an hour later, four lights shone in the church, revealing four figures with black feathered wings. They were the fallen angels who died in the dungeon.

Unlike Freed and Asia, for some reason they showed up naked.

Raynare looked confused and then noticed the two figures. She hid her body with her wings and said in an annoyed voice.

"What are you looking at? You bastard! Because of you we were also killed. Are you ready for the consequences, Freed?! Now I can finally get my revenge! Die!" Her face turned into an angry scowl.

The fallen angel extended her arm and created a spear made of light, throwing it at the exorcist.

"Woops!" The crazy priest stepped away, dodging the spear with ease. His body was surprisingly fast, unlike how it was supposed to be.

He looked at Raynare with a wide grin on his face. He was clearly excited.

"Hahaha, how is that my fault? But, right. I need to get my revenge too." He said, glancing at Asia.

Suddenly, a grin crept onto his face and he scooped her, running away from the fallen angels.

"Goodbye!"

He ran out of the church and disappeared from the fallen angel's sight. The others, including Raynare, were dumbstruck. They looked at each other, confused, but they understood the exorcist had escaped.

"What should we do?" Dohnaseek, the blond fallen angel asked, still hiding his naked body with his wings.

"Chase after him!" Raynare shouted loudly. Her voice echoed through the church, and she flew after Freed. The others soon followed, flying through the air and searching for the exorcist and Asia.

At the same time, in Kuoh Academy.

Rias paced around the clubroom anxiously, her expression grim. She had a worried look in her eyes as she glanced at her friend who sat on the sofa while playing chess.

"Sona, do you think they would be okay?" She asked, her voice trembling slightly. "I mean, that Dungeon Maker is suspicious, and he said he would bring them back from death. I know, I know, you told me many times. I just couldn't help but worry."

"A higher being wouldn't make a promise and fail."

The Sitri heiress replied, her eyes fixed on the board, "We also managed to convince Lucifer-sama not to visit right now because we wouldn't know how he would react. We need to trust that this Dungeon Maker is powerful enough to revive your fallen servants."

"Yeah... Yeah. He's able to create those dungeons, so I should trust him." She said to herself. The Gremory girl's voice sounded hopeful, yet her eyes were filled with fear.

"Your move." The Sitri girl's words snapped Rias back from her thoughts.

"Right."

Rias looked at the board and thought for a moment before making her move.

A while later, light flashed and four figures suddenly appeared in the room.

They looked confused, looking at their naked body before looking at their surroundings and realizing their masters' presence.

The last thing they remembered was dying, and yet they were now standing here in the clubroom, completely nude.

Yuuto, Issei, Koneko, and Akeno, their bodies were perfect as if nothing had happened to them. Not even a scratch. Even Akeno's assets remained as big as ever.

"What happ-"

"Everyone!"

Before Issei could finish his sentence, Rias already leaped and hugged four of them with tears and a happy expression on her face.

[HOTD] Chapter 10 – Leaving

Turning to the direction she pointed at, I saw the school bus was still parked, surrounded by a horde of zombies and some living students.

There were three of them, two boys and one girl.

From their appearance, I recognized them as the delinquent group.

The girl was Yuuki Miku, the bitch who slept around for her safety, one of the bastard teacher's sex slaves. And the other two were the delinquent students.

Upon seeing us, they shouted for help, "Help us! Please!"

The delinquent students were trying to fend off the infected, while Miku was standing behind them. Her face was filled with desperation.

As we came closer to the bus, I saw the delinquents getting overwhelmed by the infected, their arms bitten and torn apart.

"Aaaghh!"

"H-H-Help!!"

Miku screamed and ran to the bus, trying to open the door without much result.

It was locked.

Realizing that, color disappeared from her face. She looked at us with tears in her eyes.

"H-Help me, please!"

Looking at her, the choices appeared again.

[Make your choice!]

1. Open the door and take the bitch with you. (Reward: 10 Shop Points)

2. Wait and let her get bitten by zombies. (Reward: 20 Shop Points)

3. Kill all the zombies around the bus and leave. (Reward: 50 Shop Points)

This time, the choice was easy.

"Saeko, we need no baggage." I told her, and she understood what I meant.

"Understood." She replied and began to attack the infected on our way.

Her swordsmanship was swift and brutal. Every strike was aimed at the head or the neck, and she never hesitated to finish off her enemies. I supported her by killing the infected on the other side.

Meanwhile, Miku was left alone by the delinquents and attacked by the infected.

"N-No, stop! Help me! Aaaah!"

Her face was bitten and torn off.

I ignored her scream and focused on the task I had. Unsheathing my sword, I rushed toward the delinquent zombies and cut their heads off, ending them permanently.

"Change, Saeko." I said, gesturing to her to protect Miss Shizuka. She was tired from fighting the infected.

Then, I stepped forward and swung my sword at the horde of zombies, killing them in a flash. In just a few seconds, I finished them all. Their corpses littered on the ground, leaving only the bitch that now turned into a zombie.

With a swift swing, I decapitated her. The last thing I saw was her zombified, disfigured face.

"Let's go." I said, looking back at Saeko and Miss Shizuka.

Miss Shizuka looked at the corpse blankly. As expected, she was a ditz but not someone who would panic at a situation like this.

Meanwhile, Saeko asked a more rational question.

"Aren't the bus’ doors locked? How do we open it?"

"I know where the keys are." Miss Shizuka answered, putting her finger on her cheek. "All keys are put in the teachers' office. The bus key should be there too."

"There is no need."

I fished something from my pocket. A clunking sound could be heard from the keyring I took out.

"Is that the bus key?" Saeko asked, raising an eyebrow. "How did you get it?"

"I am a bit paranoid, you see? So I took it yesterday when no one was around." I replied. "Let's get in and drive out of here."

They nodded in agreement and followed my lead. I opened the door, checked for infected, and signaled them to enter.

After confirming that no infected were around, I got in and sat beside Saeko while Miss Shizuka sat on the driver seat. She started the engine and drove the bus out of the parking lot.

"Where are we going?" She asked.

"To Miss Rika's apartment." I replied, leaning on the back of the chair. "She told me that there are guns in her house. So I think we can use that to protect ourselves."

"Ah! That makes sense." She nodded her head and drove in the right direction. "Then let's get going!"

I sat down next to Saeko and leaned back. We had escaped safely.

[Ding! You have received 50 Shop Points]

***

Back in the school, Takeshi Komuro and his friends managed to run away before panic ensued. He, alongside Rei, Hisashi, Saya, and Kohta, were now in a safe place.

They hid inside an abandoned house, waiting for the zombies to go away.

However, something was wrong.

Hisashi was bitten by a zombie and was now bleeding on his arm. He was sitting on the floor, holding his wound, and looking pale. He was sweating heavily, and his breathing was labored.

"Hisashi, are you alright?" Takashi asked, kneeling down in front of him. He knew that his best friend wasn't okay.

Hisashi looked at him with a weak smile on his face. "Yeah... it seems this is it for me, Takashi."

"What are you talking about?" Rei shouted, holding her boyfriend's shoulder. Tears were streaming down her face. "You're going to be fine, right!?"

Hisashi didn't reply. He only smiled and looked at Takashi.

"Can you do me a favor?" He asked. "Please end my suffering."

Takashi was silent, looking at his best friend. He didn't say anything, but his expression was sad. He didn't want Hisashi to die like this.

But at the same time, he understood what Hisashi meant. If he didn't do anything, Hisashi would die painfully, or even worse, he would turn into one of the zombies.

"No! H-Hisashi, you won't turn into them. You're special, right? Special people won't get infected!" Rei shouted, holding her boyfriend's shoulder. Tears were streaming down her face. "You'll be fine, right!?"

Hisashi didn't reply. Instead, he just smiled and looked at Takashi again. "Takashi..."

"..."

"I understand." Takashi said. He stood up and raised the baseball club he was carrying.

Seeing what he was about to do, Rei suddenly stood up and blocked his way. "Stop! What are you doing!?"

"Get out of the way, Rei! Hisashi is dying!" He shouted back. His voice was filled with anger.

"No! He's not dying, he's just tired! He's not dying, he's not dying!" She kept shouting, refusing to accept reality. She refused to believe that her boyfriend was going to die.

At that moment, Hisashi was convulsing. He slowly turned into a zombie.

"Move away, Rei." Takashi ordered. His voice was cold, and his expression was serious. He didn't hesitate anymore. He had to end his friend's suffering.

"No! No! No! No! NO!" Rei screamed, her eyes wide open. She was still in denial, refusing to accept that her boyfriend was dead. "I-I know. You're just jealous, aren't you?! You're jealous I dated him and now you want to kill him!"

"...!" Takashi gritted his teeth and couldn't respond.

He felt a bit guilty, but he knew that this had to be done. Hisashi was dead, and he had to finish him off.

"See, I am right, aren't I? You're jealous of him and want to-"

"Grrr!"

Her words were interrupted by the zombie Hisashi. He growled and grabbed Rei, pulling her closer to him. He opened his mouth wide, ready to bite her.

"Ah- aaah! No!"

Zap!

A nail suddenly pierced Hisashi's head, killing him instantly.

"Hisashi!" Rei screamed, trying to push away the corpse of her boyfriend. However, Takashi stopped her and pulled her away from him.

Kohta lowered his homemade nail gun and said, "I'm sorry, but I had to do that."

"Y-you bastard!" Rei screamed, her eyes were red from crying. "How dare you kill Hisashi! I will never forgive you!"

"..." Kohta was silent. He knew that she was just lashing out in grief. He didn't blame her for that.

In fact, he felt sorry for her. But at the same time, he couldn't let her get eaten by a zombie either. So he did what had to be done.

However, Saya wouldn't let that go. The pink-haired genius girl clicked her teeth and grabbed Rei's collar, lifting her up.

"You ungrateful stupid bitch!" She yelled. "The fatass saved your life! What are you screaming at him!? Your voice will bring more of them here, are you stupid, you stupid idiot!"

As usual, she always calls other people stupid despite being a smart person herself. Rei was unable to say anything.

"Rather than crying and screaming, think about how we can leave. We need to think of a way out!" Saya shouted. She then dropped Rei on the floor and crossed her arms. "Honestly, what is wrong with you, stupid?"

Rei was silent, her eyes were still red from crying. She didn't respond to Saya's words, she just sat there and cried silently. Saya sighed at the sight.

Then, she looked at Takeshi and Kohta.

"We have to leave soon and go to my house. We have a tall hall and a fence. We will be safe there. Also, my father should be home, he's a government agent. He should know what to do."

Takeshi and Kohta looked at each other and nodded.

"Alright, let's go." Takeshi said.

He looked at Rei, who crumpled on the floor.

"Are you going with us or not?" He asked, looking at her.

She glared at him and muttered.

"Murderer..."

"..."

Seeing she wasn't willing to go together, Takeshi immediately turned around and left with Saya and Kohta. However, before they could even step outside, Rei suddenly stood up and shouted.

"Wait! Let me come with you!" She ran toward Takeshi and hugged him, "Sorry... I am sorry! I-I didn't mean to say that... Please don't leave me..."

Takeshi sighed. "It's alright. I understand what you mean. Come on, let's go together."

[HOTD] Chapter 9 – Saving Miss Shizuka

The zombies were attacking the school and everyone in sight, including the students and teachers. People were screaming and running away from them.

Getting outside was too dangerous now. I exchanged glances with Saeko and she immediately understood what I meant.

We moved immediately, locking the door and barricading it with whatever furniture was in the room.

"Huh, we aren't leaving?" Miss Shizuka asked, tilting her head. "I thought we were in a hurry."

"Change of plans, miss." I replied. "We're staying here until everything calms down."

Or after everyone died. I only mumbled that part to myself, not wanting to scare the nurse.

Saeko looked at me and said, "What do we do now?"

"We have to protect ourselves. If these people break in, we'll kill them. But for now, let's just hide here and wait for the right time to move." I replied.

Hurried footsteps could be heard coming towards us. However, they just passed by without entering the infirmary.

Some tried to enter but noticed the locked door. They left without a second thought, probably looking for another place to hide or escape from.

"Umm, what should I do now?" Miss Shizuka asked, crossing one arm under her huge breast and holding her cheek with another, her eyes blinking in confusion.

'...I need to get used to it. How could he survive for so long in the series with this kind of act?'

"Uh, just stay here. We'll handle everything." I replied, "Also, please don't make any noise. If they are similar to the zombies in the movies, then they should be attracted to noise."

"Okay. I will behave." She replied, sitting on the chair. "Oh, how about I make tea for all of us?"

I facepalmed.

Could she be any more ditzy?

Well, at least she wasn't panicking. If she panicked, I might not be able to calm her down. She was a grown up woman, after all. Her panic would be hard to handle.

"Hey, brother." Saeko suddenly said. "Did you know about this beforehand? Is that why you were acting strange yesterday?"

'Well, she's sharp.'

I thought for a moment and decided to tell the truth, or a part of it, at least. I trusted Saeko.

"Yes, I heard something about this when I called my father. But I wasn't sure about it until now. I didn't tell you because it was classified information."

"I see. So that's why you were stocking supplies." She said, nodding her head. "That's so unfair of you."

"Sorry. But you have to believe me when I say that I didn't know about the details until today." I replied.

She sighed. "Alright. I'll forgive you this time, but next time, please tell me."

"Got it, sis."

Now that she knew about the truth, I was relieved. It would make it easier for us to cooperate.

We waited for a few minutes inside the infirmary. I closed all the curtains, keeping the people outside from noticing us. Silence penetrated the room and Miss Shizuka started to get fidgety.

Suddenly, a scream could be heard.

"Kyaaaaaa!"

Following that, the infirmary's windows suddenly shattered as two bodies fell in and rolled around on the floor.

"Hya!" Miss Shizuka freaked out and jumped.

"A-Ah! H-Help."

A student, pinned by a female zombie, asked for help. Saeko immediately moved toward the fallen student and swung her wooden sword.

Crash!

With that sound, the zombie fell down and stopped moving.

Meanwhile, I approached the student who was pinned by the zombie. He was still alive, but a bite mark could be seen on his neck. Blood flowed down from the wound, and his skin turned pale.

"Student." Saeko said, looking at him.

"Y-Yes?"

"You will turn soon. Say, do you want to be killed as a zombie or do you want to die as a human?" Saeko asked. Her face was emotionless, and she looked cold.

"W-What are you saying!? He's still alive." Miss Shizuka interjected. "I can save him. Just give him to me and I will help him."

"No, miss." I said, stopping him. "The bite will infect him with a virus. Even if you save him, he will turn into a zombie later. There is no cure."

"What!? Then what should we do!?" She asked, looking at me.

"...We can only put him out of his misery." I replied.

"But that's—!"

"AHHH!" The student suddenly screamed and grabbed his neck. He writhed on the floor, screaming and groaning. He was slowly turning into a zombie. "K-Kill me. P-p-please. Kill me."

Miss Shizuka gasped in surprise but didn't react much.

Meanwhile, Saeko put on a stance with her wooden sword in hand.

"Goodbye." She swung her wooden sword down and hit the boy's head.

Thud!

The boy's head was destroyed, blood sprayed around, and he died instantly. I noticed her lips curled upward slightly as she wiped the blood from her wooden sword and looked at me.

"Now what?" She asked.

I looked at the broken window and noticed the infected began to walk toward us. The noise from earlier attracted them.

"There is no choice. We have to run." I replied. "Miss Shizuka, are you ready?"

"Umm, yeah. I am ready!" She pumped her fists in front of her chest, causing them to jiggle slightly.

Nodding, I began to give out orders.

"Saeko, lead the way. I will cover our backs."

"Understood." She nodded her head and led the way, running out of the infirmary. Miss Shizuka followed her, and then, I trailed behind them.

Many infected stood in the hallway, but Saeko beat the ones who tried to block our way. I also helped her by making sure they were dead.

Living students were also around, screaming in panic as they ran away from the infected. Some of them even tried to help us, but they were soon overwhelmed by the infected and ended up becoming their meal.

"Ah! The school bus!" Miss Shizuka shouted, pointing at the parking lot.

[HOTD] Chapter 8 – Outbreak

Seeing it, I narrowed my eyes and turned around while saying, "Go get your friends and escape the school quickly. Something bad will happen soon."

I had no bad blood against Takashi. In fact, he would also be a great help for survival. So I decided to give him some advice.

'But I won't tell him the truth. If he's the same as the protagonist in the anime, then he should be able to survive.'

I wouldn't tell him that the man who bit the teacher was a zombie. He would soon find out about it anyway. And the story would go on the same route if I didn't interfere.

Meanwhile, he looked at me with wide eyes. He seemed surprised and scared by what just happened. However, he calmed down quickly and nodded his head.

"Yeah. Be careful." He said before running downstairs.

'...Yeah, no need to worry about me.'

I turned back to see what was going on and saw that the three teachers who were bitten fell to the ground.

Only a few minutes were left before they would turn into zombies.

I took a deep breath and calmed myself down. Then, I opened my status page and checked my stats again.

[Name: Busujima Daiki

Strength: 13 | Agility: 13 | Stamina: 15 | Dexterity: 2

Skills: Busujima Swordsmanship (Intermediate), Marksmanship (Intermediate)

Shop Points: 95 P]

A smile crept on my face.

‘I am confident I can survive this.'

Taking the sword I hid near the roof, I sprinted toward class 3-A where Saeko was.

There was still time until the full outbreak. I planned to get her and Miss Shizuka out of this situation before the school became a mess.

Along the way, I saw the teachers who got bitten already turned through the window. Their eyes were white and blank, their bodies covered with bite marks.

They were advancing toward this building where sounds could be heard. They were attracted to noises.

I quickened my steps. The situation was getting worse by the minute, and I knew I needed to hurry.

My phone buzzed in my pocket, getting a message from someone. But I ignored it and ran.

Before long, I arrived at Saeko's class and opened the door roughly. Everyone turned at me, looking confused. I ignored them and met gazes with Saeko, whose eyes widened upon seeing the sword in my hand.

"Hey, you can't interrupt the class–"

"Take your wooden sword and let's go. It's an emergency."

I interrupted the teacher's words and talked to Saeko. She looked surprised, but she didn't say anything and stood up, grabbing her wooden sword that was leaning on the wall.

The teacher looked at us with a frown, "Hey, what are you doing?"

"Please excuse me, sensei. There's an emergency." Saeko said to the teacher. "We'll be leaving for now."

After a bow, she followed me out of the classroom. As we went, I heard the teacher yelling from behind, but we ignored him.

"What's happening?" She asked.

I didn't answer right away. I took out my phone and read the message I received earlier. It was from Miss Rika.

Rika: Daiki, can I count on you to protect Shizuka? Are you a prophet? I can't explain it, but you will understand soon. Feel free to use any guns in my house. She should know the passcode. Take care!

As I had expected, she was calling about the zombie outbreak. As a police officer, she surely got information faster than me.

[Make your choice!]

1. Follow Rika's request and protect Marikawa Shizuka. (Reward: 10 Shop Points)

2. Leave the school with Saeko and leave Shizuka behind. (Reward: 100 Shop Points)

3. Kill everyone in sight and leave alone. (Reward: 1,000 Shop Points + 50 All Stats)

What a ridiculous choice!

'Fuck you!'

I chose number one without hesitation. Shizuka was an important character and I needed her. Doctor was necessary in an apocalypse like this for someone with no medical knowledge like me.

[Ding! You have received 10 Shop Points]

After making a choice, I answered Saeko.

"A murder happened in the front gate. For some reason, the victim died with just one bite and then moved again to attack others. It's a dangerous situation, so we need to leave as soon as possible."

I pointed to her to look out the window and she saw it too. Smoke rose from the city, and she could see fires burning here and there.

Reanimated corpses walked toward this building and attacked the teachers who came out to investigate the noise. The victims got bitten, and soon enough, they were on the same side as the ones who attacked them.

"This is..." She trailed off.

"Let's go." I said, grabbing her arm. "We don't have time."

She nodded her head and followed me to the infirmary. We had to get the air headed but sexy nurse out of this situation as soon as possible.

We ran through the first floor hallway, and I could hear noise from the speaker.

"All students, attention! An attack has happened in the school..."

Hearing the announcement, I realized I had no time left.

Fortunately, I had arrived at the infirmary. I banged the door open, and found Miss Shizuka sitting alone.

"Miss Shizuka!" I called out. "We need to leave the school immediately!"

Shizuka looked at me with a confused face. She looked at my sword, and then at Saeko's wooden sword. Her face showed confusion.

"Leave the school? What are you talking about?" She asked.

"It's an emergency. Let's take the school bus and leave immediately. You will understand what's going on when we're outside." I replied.

She looked at me with a thoughtful expression. "But..."

What a difficult to handle person! Her sense of danger was so low!

At that moment, the choice appeared again.

[Make your choice!]

1. Threaten her with your sword and force her to come. (Reward: 10 Shop Points)

2. Explain that if she didn't come with us, she would die a horrible death. (Reward: 15 Shop Points)

3. Ignore her and leave the school alone. (Reward: 100 Shop Points)

I was really pissed. This fucking system was pushing me to my limits!

However, it helped me to make a quick decision. Without hesitation, I chose number 2.

"Listen, miss." I said. "If you don't want to die a horrible death, you better come with us. Miss Rika has instructed me to keep you safe and leave the school with you. That's why I need you to come with me."

"...Oh." She nodded her head. "If Rika asked you to, then I have no other choice. Let's go, then."

[Ding! You have received 15 Shop Points]

The choices were really useful. If I chose the wrong one, it would take longer for me to convince her. But with the right one, I was able to persuade her easily.

As I was about to leave, suddenly another notification rang.

[Outbreak has begun! Shop is open, use it to survive!]

At the same time, screams echoed everywhere.

"Kyaaaa!"

"AAARRGHHH!"

The outbreak has started in earnest.

[HOTD] Chapter 7 – Preparation!

Saeko raised an eyebrow and asked, "Why the sudden suggestion? We usually spend the weekend at home. And you also mentioned that your friend would pick you up today. Why do you suddenly want to go out?"

"That friend suddenly got a call from their boss and was unable to come. Also, we have been training so hard lately, we deserve a little break."

"I don't know..."

"Just for today. Please, Saeko?"

She stared at me with her piercing gaze for a moment. Then, she shrugged and sighed.

"Fine, I guess having a date with my brother once in a while is not bad." She said, "...But you're paying."

"Of course, sis. I'm the one inviting you."

She nodded her head and started to eat her breakfast again. I did the same, feeling satisfied.

After we finished, we went to the mall immediately. At first, I followed Saeko to buy some clothes that she liked. Some of them were for me too.

Then, I revealed the reason why I was here. To stock for supply.

"Stocking food? Why?" Saeko asked.

"Just in case we need it later." I replied, avoiding eye contact. "You see, the news said that the virus from overseas will arrive here soon. It's better to be safe than sorry."

"I'm not worried about that. But why are you buying so much? Are you planning to live in a bunker or something?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Better safe than sorry. What if something like a pandemic happened? I heard the virus spread faster than one in the past. So, I'm planning to buy some supplies now, just in case."

"...I see. That sounds reasonable. But why are you so worried about this?" Saeko asked, looking at me suspiciously.

"I have a bad dream." I said that with a smile and continued walking, "Let's go."

"..."

She didn't reply and just followed behind me without saying anything else.

'Yeah, I can't tell you the truth. The reward for the third choice is too good and too precious for now. But… You realized something’s wrong, no?'

We continued our shopping, and I bought some food and water, as well as other necessities.

I also bought several survival kits and camping gear, and a lot of tools. All of these would be sent to our house later and I planned to make a barricade with them.

My money decreased so fast that I almost regretted it. But no, this was important preparation.

Saeko was silent the whole time, looking at me with a curious expression. However, she didn't say anything else and just kept quiet. I didn't know what was on her mind, but I hoped she wouldn't get mad at me for buying so much stuff.

After we finished our shopping, we returned home and continued our usual lives.

Until Monday arrived.

It was time to go to school.

[Ding! You have received 50 Shop Points + 2 All Stats]

Welp, here we are.

"See you at lunch." I waved my hand toward Saeko, who went to her classroom.

Usually, I would go to my own classroom by now, but not today. I needed to check some things.

So I sneaked onto the school's rooftop where I could see everything and hid my sword in case the outbreak happened today.

Going to the roof was the fastest way to confirm my suspicion and confirm the truth of the apocalypse. But it was also risky because I would have no escape route.

'I hope I made the right decision.'

There was no point in thinking about that now, though. The only thing I could do was wait for the inevitable to happen.

If the zombies came, they would come. If not, I would have a good laugh and continue with my life with Saeko, maybe even get a girlfriend in the future.

I waited for a few moments, watching the school and the area around it. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

Until I heard a sound behind me.

"Huh?"

I turned around and saw a boy who looked surprised to see me here. He looked terrible and tired, his eyes were slightly hidden by his dark hair. He had a tall body and slender figure. Not too thin and not too muscular.

"You're..."

'...Takashi, the protagonist.'

The fact he was here meant he skipped a class. And that could only mean one thing.

'This is the D-Day.' I thought as I looked at him.

As I was lost in thought, he asked me with a surprised expression, "Umm, senior. Why are you here?"

Maybe because it was my first meeting with the protagonist, the choices appeared in front of me again.

[Make your choice!]

1. Ignore him and look for any suspicious things. (Reward: 10 Shop Points)

2. Ask back why he's here and mock his answer. (Reward: 15 Shop Points)

3. Tell him you're a pervert who loves to watch girls' panties in the gym class. (Reward: 30 Shop Points)

No status increment? Seriously? The rewards were also small for such a strange choice.

'Sigh, the system is unreliable as usual. If I choose number 3, he would think I am a pervert, no?'

I decided to choose number 1 and ignore him. The choice wasn't really hard for me because I would do it even if there was no system.

[Ding! You have received 10 Shop Points]

"Tsk, silence, huh?"

I could hear him click his tongue, but I didn't turn around to face him. Instead, I kept looking at the gate, scanning for any suspicious activity.

As expected, it didn't take long for something to happen. Takashi also noticed it and looked at the gate.

A man approached the gate with a limp and fell to his knees, coughing up blood. His eyes were empty and white, his mouth filled with blood.

"Is that guy sick or something?" Takashi asked, raising an eyebrow.

I didn't answer and just kept staring at the scene.

Three teachers approached the gate and confronted the man. They tried to help him stand up, but suddenly, the man bit one of the teachers' hands, ripping the flesh and eating it.

"Aaaaah!" A loud scream echoed.

"What the hell!?" Takashi exclaimed, his eyes wide open.

I could see it all clearly. The blood, the gore, the screams, the panic.

It was real. This was not a dream.

My heart beat faster as I watched the scene unfold.

The outbreak had begun.
