Okay, at first the idea was comically showing his tongue... but then I got carried away a bit
I think I like it better with the piercing, but for some reason I removed it from the tags later. Only when I sat down to edit did I realize that the piercing had disappeared somewhere... I could have added it manually, but I've already spent a lot of time, so next time!

This time I like the result much more.
It's almost what I saw in my head. Petite but with a nice round ass.
And what about Pixiv... I was suspended for posting links to my Patreon with uncen post. It's my own fault that I didn't read the rules carefully. I've already cleaned everything up and written to support, we'll see if they restore it or not, if anything I'll create a new account and behave more carefully on it.
