Change in patreon tiers
I've been thinking about this for a while and finally made decision, I'm changing the patreon benefits from tier 3 to tier 5
Tier 3 ($10):
-Can suggest characters to sketch during weekly sketch practice sheet
-can vote up 2 times for patron monthly pool
Tier 4 ($15): NO LONGER GIVES HEAD TO KNEES REWARD
