Q:LHS v0.28 - Patreon release delay

Hey Patrons,

As we're nearing the end of the month, it's becoming clear that we'll be needing at least a few more days to finish Toshiko's Heart 4 event (we've added a sneak peak of her heart event in the banner). Unfortunately this means we'll be delaying the Patreon release of v0.28 to sometime during the first week of August.
