Not a fan of mlp but it feels bad not to have a version of Casey in that style, plus their eyes are soooooo pretty
Still not sure what color make Casey's clothes but the rest of it looks good

I will not draw the style very often tho. Maybe just do Baron to match. But like, not as a pony but come up with a dragon design with the cartoon's style

Now I just gotta draw a pregnant realistic horse and we'll have the Casey trinity

I mentioned on twitter I was going to do something with Spheal for one of those "your birthday month, your pokemon" and I did mean to animate this but not so soon. It's not perfect and Topaz is missing like, 2 frames, but it's good enough for a day cuz if it takes me longer I will not continue it

3d Topaz: Head take 2

Much better than the last one. This one made with no sculpting, only retopology

Not sure how to add the ears and I think I might have to give up the eyes, I would need a much more stylized approach but I barely know what I'm doing so I think that might be for another time.
Not terrible tho

Also, translating to 3d made me realized how short of a neck I give my characters lmao

I spent the entire weekend (and some more) sculpting this
Perfect? no, not by far
Progress? Yes, very much.I actually enjoyed the blocking part, the sculpting was easy since the block out was pretty good on it's own (by my standard)

The head... looks off. Not sure how to approach it yet. I've no idea how to do the eyes

Miiiiiiight jump to try and block out the hair so she stops been bald for once but overall I'm optimistic for the first time while working on 3d modeling!

Had a burst of energy so I animated something, was gonna add  more buuuut, it'll have to wait

The idea is that Jim was trying to suck in Slimey to pretend he wasn't there but it's too much effort. then Slimey grows bigger and then BIGGER

Many times I try to come up with something quick to animate but it takes me A WHILE to figure something out lol

Powered up - ANIM

Topaz and Nathan spot a floating new power up above them. Determined to discover its ability they might've gotten a little more than they could handle... as they often do

One idea ends on a whole day working on this. Ends pretty abruptly and the last pose should be different but I'm tired. I meant to do a little animated ych thing, oh well.
And yeah, I redesigned Topaz's Mario Bros outfit if you could tell, I'll post the colored sketch of the two later on
