Health follow up

So you guys don't worry (if so inclined to begin with).

Got the news from the doctor and what I have going on is called a Hydrocele. A build up of fluid around a nut. It is treatable and not a huge emergency life risk or anything so I am relieved.

It usually comes from injury, as I understand it. Anyhow, back to prepping for Trotcon now!

Some last minute progress before my trip.

Ohio trip/Trotcon/Health stuff

Just so everybody knows, things are going to slow down for a week or so because I am getting ready to leave for Ohio. I will be visiting friends and attending Trotcon. I will be running a table in the night-time adult art room as well. I am very low tech and won't stand out much.

Likewise, I have to see a doctor in the next couple days. Something is feeling amiss with my pants-parts and I want to go find out what the heck is happening in there. HOPING it's not an inguinal hernia- g...

Katlyn 2009 Valentine remake

She's done! Man, getting through this one was weirdly tough but I love  how it came out, which is rare. I did ultimately decide to drop the  skirt from the original, and change the heart color.

Also decided to do a soft-fabric and extra-shiny metallic variant. For reasons. Innocent reasons. *cough*

2009-2022, anyhow. :)

I really liked being transparent with my patrons and all. It's part of my anti-corporate credo. Is that just gone? I can't see it on my end anymore at least.

Katlyn remake update

I feel better today, so I got some work done on this. Here's an update.

I included the original from 2009 in the corner. I think I have decided on dropping the skirt because I am digging the new body line.

Not feeling well today

Quick update- I feel like crap.

I really tried working today and I just feel like such garbage that I can't get anything done. Everything, including sitting here upright, is a strain.

I don't know what's going on with me but I sure do not feel good.

Finished! So time for the reveal; this is a remake of an image I drew back in 2011 for my friend Chris James (that's his oc of the same name with the giant limb). He loves my skunkette, Genna, and I have long since made it canon that the two are romantically linked in my weird little universe.

I have nothing to post yet because I am stuck on making palette decisions, but I have been working today.

I am burning my brain out a bit on what colors I want for this picture though, and my perfectionist habit is kind of kicking me down at the moment. I don't want to post a dozen minor tweak variants of the same thing. haha

Today was my 35th birthday.

I remember when I turned 25. Actually no, I don't. I drank a lot of that away. Uhh...

Other than dental agony, it was a nice day via the efforts of my sister. A bit of a relief from the gloom from recent pet events.

RIP cat

This morning my cat, Noodle died. It wasn't entirely unexpected and sudden though since she sadly had FLV.

This followed only a couple of weeks after my sister's cat, Tigger died of old. So two cats down in less than a month here.

On top of that my grandfather Collins (one of the few family members I actually do love) is on his way out. He's almost 100 which is astounding, so again I am not sure whether to be amazed at his longevity or torn up at his fading state.
