I haven't really draw a complete picture for her before. Speaking of human Cadance picture, since she is princess of LOVE, a common idea would be she using her hands to make a heart shape. And I remember some times ago there was a trend where girls make heart shaped on their boobs. So I combine the two ideas. There will be a NSFW variation where she open her fingers and also nude.
