The gathered flounce provides just the right amount of sass, while piping, layers of tulle, and bows can give you all the drama you seek. Hi everyone! Tomorrow marks the beginning of August, which means the dog days of summer are upon us AND we have a brand new monthly pattern and video for you. I've gone rogue again, and for the first time, I named this design after an amusement park/carnival attraction.
