Our first storyboard was done by Rococo. The idea with the memories (the three panels with the grave, Xie Han Mo, and Blood Sea Inheritance) came to us after we had already finished drawing the entire first chapter, so we had to redraw part of it from scratch. But it was worth it, because the references turned out really cool

Our artist Z drew a mini-comic about how our team creates the manhwa. We don’t use AI in our work — everything starts with Rococo reading the novel, quickly sketching the key moments, and adding some bubbles to help with understanding, indicating the character’s mood or the atmosphere of the background. We also have a file for each chapter where Rococo adds more detailed descriptions.
