Got my stitches out today...ear is looking pretty good. Still sore and will continue to baby it. Still can't put on a helmet but at least no more medication or pain pills to get through the day. But I can go workout again, so I'll be doing a lot of rock climbing :) In the meantime, here's 3 older videos I dazzled up and edited to make "new" since so many people don't go back to old videos to watch them. Hey everyone, I made a post yesterday about why no new videos are coming out just yet, it's because I have a medical issue going on where I can't get my helmet on and ride right now (it's driving me crazy).
So from jiu jitsu, my left ear has been getting whacked and smashed and developed cauliflower ear, wasn't too bad at first but got worse.
Went into the doc and he was worried it was infected so he sent me to an ENT specialist last Tuesday where they immediately did a mini surge...
