Sonic The Hedgeblog: Jack In The Box Toy Turnarounds

A few years ago I started doing turnaround GIFs of various Sonic toys I had, which proved popular! They're a great way to keep an idea of what these things looked like from all angles.

But moving from New Zealand to the US, I left behind the tools I used for this - a little rotating display stand and a light box. But now I've bought a new one, so I can get back to making new ones.

PlayStation Park: New Tekken 5 GIFs.

I originally made some Tekken 5 GIFs in 2023 - but at the time my GIFs were limited to 5MB, which makes GIFs a bit hard to do with PS2 games, while keeping up the quality.

Now my limit is 10MB, which makes things a lot nicer!

People have also been asking for more PS2-era titles, so working through some of those as well.

SEGA City: Virtua Fighter 4 GIFs added!

I actually got a lot of VF4 footage a long while ago, but wasn't able to use it. At the time, GIFs were only really able to be 3MB on Tumblr, so they looked pretty poor. Now I can make them up to 10MB across Tumblr, Twitter & Mastodon, so expect to see more of these!

I've added a whopping 31 GIFs for VF4 now - specifically the arcade original version. I have footage of the other versions as well, so we'll see more of that in the future!

Hey there, fellow Patreons!

First up, I want to appreciate how many of you have been around for quite a while, helping me do my blogs and art archiving over these many years. I've really appreciated it.

But I've also neglected my Patreon for a while too - things have changed quite a bit with what I make - such as PlayStation Park, but the Patreon has not really reflected that. The updates on here are all about Video Game Art Archive, but not much else.
