Dance With Me - 09

A little bit of lightheartedness.  No, nothing is missing from pages 08 to 09.  Imagine it's just a scene cut to the end of her telling a cute story.  The details aren't that important.  There's a little bit of foreshadowing, though.

Got my days crossed...

So, the good news is that I have a comic rendered.  The bad news is that it's not the one I meant to.  So, switching today to Dance With Me and tomorrow to Tony's Tiny Tina Problem.  Just wanted to give a heads up.

So, time to get into the romance portion of the story.  There will be more humor in act 2, which should start around page 12.  As I think I mentioned, I have a fairly good idea where this is going to go and end, and it's going to take me months to get there, even at three comics a week.

Small Victories

It may not be much, but I wanted to note that this is the first time I've managed to post a comic page every day for over thirty days in a row.  Also, this month set a record high number of patrons for me.  This Patreon account is paying most of my non-rent bills each month.

The other half of the couple, she's madly in love with her ditzy elf sorceress fiancée.  Made this as a reference piece then decided to hold off on the commission.

A little more serious than some of my other comics.  This is really a case of me going "What would I do in this situation?"  Fantasy is great and all.  Even believing in love at first sight, which this kind of is, the reality of the situation is he's now in a relationship with an immortal entity who has her own life, goals and desires.

So, this is the current plan:

I've got a trans hucow comic ready to go but it will still be a few more pages past what I have rendered, but that will be today's slot.  As a reminder, if you want a vote, you have to be at the $8 tier or higher.

In under the wire.  Didn't get out of class until around 8:30.  Had to walk home from downtown (about half a mile) carrying groceries.  I rendered most of this earlier today.  We'll see what tomorrow brings.  There won't be a ton more growth on the next page as she's about where I mentally see her.  At least until the "real fun" starts.

Dance With Me - 01

An adaptation of a story I wrote years ago.  It is based on a song that is one of those oddball songs I can put on repeat and just jam to for hours at a time.  There's not much expansion on the first page but it'll ramp up.  I had to pick up almost $50 in assets in prep to get this whole comic made, but those will show up in other ideas I've proposed, so it is what it is.

The Right Size - 01

Another possible one-off.  This type of theme I can go ham on.  Everything from BE to bimbo to TG to pregnancy would make sense.  If anyone's familiar with the "Guaranteed as Advertised" comics I scripted years ago for BE Story Club, it would be similar to those comics.  I guess I'll add it to the poll later this week.

Shadowmagic - 01

Was reminded of the last time I played Shadowrun and wanted to do a comic based on that.  I think I'll put this up for next week's poll to see if there's interest.

Decided to do a new "alien" comic.  I don't mess around with facial construction often, much less skin tones, and this felt like a good excuse.

So, my big problem right now is I'm running out of fantasy armors to use.  I think I've got one or two more sets, tops.  I'll keep running this until I run out.
