Our TINY HOME with Sails to Cat Island Ep. 207

After a refreshing change of scenery at our friends AirBnB, we were very excited to set sail once again to a new destination. Whilst sea sickness showed it's ugly head during the day, the weather conditions for the night sail were as good as it gets.

Make yourself a nice relaxing drink, throw your headphones in and join us sailing for 13 minutes. Hope it gets you off to a great start to your week.

Riley gets stalked by sharks for over an hour

Another lesson learnt......Spearfishing off the beach is not always a good idea. The hunter almost became the hunted.

Riley was chased to shore by four sharks for over an hour. Meanwhile, Lenny and I are hanging out at home without the slightest clue as to what's going on out there in the open ocean 😱🦈. I'm glad it was Riley who scored the dinner tonight. Don't worry, something unlikely to be repeated. Hope you enjoyed the story.

WE MOVE INTO A HOUSE! Ep. 206

Being able to stay on land for a short time gave us a great opportunity to utilise a good internet connection and just capitalise on all those simple things we take for granted like being able to pop over to a shop ...

Our First Time FREEDIVING together! We Got a BABYSITTER! Ep. 205

Well this is a day to remember. It's the day, the two of us get to freedive side by side.. just like the old days. Lenny get's a freediving lesson of his own as well 😂 Join us for some salty adventures and as we wait for some weather to pass, there's a few dramas with a rogue neighbouring boat.

BOAT LIFE: Hunting For Hogfish

Riley goes out to hunt for fish. Today he's after a Hogfish! They're the best fish to eat in the Bahamas, in my opinion. 'Bahamian Bacon' they call it here. Join us onboard as we cook up a storm and hangout with our little man Lenny 👶🏽

Riley actually published this video by mistake a week or so ago but quickly set it back to private. Oops :) haha! Hope you enjoy the video.

Would you sell your house for this? Ep. 202

Would you sell your house for this? Instead of buying a house, we bought a sailboat. I'm not sure if it was the best investment financially speaking hahaha boats depreciate in value as soon as you buy them (Riley tells me that the Outremer does hold it's value quite well though, which is nice to know).. A boat house was the best decision we ever made, for a huge list of reasons!! Join us for a week onboard full of salt, sand and sun.

BOAT LIFE: Breakfast in Bed

Join us for a windy day on anchor. Whilst we wait out the weather to pass, we eat breakfast in bed, make a coffee and get the day started. It's one of those days where all you can do is make the most of jobs to do inside.

BAD WEATHER inbound! Where should we sail? Ep. 201

Yep. We have 40 knots of wind headed our way! Bad weather is inbound. We sail to a protected anchorage for a few days. It's like the Greek Meltemi wind all over again.. hopefully this time we don't get tangled up with another boat and drift out to sea 😱

Elaynas first time using a Polespear!! HOGFISH. BAHAMAS. Ep. 200

On my first spearfish (also my first freedive), since having Lenny, I managed to catch a huge Hogfish for dinner on my first shot at using the Pole spear! There was no wiping the smile off my face for the rest of the day.

This is episode 200, can you believe it?!!!  At an estimated average of 15 minutes per episode, that's over 3000 minutes or 50 hours of edited footage just in our numbered episodes (not including bonus videos). There is no way this would have been possible without...

WE SET SAIL to the Abaco Islands, baby! Ep. 198

Join us onboard as we batten down the hatches for a rough few days on anchor, before setting sail to the glorious Abaco Islands. Lenny's pretty happy to be on the move again.. you could tell he wanted to get us as far away from those Tiger Sharks as possible while all of our limbs were still in tact 😄
