I am EXTREMLY excited to show off my very first COMIC BOOK COVER. :)

As I'm doing Liana VS Lizzie, I'm also working on this comic book series. The goal is to eventually sell these comics on Renderosity, Renderhub, Renderotica, wherever I can.

Back From Vacation

I'm back. Thank you all for continuing to support me and I promise I will make it worth your time. I'm working on recompiling my database on my new PC. I haven't been able to do much with it, yet, but when I do I have a feeling it's going to be great. I should have the next part of Liana VS Lizzie up tonight.

Nailing the lighting has been very difficult and it has taken all day to get these rendered. I'm leaning more toward the darker more intimate lighting, rather than the overexposed lighting I'd done with Roxy and Emmy. Not too dark, mind you, but not so bright that it washes them out. For reference, I'm looking at Liana's third picture (or second from the bottom) as my goal. This will be an interesting match between Liana and Lizzie. Lizzie clearly holds an edge over her smaller opponent, but will Liana be able to overcome the odds?

I also want to note that I did place the order for the Chronos. I'll be paying it off for years, but I'm very excited about the prospect of having a machine that can help me create even better works. The first thing I plan to do with it is a locker room scene between Emmy and Roxy to explore what happens after their match.

UPGRADE SOON!!!

I'm very excited that I will, hopefully, be upgrading my PC soon. Sure, I'll be paying it off for the next couple of years, but it'll be great to work with. So, that's the plan.

Update: I ended up going with Chronos because I had to be more realistic. I can't afford anything too expensive. For 24 monthly payments of $135, with what I'm getting from your support, this was a more practical choice. It'll still do the job and there's always a chance to upgrade in a couple of year...

New LXW Arena

Over the past few days, I've developed a new version of the LXW Arena. There are still some changes I'd like to make, but I think this is what I'm sticking with for the time being as it perfectly encapsulates my vision for the series. My goal is to provide more life and realism to the series and in the future we may visit locations more personal to the competitors; homes, college, restaurants, etc. The vision is to narrow the focus rather than expand it.
