Silver rank overall, quil boy being the newest incorporation into the team, they're still beginners in the exploring/rescuing/etc business, but they do their work, bit by bit! 

While vyle tends to take the lead role in the big missions that they may take, the team itself has no leader, instead they just either discuss what to do or follow the smartest idea...
