Seth Rollins, SNME, Goldberg News

The Seth Rollins injury caused several dominoes to fall in WWE.

Seth Rollins was injured at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, where he was planned to beat LA Knight. However, he called and audible, and LA Knight beat him. This caused major shifts in the show that affected timing.

One of those included the main event, and even Goldberg's post-match speech getting cut off. The NBC feed ended up cutting away mid-speech leaving many unable to see it. This clearly wasn't intentional, an...

Top Flight do anything to fall out of favor with Tony Khan? Dante specifically was one of Tony's favorites and now they aren't even making it onto ROH ppvs.

Not that I've heard. They've appeared pretty regularly on AEW ...

Update on WWE Legend's status for WWE Evolution

You can cross another legend off the list for WWE Evolution. Well as of this week.

During this week's Fightful Q&A, an reader asked if it's possible that Gail Kim could be at WWE Evolution.

It was noted that Gail Kim's relationship with this WWE regime is significantly better then her relationship with the previous one. She's been backstage at a number of NXT shows in recent months, but isn't officially with the company.

As of mid-week, Gail Kim was not expected or plann...

FREE: Seth Rollins update

Seth Rollins sustained an injury at Saturday Nights main event.

Rollins landed and ended up holding his knee. He and LA Knight immediately went to a finish, with LA Knight winning. We're told that was an audible and Rollins was slated to win

Immediately the word backstage was that Rollins' injury was legit. It had at least not been planned for by medical personnel.

We do not know the severity. We wish Seth Rollins a speedy recovery.

Alex's SOUR GRAPS: SmackDown 7/11 | Friday Night's Lame Event

Jelly Roll has lost so much weight, he's gonna have to change his name to something like "Fruit Salad" or "Half a Bagel with Non-Fat Cream Cheese."

The newly-svelte country crooner has a program building with Logan Paul for SummerSlam, and if that doesn't tell you all you need to know about how WWE views "professional wrestling", then I don't know what would.

Also, The Wyatts are the new tag champs, and other unfortunate things happened, too.

Everything sucks. Let's talk abo...

Long Lost Pitches: When WWE Pulled An All In 2018 Talent

AEW All In is this weekend, and we're looking back at some long lost pitches from All In past.

The first All In was 2018, and was set to feature Deonna Purrazzo. At the time she'd worked TV for virtually every company in the United States, and it was considered a matter of time before she ended up signed somewhere.

Then she signed somewhere.

Purrazzo was set for the show in the Spring, and was among the first women announced. However, in May she'd agreed to a WWE deal and w...

Another name in town is Juice Robinson, who has missed seven months due to injury. The now clean shaven Juice is usually in for these PPVs anyway to support his wife Toni Storm.

Long Lost Pitches: A Cool Moment For AEW All In 2023 That Was Pitched

Billy Gunn had a special moment at Wembley Stadium in 2023, but it could have been even more special.

Billy Gunn won the AEW Trios Championships at AEW All In along with the Acclaimed, but he also had some other ideas in order.

We’re told that ahead of the event, Billy Gunn had been planting the idea of using the WWE-produced and owned “Ass Man” theme. However, it never made it very far, and WWE was never approached about the possibility.

Program Affected By Injury In AEW

AEW's All In plans were adjusted over the last month or so due to some injuries.

Tony Khan alluded to it on the AEW media call, but there were injuries that caused a domino effect to original plans. Namely, Jamie Hayter, who was a talent that had originally factored into the AEW All In build.

Hayter sustained an injury at AEW Double or Nothing, and has not been cleared ever since. At that point, creative was kept very quiet as to Thekla's debut with the company and when she'd actu...
