Someone got a hair trim.

Now that I was learning how to properly draw Brian's hair my friend decided to trim it... feels like I'll have to relearn to draw Brian.

I'm just begging him to not remove the moustache! 

On a side note, I'm thinking of reorganizing my tags in some way to make it easier to find stuff...

First Time - Comic WIP

I decided to add two more pages after pages 10 and 12 (old 11) making the whole comic up to 16 pages.

And that's the whole thing... 14 pages...

Now I have to clean them all and make them pretty. Then think of a title, make a cover and add some extras and I'll have my second comic project ready to be up on Gumroad!

Sounds easy, right?

*sighs*

We'll see how long I'll take for this one... In a whisper took me around 2 months.....

First-time Comic WIP 1-5

The first five pages for my next comic are now sketched. I did count 12 pages but might get to at least 13...

And yes, in the next pages, the fun starts 👀 

I still do not have a title for it, but for now, I'll call it Firs time since it's their first time together and Joey is so shy I want to snuggle her so tightly.

Storyboard process

I’m playing myself all over again.

This is the rough storyboard for my next comic, Joey and Brian’s first time together and this is how I work my comics.

Probably there’s a better way to do it but basically, I first make a very rough storyboard with the scenes and angles as how I imagine it (the first four photos). Simultaneously I also work on the script, thinking of the dialogues and all. (Oh! Btw, the first storyboard is read right to left, the reason is I’m left-handed...

Silence - Comic

Joey loves to talk, a lot, sometimes she doesn't even realise that she is talking non-stop and Brian can't help but tease her about it.

Finally finished and in record time! In just a week I did 4 pages! Can't even believe it myself!

I know it's not going to happen again...

On a side note, I'll say this is based on something that happened in real life with my husband... I do talk a lot and we were in the lift and I was talking and he suddenly came close, told me to close my e...

Joey can seem like a very quiet and reserved woman but in fact, she loves to talk, a lot, especially when she feels comfortable she just can't stop and Brian loves to tease her about how much she can talk.

Sorry, I'm taking my time bringing you new stuff.

I'm working on commissions -I accepted way more than I can manage... 😅- and in between, I started working on this new comic. It's only 4 pages and I'm sorry to say it's an SFW, just a little silly thing I had in mind for a while... 

I hope to have the 4 pages sketched this week. Fingers crossed!

Funny how I love his arms but hers are a complete mess.

A bit of an update on my personal life:
After a roller coaster of emotions, I'm starting to feel better. Sometimes my feelings and emotions get the best of me and I can't think straight but I'm trying to learn to identify them and get them under control. I know it's not easy and will take a lot of time... but someday I'll hope I will manage it.

On another note, we reached 20 patrons! Yay! ...

The RP has halted.... again... it's been a while now...  last time we played together was in December, then I went to Barcelona in January and  Brian has been very busy since then. We'll see what happens and if we'll ever go back to it. (I'm tempted to RP Joey being pissed at Brian when we get back to it. Cannonly, Joey went to Barcelona leaving Alba in the care of Brian, and imagine how pissed off Joey would be if she gets back and he ...

The pdf is now closed and waiting for the review of proofreaders. I'm very excited about this project and can't wait to officially publish it!

Extras for the comic

There's not much more left to do, just a few things and it's all done!  I need a couple of proofreaders to ensure everything looks okay and makes sense. So, if any of you is interested in doing me this favour I'll be eternally grateful.

My brain sending me clear signals that I should take a break from drawing for at least one day or two after finishing the comic so I don't burn out...

Also my brain: Why don't you draw Joey and Brian being soft?

Finally, the cover and the title for the comic! This starts to look like something serious!

I still need to work on the extras but I shouldn't take much longer now! I hope to have it all finished before Valentine's day. 

I'm so excited about this!

Yes, I did another attempt on the cover and I think I like this one best. Now I'll have to see how I do the title and all...

Here I am working on the cover of the comic that I hope to have by the end of the week... fingers crossed...

I want to add a few more extras to the comic like the full lyrics of the song Joey sings to Brian at the end of the comic and that also gives the title to it and its translation which is a bit tricky for I'm not a translator and it's full of local expressions 😅
For example "a cau d'orella" it's tricky itself because there's no proper translation to it, it would mean "whisp...

Saint-Denis - page 7

One of my favorite pages of the whole comic. I'm actually quite happy and satisfied by the result. I know there are things I could have done better but I've finished it and that's something to be proud of!

Can't wait for you to see the whole thing and start working on other ideas!

Saint Denis - comic sneak peek

The comic is finally done! I'm just correcting stuff, adding details, making sure the text is ok and everything makes sense and waiting for my friends' feedback etc

I also want to add a nice cover for it, some random sketches and a bit of the making of. My first idea was to post it on Gumroad for around £10 but I would like to give you some kind of discount for being my patron so I will probably post it on tier corset too for you to download.

How are you all doing?

I’m still in Barcelona, visiting the city (it’s funny how different I see my own city now that I don’t live there anymore) family and friends, having my fun.

When I have a bit of free time I keep going with the comic, so far 6 pages out of 10 are finished! And I’m loving the result so much!
