While Sam and Joey are in the Ridgewood farm in New Austin, Ben takes a liking on Joey. Joey feeling lonely and lost lets herself go with Ben's tenderness, something that Sam doesn't take in a good way missing Brian as he also does.
The two men fight and Joey is honest with Ben, she likes him but she cannot love him as she loves Brian. Ben understands and lets her go.

On 11th September we, Catalans, celebrate our national day. We mainly remember the fall of Barcelona in 11th September 1714 when we lost our rights and constitutions against the bourbons (end of the war of the Spanish succession)
I've dressed Joey in our traditional dress that is not very popular nowadays. It's not like, for example, in Norway, they all dress in their traditional outfits on their National Day. Honestly, it's sad and I wish for us to be proud of who we are.

With my friend @foolofarts (Sam's player) we've been writing a fic of what Joey and Sam are doing while McPherson is away. At this point, we have decided that Brian's absence would be around 4 to 6 months. So now, Joey and Sam are on a farm in New Austin where they make Joey dress accordingly, because yes so much scandal of a woman wearing pants...
Also, on this farm, there's a guy really interested in Joey... Should Joey give him an opportunity?
