A bit of lore here. Female caretakers in the regression program are usually issued some supplements that set their hormone levels to where they would be if they had actually been pregnant the past 9 months and had a baby. It helps develop the mother/child bond when their body thinks that's their biological child.

However it's not required by any means for them to take it. Ultimately it is a suggestion. A highly recommended one, but still a suggestion.

At the time of writing this there's an influx of furries online coming out as ABDL and such and I think that's a perfect time to reveal that: yes, as many have suspected, Cella does indeed wear diapers. 

As you may have gathered from the last page: it's not by choice. She does legitimately need them. It makes her a perfect fit for this job if you ask me, since she's all too aware of what it feels like to be forced back into diapers.
