Hello!

I am opening December commissions:

Color sketch

• One sketch per commissioner

  • Single figure: $100

  • Two figures: $150

  • Complexity: costumes, pose, background, character design +$50 each

Content: you’ve seen my stuff

• I love drawing big women

• Nudity is fine, but I am won't be drawing sexual content.

• I am not great at drawing gore, etc.

Last of the second batch of commissions. I should figure out some easier naming convention for these posts.

I will do some pasteup on this image, moving the spear blade and inverting the line art on the second lady's armor and trouser.

Commissions in progress: shading

Scanned pencils and ink wash on the current batch of commissions.

I am a bit out of practice and tried some ink washes, which made the paper bacon up- so I had to do a bit of post work in photoshop. Next step will be digital colors and any requested corrections.

I'll finish up the other two drawings, pending feedback.

Commissions: lines

The next step for the commissions in progress, addressing commissioner notes and cleaning up the lines. (Though there are still a ton of pentimenti.)

Commissions- rough drawings

These are rough drawings for the current batch of commissions.

I'll wait to hear from commissioners before proceeding, as there are often modifications in the requests as I work through them.

I've found the best method for drawing these is to have several steps for the commissioners to provide input, to ensure that I am making something they want, not to surprise them and have to rework things at the end.

I hope these sketches are headed the right direction, and look forward...
