Hi folks,
Three topics today... things are afoot!
1) The TRPG is taking shape & now has a codename: Ensemble! We're working on the core system at the moment, but we've decided we'd like it to be modular. This means the "basic" system will have a core package of modules to give people something to get started with, but more experienced players will be able to customise the game to make something which suits them (or the setting they want to use). Of course, this isn't final so we may ...

Hi folks,
Just to let you know we made an error in the show notes for Magnus episode 95 - Absent Without Leave regarding one of the character's names:
Frank Voss plays PC Basira Hussain. The original credit got Basira's surname wrong as it was based off of a document which hadn't been updated for a long, long time. Kahn was a draft surname for her, which was changed before the character was introduced.
I've corrected the mistake in Patreon and public shownotes, sorry for any confus...

Hi folks,
Sorry for not doing more of these, my bad!
First: bonus content for our podcasts.
Things have been a little sparse for our $10+ patrons, and for that I can only apologise. Things have been pretty busy for everyone so we just haven't had as much time as we'd like to and we've had to prioritise the podcasts. However, this should be changing soon (I already have a couple more of Martin's poems to schedule).
As far as the Deluxe Transcripts are concerned, th...

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who gave us feedback either in the comments, or direct messages. We have a list of things to look out for now, so you've given us a really solid foundation from which to build. We really appreciate your involvement and that you're helping us to be better.

Hey folks,
As part of the $2000 milestone we said we'd start development on a TRPG system which people could use to inhabit the worlds we create... OK so that's just Magnus for now, since Gaming kinda has its own system. But! That'll change in the future, and we're building a system which can accommodate those changes.
We've assembled the design team: Anil Godigamuwe, Ben Meredith, Sasha Sienna & Jonathan Sims.
That's enough preamble, time for the update.
We want to creat...

Hey folks,
We're going to start putting Content Warnings on episodes of The Magnus Archives (at the bottom of the Show Notes, so those of you who are more concerned about spoilers won't accidentally see them).
As a first bit of research, we'd like to know if people would particularly appreciate Content Warnings about any particular topics. We'll be trying to cover everything we can, but it would be good to know what to focus on while we get used to doing it.
