Wow! Well just wow!

This may be good or bad depending on you but the last few days I've had a massive motivation boost and felt really productive. I've started my e-book on websites you can make money from, got about 500 words on that so far, it's just the intro to be honest at this point.

I'm ready to move onto the editing of shapes in Blender...

Starting An E-Book

In totally unrelated news vis a vis Blender or Dickgirls (remarkable that I'm able to get the two in the same sentence) I have been pondering for a while now as to making an E-Book.

I have started quite a few, I personally prefer reading non-fiction books, but whenever I started to write one I hated that referencing constantly interrupted my flow, finding a source for every bloody statement ends up annoying me.

But at the same time I don't like novels, Although I could write one an...

Blender Progress #3

Told you I would post some progress.

Anyway I opened the book at where I left off and I moved on from chapter 1: The GUI, to chapter 2: Navigation.

I've learned where files are saved, making my own directory, how to append data from one blender files to another and the various file extension types that can be imported into Blender.

For example there is a software program called 'Make Human' which can be imported into Blender, allowing for more quicker creation of models. Or ...

Lana Episode 1 Progress Update #1

Hello Everyone!!!

So I've got about 7minutes approx of video so far and boy oh boy if you haven't figured out that Lana and Katya are bad girls you will when you see the intro!

Thought I'd post to let you know and to let you know I'm still around. My work hours have changed a little and I'm covering this week and next. I used to work Saturday and Sunday night 10pm - 6am. Now it's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 10pm - 2am. Gained 4 hours but now it's more days. Ye...

Blender Progress #2

So for the next lesson I have learned:

SHIFT + F enables a free roaming camera. (Which was really needed!)

The outliner view lists everything in a scene, rather than me having to explore a 3d world and click on an object to modify it I simply go to the outliner view.

The Add-ons Menu - So Blender automatically comes with add-ons that can be turned on, such as the basic meta-rig in the picture above. Whilst I cannot create one from scratch yet, this is the basic skeleton that...

Blender Learning #1

Beginning days here but so far I have learned:

S key - scales an object to make it small or larger as a whole.
N key - shows information about a selected object.
Tab shifts between object and edit mode.
Object mode moves and object,  edit mode well...edits it.
The green line is Y axis, red is X, blue is Z.
A key deselects and object and can also select all.
SHIFT + A allows you to put another object or 'primitive' in the scene.
