Drop Concert Live at The Smell (12/11/21)

Ooh that smell! Here's a special little treat for you: Doug and Vic LIVE at The Smell, a legendary underground venue in LA, doing a Drop Concert back in December. Captured vertically in 4K at 25 fps PAL (whoops!) by Producer Matt for a live Instagram stream and lovingly edited together with the source footage from the video projections and mixed with a nice, clean board recording by Doug. Enjoy!

DROP CONCERT 2 COMING SOON!!!

It worked!

Hi friends! Thanks so much for all the kind words of support and especially the prayer chain. It worked! I got out of the hospital around 4pm PT (7pm ET) on New Year’s Eve and I’m currently feeling good with meds to treat the migraines.

The longerish version is I had a series of three insane migraines over two days (which I guess is classified as a cluster migraine), woke up with a pretty bad headache the third day, did a lot of googling, went to an urgent care and finally wound up...

First: Office Hours continued to become a much more consistent and productive playground for me and my friends, Doug, Vic and Matt. Many of you have become loyal Patrons, friends of the show and ...

RIP Papa Nez

We were honored to have Mike Nesmith on our Beatles podcast with Tim and Eric Notarnicola last year to talk about Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (he was at the orchestra recording for "A Day in the Life"). He was kind, funny, insightful and humble. RIP to a total legend. Here's that episode as a little tribute. Thanks to John Levenstein for making this happen.
