haven't posted a SFW piece in a while and this was definitely a nice break from lewd stuff. there are some vague implications that Dunn and Thorpe might've been more than close friends, such as Thorpe moving in and helping Dunn raise Sonia or her mentioning they "loved each other like brothers". anyways, while the developers probably made them just good friends, i still like to think they were something more but kept it secret.

i was gonna do another piece with just Dunn and Thorpe, but...

i've been kinda replaying blacksad to see if i can find more sports cards (collectibles in the game) and i got a sudden idea to make one myself, nsfw of course lol. and since i've been in a lion mood, thorpe was the first one to come to my mind. it's kinda a silly concept but i really liked working on it and might do more in the future

i do hope the colors aren't too saturated because i swear it looks different on every screen, but i tried my best to balance it. anyways, this was quite a challenge since i had to work with values (i was never good at it rip) and only one color, but i hope it turned out alright. there's also a BW version if the red is too unpleasant. i still like the original a bit more, only cuz of the different feeling

About animations...

So as you might know, one of my goals was if we reach a certain amount I'd start doing animations. And it's been reached for a few days now thanks to all of you! ...unfortunately it's not as simple as it sounds. Since I have very little experience with animating, I'd have to learn the basics, ALSO learn CSP (hell program for me), and with the schedule I have this month I'm afraid I'd overstress myself and get an art block. May+July PSD files

(no files for June as i was doing an internship)

i recently discovered that .psd files take wayy less space than .sai files for some reason, and the best thing is that you can open them in both SAI and PS o/

however in PS some files might appear "transparent", in that case you need to make a new layer at the bottom and fill it with white color. there's also 2-3 files missing, either i deleted them on accident or i didn't make a save file for them, my apologies.

Back from hiatus+ changes

hey everyone, as some of you know I got back from my internship last saturday, and I've been slowly getting back to doing daily stuff. With that, I thought about making some patreon changes, one of the biggest ones is increasing all tiers(except Tip Jar) by 2 bucks. While I've gotten more support than I thought I would, it's unfortunately not even half of the minimum wage and at this rate I'd have to find a job and delete my patreon, since I wouldn't have enough time to draw....

Blacksad poster

i recently got to do a poster for a company i'm currently working in, and since everyone there loves blacksad i had to go with it. i made some thumbnail sketches and we decided for the right bottom one, altho i like them all. it took some time since i had to get used to digital again, but i'm quite happy with how it turned out!

PS: i'm still on internship but will be returning next weekend, i'll probably rest for a bit then upload all the traditional pictures and return to digital as us...

Hiatus (please read)

Hey everyone. As some of you might've noticed, I put "hiatus" in my name on Twitter. I'll try not to make this too long, so basically what's happening is that I'm currently on an internship in Spain where I'll be working in an art school mostly helping the staff, 5 days/week. (+ Spanish lessons) 

I thought I'd have enough time to focus on art stuff such as the poll, but it's been really hectic and I have no privacy, so I'm afraid I'll have to postpone it.
