Hey everyone.

Things are a little uneasy at my end but, good things are happening too.

A goddess of wisdom and a titaness. Daughter of Oceanus and Tethys. Mother of Athena and… Zeus first wife (not according to all sources, but I am giving myself the artistic freedom to claim this).

Metis was so beautiful it ensnared Zeus to claim her as his wife. As one of the Oceanids she had the ability to change into any form of animal imaginable. Zeus held onto her while she transformed into the entire animal kingdom in order to escape his grasp, but alas, no amount of beaks, claw...

I am feeling a little better. Still a little moody over the shock, but I think I am good. Long walks and long talks with family and friends. It helps, and overall, just… taking it a little easy. Sorry. I had to take some time off, and thank you all for your understanding and for your comments. It really meant a lot.

I do have some work I would like to show, but I am still a little… overwhelmed with everything so I will see how much I can get around to.

I have recently suffered a loss of a very dear friend who had a stroke. He was pretty young in my eyes (only 62). He had long had issues with his heart but, it was still very unexpected.

I have been grieving in my own way and haven’t had much desire to do much, so.

It is what it is.

I just wanted to let you know.

It is not always easy being human. But it is what we are.
