Hey everyone, hope you figured out our clues for episode 202. We wanted to share this picture that was taken just after we finished recording the episode. No, it's not one of the movies talked about -- but Quentin was excited to share this beautiful poster design for The Duke of West Point with Gala, and producer Josh captured the moment so you could all see it as well!
This poster variant was designed specifically for the Swedish release of the 1938 United Artist film sta...

It isn't an episode of Video Archives unless Quentin kills the Bacalov, so why not put it on a shirt? Enjoy these hats and shirts with the iconic phrase, featuring Quentin's handwriting. Let us know if you want the phrase on any other items!

Hey guys! Gala here.
Roger wanted to share some select pages from Pandemonium Reigned with all of our Archive Regulars to pair with our After Show. Again -- I couldn't believe the connection that Pandemonium had with Narrow Margin. Even though this script was written before I was born, I've heard so much about it, so it was awesome to be there when the revelation was revealed in real time!
To start off, here's the front cover and the title page. This was the Second Draft, dated Ap...

Hey everyone! Gala here. I'm so happy to be back in the Archives! I just wanted to share a few pictures of the tapes that Quentin and Roger watched for this episode along with some showtimes of the flicks that are around the Los Angeles area.
First up we have our main feature. I was as shocked as you guys are by the revelations in the episode (no spoilers!). We'll go into a little bit more about this in next week's Aftershow, but here's the tape the guys watched on!

On the Season 2 premiere of The Video Archives Podcast, Quentin & Roger catch their train -- but only by a Narrow Margin. Once comfortably in their cabin, they'll chat about where Gene Hackman and Anne Archer were in their careers, the gender role dynamics of the characters, and how their initial viewing of this movie influenced the future of film forever. Remember, folks: between the viewer and a film there is only ... a Narrow Margin.
Then, Quentin&nb...

On May 19th, 2023, actor Rick Dalton passed away peacefully in his home in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is survived by his wife Francesca. Dalton was beloved by fans of Bounty Law, where he played bounty hunter Jake Cahill for five terrific seasons, and also for his iconic role as a flamethrower-wielding vigilante in The Fireman series of movies. But he was so much more than those well known parts, with a career that spanned over twenty years.
