alright mini commentary time
okay i really had fun with the tesla coil guy, i made his head a plasma ball since those things are technically mini tesla coils. i used to have both a fondness and fear of plasma balls as a kid as i thought the plastic might break and the electricity would immediately kill me if that were the case.
froslass is one of my favourite pokemon designs, unfortunately i couldn't get the exact expression in but i hope it's alright...

working on his design for a bit, leaning towards the smile + deer horns design. he has back tendrils which hold many masks to alter the perceptions of those who see him. toxic, parasitic flowers grow within the places he was present at. they will always grow back until all the other plant life around them has been completely sapped.
