Today’s Gamemaster’s Guidepost is yet another departure from the standard fare I’ve been producing. In fact, it’s a radical from anything I’ve ever posted on my blog. It don't matter if you're slinging guns or arrows or how outrageous the fortune, if you're in the Frontier your'e gonna need something to protect you. Well, that and a good plot to stop the thieves from stealing that stagecoach full of banknotes...or coming up with a way to steal them yourselves. No, seriously. Don't even tell them what you are playing if that helps. Do one of those soda taste tests "Which is better?" "This one! What game is this?" "It's GURPS! Now with less math." Whatever you have to do to get them at the table (well, whatever is legal anyways). Once there I got a small list of things to do that might help.

Some Designer's Notes for my latest Pyramid offering: "Cursed Thou Art." I ended up having to take a ton out after I slimmed its massive word count down from "unpublishable" to "barely publishable." Since I got a blog that just means you get some bonus content for free. :-)

What's good enough for Heracles is good enough for you! Well, you don't have to complete all the labors - but that one with the lion doing eating people might be a good one. I take one of mythology's coolest monsters and GURPSfy it.
