630. Home-harvested

After the little shock by the sudden demonic intervention, Seth got back his bearings and continued. As much as he liked to marvel at his new creation, he was on a tight schedule and planned to make another one today.

The next one was for Duhu, the tiger Tijaahk who decided to stay with Minas Mar, together with Drosi and the others. The big catperson asked for something surprisingly normal. He just asked for an axe.

Seth had been waiting for someone to ask for an axe because he ha...

Seth felt motivated when he returned to the workshop. At this pace he would be able to finish all items a week before they had to set off, giving everyone some time to get used to the new equipment.

The next item on his list was one for Faenys, the Mountain Brigand that had joined them after the Evaluation in Chrona. This was the first custom-made item he personally made for her. Although he had a little tryst with her and Mina in Chrona, they had not hung out after they returned.

Seth already thought that his unbridled charge with his high agility and almost immunity to damage was terrifying... But if someone like Mike who put more than half his stats into Strength, started charging with this helmet, dealing 15 times his base physical damage...

Even when not taking the charge into account, the helmet had 800 physical damage, which meant it could add 2400 damage to any headbutts.

The only drawback was that it was a straight rush and that nothing mentioned t...

Seth's actions had some repercussions, but none he was really afraid of. Since there were not really any people around when the blacksmith enacted his own justice, there were only rumors about a conflict between the guilds.

People doubted the fairness of the compensation, especially the members of the Nelgiv guild who had to hand back the items. Yes, there were some badly beaten members and the Nelgiv guild master was missing an arm... But that was all. Nobody could do anything as the p...

He quite enjoyed waking up the next day as he was squeezed in between his two most favorite things in bed: The mattress and Mina. Other good news followed when Mary sent someone with a rough estimation of their loot- their compensation from the Nagelv guild.

They had managed to take pack most of the items, except for some potions that had already been used. In addition, there was a plethora of items, materials, and money the plunder- confiscated from the guild vault. Overall, the situat...

My light is burning across the sky...”

The flames in the forge behind licked up to the ceiling in joy as power kept building up around the blacksmith. Seth kept broadcasting his music in the aether, as he forged a small piece of legendary <Olympian...

Seth ignored the whines of the man crawling on the ground and the shocked looks of the other scum in the room while checking his weapon. A twelfth effect had been added to the blade. The Curse of Obedience which had a low chance of temporarily forcing someone to follow the wielder's orders.

It was a shame this ability was placed on a weapon that would either kill or cripple a target on hit. When he looked back up from the sword, he found that the man on the ground was actually drinking ...

Using their surprise, Seth charged in and started wildly beating them. He simply ignored their counterattacks, as nothing they could do had a chance to penetrate his legendary...

620. Can I have my Ring now?

The next day in the morning, Seth went to visit Al'Zalsar. It was not to pester her about legendary materials. She had shot down his hopes right from the start. The former Lich was surprisingly busy with Project Iego, their urban defense system slash <Ithildin> refinement formation.

So why did he go to bother her anyways? He had left his Feather of the Beast ring with the Lich two weeks ago and she had promised to enchant it. Although Seth was working on items for the others, he d...

The stabbing damage had not increased a lot, but now it was 550% with a base damage of 2900, compared to 1100 before. Compared to the Fang of Decay, Tatzel's Sacrifice also had the blessing of Wind, Armor Piercing, and Vepar's Festering.

“Mom, what is that?” he had asked while Seth was looking through the catalog in the auction house.

614. Goldsmith Challenge

What Fin's win really meant was not immediately obvious to most people, but it became public knowledge in the course of the next days. Fin, who was previously unranked, had beaten a brawler in their own field and taken their rank.

This meant that people could also challenge and gain a rank in a category, as long as they were strong enough to beat the person in their own expertise. However, this was not all. As was proven in the challenges of the following days, people could also be rank...

When Seth started working with the materials the merchant brought him, he found some more problems than he expected. The <Sea Iron> did not just become mediocre <Bones of Seth>, it was outright rejected by the ritual.

As for the <Scur Ore>, he first had to refine the ore into iron, before he could use it in the ritual to imbue it with the powers of the god of chaos. This was where the problem started. Refining normal iron from ore was already not the easiest thing.

A week later, the Merchant returned. It took a while, but Hubert delivered. And what he delivered was not bad at all. The dimensional merchant was able to bring in a bunch of foreign metals. The variations of iron were the most numerous.

It wasn't hard to do both thanks to the scarcity of dungeons of appropriate levels anywhere close to Delta. Something Seth came to experience, now that he crossed level 70 and visited the dungeon along with Mina and the o...
