Turns out Patreon is still charging people who were in that deleted tier if #1: the patron never switched tiers and #2: the patron never cancelled their subscription. There is nothing I can personally do about the situation because Patreon does not allow me to manually switch a patron's tier and Patreon does not allow me to cancel a patron's subscription.

I wrote and finished all the scenes for interacting with the long dragon. The only scenes remaining for me to write are the scenes interacting with the vine dragon.

An update to Dragon Watching, a M/M + M/F game (if playing as a male protagonist) and F/M + F/F game (if playing as a female protagonist). Three new male NPC dragons have been added! New dragons: Island Dragon; Long Dragon; and Vine Dragon!
Island Dragon is a winged fat dragon and stands on his hindlegs. He can shoot sand out of his mouth.

I sent out refunds to those that paid (for that tier in January) but never upgraded to a higher tier (either they cancelled their subscription in January or they didn't change their subscription at all). All those who were in that tier (at the time I deleted the tier) are now without a tier. I'm increasing the price for all the unfilled specific game update tiers. If you are currently in a specific game update tier then that tier won't have a price increase. All the Boyfriend Summon tiers are filled, so the Boyfriend Summon tiers will not experience a price increase. If you join one of the below tiers this month before February: your tier will not have a price increase (price increase will only be for unfilled tiers).
