Error with Requester Tier

Hello everyone,

To address the issue with the tier being released earlier, it seems that some patrons had access to the Requester APRIL tier although it was unpublished (unviewable to everyone other than myself). I created the tier in advanced and placed it as unpublished so I wouldn't have to waste time creating the tier, risking that the tier would be released later than the designated time. APRIL REQUESTER TIER ANNOUNCEMENT

With a new month, comes the next requester tier. The "Requester APRIL" tier will allow you a guaranteed request (and possibly an additional request after all other members requests have been completed) for the month of April.
