Still having fun with the "new" (at this point it's been 2 months? haha) technique and the freedom it gives! 

Notice how first I rendered the base colors and only later added the atmosphere lights... I used to do the opposite! I used to plan everything, including shadows colors and environmental lights, first and render only when it was all set... I'm not sure there's a "correct" or "better" way to do it, I'm just trying out them all and enjoying the process!

Added the first 5 rendered (but without text) pages 💜

As of today, 22nd September, here's the comic status update 😌✨
Inked: 14/14 pages
Flat colors: 10/14 pages
Full render: 8/14 pages

It had been some time since I've been so invested into a comic, this one's pushing all the right buttons both horny-wise and emotionally-wise!! I'm keeping the ending secret...

[ Zhongzhu ] Back Room HD (+ process + PSD)

I wanted to show more in details how the rendering works in this process, so I had started recording the screen, but at a certain point I realized I was feeling anxious and not enjoying the process because of it... I thought I had overcame it with the latest time-lapse but nay 😞 not sure it's because this is a new technique and I'm not 100% confident with it or overall... I guess it'll take me more attempts to find out.

This is finally a drawing where I could fit the elemental mark! Haha you see I had often tried to include it but not always it fit; sometimes it unbalances the composition with its brightness, some other it cover more interesting parts... Here, perfect 😌👌✨

[ Wriolette ] Untamable Wolf HD (+process + PSD)

Another illustration done with the new technique I'm testing! After the first HaiKaveh illustration, I was eager to see if I could make that process work on other art, and I'm so happy to see it looked nice on this one too!! ...which only makes me more eager to draw more haha

I'm still debating if I want to test it on longer comics too, I'm afraid of indulging too much on detailing but I'd also love to find a way to tweak this process, making it more efficient so it cam be used on comic...

I think I've said it already but I LOVE having a new couple of monster boyfriends (after Dragon Zhongli/Snake Zhuzhu), I love HaiKaveh too but monsters are my favorite!
Next step is gonna be a Vampire because I miss them!!

First exploration of Wolf Wrio!! 👀👀 👀 I want to do so much more featuring him! And maybe... Vampire Neuvillette too, gosh I love Vampires so much and it's been super long since the last one I drew - it wasn't even Genshin fghjklò

I really want to draw another Wriolette comic but I'm waiting for inspiration to strike, for now I only have a vague idea... Might work around it or see it I can come up with something else! 😋

The coloration process of this illustration has been pretty wild, there's not much I can explain because I just went with the flow. I didn't create the usual layers for shadows/highlights/etc but colored and rendered everything on the same layer and hoped it wouldn't look shit at the end 🙈 I'm extremely happy it didn't because this technique has been the most free and liberating I've ever tried! Idk if it makes sense...
