I missed you, self-imposed comic background tedium...! I learned that you can lag ClipStudio out if you have a lot of 3D assets going at the same time. I realize that should be a given. Using those assets instead of frustratingly trying to figure out this kind of environment entirely from scratch I think is worth a little bit of chug for the next few pages. On the bright side, there's very little left I need to do to actually "finish" the background when I get around to inking.

It finally begins!
I got a real late start working yesterday and didn't finish this sketch until 6am this morning. Naturally, I'm quite tired today.. TvT I think I got more bags under my eyes than the shopkeeper. Thank god for 3D assets too!

It finally begins! I now have the script pretty much 99% completed. (I say 99% mostly due to the possibility of making some tweaks here and there along the way.) Here's the reference sheet I'll be using while making the pages! There are a few other designs I'll need to add to this later down the road, but this is good for now. The colors might be subject to change, but I think these are nice as is for the moment. :D
Excited to get started on pages! :D
