This was the second concept design for Rhea Rampage. My initial thoughts and creation behind Rhea was that she's the most powerful and dominant woman wrestler in GWA, as beautiful as she is intimidating. She was made initially to be the ultimate rival alpha female and threat to Shego for Ron’s affections. Obviously I added much more to her character as I began writing her.
