Coloring book WIP

My Color Nouveau book is coming along. My original plan was to make something 12 pages long, but there is a page minimum for the Amazon print on demand option. So, I'mma' makin' 12 more images. This one happens to be #13. This is just my quicky sketch before putting in the final inks.

Red Hot Chili Peppers!

This was an old design I did for a client a while back in 4 different colors. It does not loop as these are just rejected concepts (he ended up going with something else) and not the final product.

Capricorn Design

So, Ian has this old tattoo on his leg, done one night with "a dude with a tattoo gun in his garage," of a red alien with devil horns. He's kind of embarrassed of it and has been looking to cover it up for a long time.

This was the design we discussed, which is a Capricorn (a sea goat thing?), his Zodiac sign. I'm going to trust the tattoo artist to figure out which colors work best, but this is the basic design to give them.

Gaming Livestream!

Robot Comic

I think I eventually inked these pages, but never scanned them. When I go through my art and run across them I'll remember to do so, but for now enjoy the pencils to a short comic. I like my little sketch on the instructions.

Philo Update!

I've been uploading Philo's slowly to Youtube. This is a show I'm going to bring back on Twitch (stay tuned and I'll let you know when I'm going live!) This is one of the comics that I unfortunately did not have the video file for. I have no idea what's going on, but it's fun! The artists were Kay Kirtch and Carolyn Kopecky.

Princess Naughtypants Storyboards

Princess Naughtypants was a character I came up with in college. This was a scene I storyboarded where she meets her dog Mutt for the first time.

Princess Naughtypants was an idea I came up with in college about a Hollywood Starlet type who was the princess of The Corporate Kingdom. It was a parody and I wrote quite a bit for it. These are two screen captures of one of my test animations I did back then. If you're a patron, you'd get to see storyboards today.

WIP Color Nouveau image

It's been a long time since I've been able to dive into art as a career again. For the past 12 years or so I've mostly been working day jobs, but since having my little one last year I've decided I want to be a good influence on her and having her see me actually draw and create is one of those good influences.

I am randomly painting miniatures on Mixer right now!

Checking it out. Per my last video My fiance and I have been playing the game Gloomhaven. It comes with some excellent paper figures and cards for all of the obstacles and characters in the game with a few plastic miniatures for the characters themselves. While these are fantastic, we thought we would spice things up by painting our own miniatures for play.
