At first, my plan was to completely revisit the scene at the end of the last chapter, with the same dialogue and everything, but instead seeing everything from Kat's point of view. I try really hard to focus on showcasing my characters, letting them do interesting things, but this chapter necessitated a not-insignificant bit of worldbuilding. One fun difference between this book and Suddenly A Succubus is that things get off to a slower start here, and I'm glad I approached it that way. Giving Katrina and Alicia their own introductory chapters was the perfect way to introduce the world, as well as show how different the two girls are.
