[Patron bonus content] Skyset Knights Rex & The Sword Kings edits

Since I'm going to show these scenes in detail in Skyset Knights now (esp. with Ace of Beasts absorbed into its story), the narration that was previously on these pages explaining certain events can now be erased :)

So now it's a lovely set of quiet landscapes where we just enjoy Xerxes accompanying his lovers :)

I have some scripts from Ace of Beasts that I'd like to get to sometime, if there is still interest from you guys and from me: There are about 50 pages of Sect of Strato ...

I edited a bunch of text from the Ace of Beasts segments in Skyset Knights 1 to better fit the tone of the book (i.e. more lighthearted). 

I was thinking about the dialogue in AoB #1 and #2, and Knight of Alanoc as a whole. Sometimes I think it's too sad, but then I also think about some other media people enjoy and comparatively see it as not as sad. A date gone wrong - or right? Verus invites Arka 'just for dinner', when in reality he is assessing whether he actually has the strength of the legendary Aeon. A walk in the forest of the night turns into a sparring match, leaving both parties impressed at the other. One falls in love, the other almost pities that he has already agreed to sell the Aeon's whereabouts to the highest bidder...*

Jet the Earth Elemental page 4 sketch

Jet and Xerxes ended up spending quite a bit of time together when Jet became the Skyset Knights' unofficial guest mentor. Sometimes they went on 'adventures' together. They just happened to be overnight and they'd come back a bit musky, you know? ;)
(they do bring back treasures from actual adventuring on these trips though so it's at least semi-legit lol)

News & Updates: 8/31/22 - September Kickstarter and more!

Some cool news everyone~ I counted the page numbers for Skyset Knights 1 and 2, and it turns out both are 110 pages! That's kind of a big deal :D They're going to be gorgeous books with almost the same amount of content as the entire Men+Monsters series (!). This one has everything, of course - monsters, men, and all kinds of people I've never been able to write about until now :)

[$1 Tier] With Purpose page 1 sketch

local cute swordsman has yet to unlock teleport.

Basically the framing of 'illusory dungeons and illusory monsters' allows me to write 1. them fighting monsters that 'aren't real' therefore not going against their moral code 2. allows me to draw whatever I want at any given time lol and 3. lets me place them in different places that I don't have to put on their map because it will be very hard to keep track of it all. lol

I'm writing some important stuff this weekend so I'll add this page to the Archive site with With Purpose 1 and An Interesting Choice of Viewing Material pages 1 + 2 all together when I can.

Added a little more context for some scenes coming up with Arka later, to be more clear about how much he knows about the Sword Kings :)

More is explained in the short story Zelandia coming up, but Celestin is Arka's adoptive transmasc parent. He lives at the monastery and teaches there, but doesn't dress like the other divine scholars because he doesn't want to. lol
